I agree - but they never do what you would think would be a smart thing to do.
It's why I am always guarded.
However, that said, what makes this different is that they didn't tweet this. The did an actual PR - think about that. When was the last time we saw that.
No reason to go from 50 to 1500 without orders or backlog. Tweet on 3/26 talks a little about their demand and production - they have orders and need production to continue to back fill weekly orders.
I am always amazed that some celebrate the misfortune of others.
Ok - so let me see if I have the facts correct.
We have a legitimate News Organization - Action News Jacksonville - Fox Affiliate doing an investigative report that highlights Arrayit Lab and testing.
We have a legitimate company - Physical Healthcare attributed to as wanting to use the test - waiting on FDA.
We have a legitimate doctor identified as Dr. Sunil Joshi.
Dr. Joshi works for a legit company - Family Allergy of Jax.
There is a video of the report that is on the news website with a picture of the Arrayit Lab.
What did I miss - was I at the bus station when the plane arrived - lol.
I get that this proves nothing in terms of revenue etc.
But no one can say that this is not a legitimate attempt by the company to come to market with a POSSIBLE COVID-19 test.
And oh by the way - it does also highlight they have a "real" test for allergies that IS being used.
Based on production and price - looking at $200-$400K a week. That assumes they have those kinds of orders. However, based on what we see and the worldwide demand for anything that potentially can trap this virus, I would think demand is significantly higher than production.
I don't know if they have the capital to make these in high quantities, but it would appear that it is one hellava opportunity that just fell into their lap.
Only hope they are in a position to take advantage of it.
Ryals is someone associated with Val. They took MDGC technology and selling it thru ryals in violation of MDGC IP but company had no money to sue or stop it.
Both should be prosecuted. They essentially stoles it and selling it illegally.
That supposed to be And not sand
Sand you wonder why he was on the plane to st Thomas - plain as the ass on a goat
Hilarious
I think this could be “The Roaring 20’s” - with new trade deals, low inflation and low rates - stock market over 30K in 2020 and for those who think we are in the late stages of this run - they are wrong - lots of blue sky left
I was peeing my pants last night when one of these lefties said that Trump was benefiting from Obama’s economy - these shit heads are smoking some real high octane stuff.
Obama knew NOTHING about the economy- fu**ing fraud that he is
Vyst is getting close to a real buy area for me - own enough but at a penny or below this would be a steal
You would’t have to - why waste money when they would do it for you
Take those FEMA trailers and send them to Cali on one of those bases. You have solved the housing piece and now all we would need is the other infrastructure stuff and it would be easy peasey.
All problems have a solution - you just have to have the will and desire to solve it.
Bitching and moaning - pointing fingers accomplishes ZERO.
a few billionaires like Bill Gates or others would be more than willing to help if they thought there was a real commitment to resolve the crisis.
So far Cali has not had that commitment - shame really.
My Plan for Indigents in Calif or NY etc.
Take a closed military base and move all the indigents. If there is no housing, take state funds along with some Federal and Private donations and set up a community on the base that has a mess hall to feed them, medical facility to treat all conditions, physical, dependency and mental and BATHROOMS.
They get a bed, 3 squares a day and medical attention and for those that rehab - find them a job - not too hard these days. Those that want to just exist - then they stay there but they are not allowed to leave - some would call that incarceration - I call it humane. "Residents" that have a job would be able to leave and return daily.
Some could even work there in the mess hall - plenty of jobs in that area, clean up crews, etc.
Cal has bases available like Fort Ord, El Toro and Tustin. All former bases being used today for commercial, civilian, government etc.
The concept needs work but they need to be moved to get them help and out of the way of the regular population.
I am sure many would say no - but they can't be given that option - the spread of disease alone makes something drastic mandatory.
Just an idea.
Think about this
It was reported this AM that the impact of changing the repatriation tax from 35% to 15.5% allowed for 1 Trillion dollars - that is a T folks - to be brought back into the U.S.
Now some of that went to employees, some invested, some for hiring and expanding but the impact of 1 trillion is being felt in this economy.
Also the ave rate of pay for the lower 25% of workers has gone up 4.5% this year - that is huge or as Trump says yuge.
Unemployment 3.5% - food stamp programs 45M to 36M
I would say overall things are looking good and 2020 will start to see impact of trade deals - looking good
Others
The issue is the bigger cities like Hartford - new Haven etc are Democratic and they outweigh the smaller Republican districts - although Waterbury is a little larger than some BC
I had relatives in Waterbury- went there as a kid a few times- went to Croft vs Crosby Thanksgiving game once - cousin was playing - old days in the 60’s
Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
Saw Peter Navarro on Fox Business this AM. He is calling for 2020 to be as good as 2019 - 3% GDP growth next year and all the new trade deals kicking in - 2020 looks like another Trumpian win.
This stock is soooop under valued - on sales alone it should be between 3-4 cents - add in Vystar products etc. - who knows - but a penny plus - insane
second response
It’s time to catch up with Bobs, Cardi’s and Bernie and Phil’s with Expansion plans and other strategies - 2020’shaping up nicely
These are furniture stores in Mass ahead of Rotmans but all have multiple locations
My response
Awesome - top 2-3% - that is noteworthy and a good jumping off point for 2020- not many OTC stocks can say that
Today’s tweet
Home Furnishing Bussiness just released its results for 2019: The 9th Annual Power 50. Rotmans ranked number 49th out of about 20,000 furniture stores nationwide & for independents number 10! $VYST hfbusiness.com/power50
You and a few thousand other CT residents who love all those taxes that new Governor has levied
Merry Christmas to you as well - enjoy Christmas with those 5 liberal siblings of yours in NY - lol - tell them Trump2020
This is a post I made a while back on Craphub in response to pepedbag on Sonnett potential
Re: pepeoil Post# 120002
They could do over $100M just in Mattress sales alone based on a nationwide rollout of Sonnett etc. Not saying they will, but they can with a major retailer signing on - there are number of retailers who would fit the bill.
Clearly that is a huge undertaking, but they have the product - it's now convincing retailers that the product deserves their support.
They already have Mfers using Vyst latex in their product, so it's not that unrealistic.
Again, they could fall on their face as well but my sense is that the experience Rotman's has in the industry and with the connections/contacts they have, I am betting that they can at least get the at bats.
Just saying
The Deep State is already starting on Durham because they ARE scared as shit - they are crapping all over themselves because they are getting close and watch these rats start pointing fingers to save their hides- it’s going to be fun to watch
Hopefully - but Washington is a different breed of cat - Barr will have his hands full but I do have faith in his will to get to the bottom of this corruption
I stand corrected if they did
All of them
My hope is Barr is the junk yard dog that will not bend to the swamp crowd
But I will say this - he better have tight security around him, body guards, flak vests and check under his car every night because he is going to be a marked man - the closer he gets and the deeper he probes the more at risk he will be - nothing will be off the table for these left wing criminals - they will stop at nothing to achieve their goals
Anyone who watched 13 hours would realize after the first 20 minutes they left them there to die - those brave men who saved them embassy folks should get the Medal Of Honor
My only concern is that the swamp will protect the swamp rats and no one goes to jail - they get a slap on the wrist and told to go into the corner.
Brennen - that friggin communist should lead the perp walk - Clapper, Comey, Lynch, Jarrett and Bumma should all be indicted - as well that Pant Suit Clinton
They all should pay for this and Benghazi
Hilarious - shifty is going to get whacked all right
Every dog has it's day and ours is coming - may not be today or tomorrow but it will come.
Hey SGW, not yet. I have literally been all out because I have a lot of clients with Jan 1 deadlines and I have been straight out trying to wrap up. I may get some time on Monday / Tuesday to reach out and see where it goes from there. I have to make sure my schedule allows for a good time block to do it right.
This is a post I made of the other board a few weeks back - I think a deal with Mattress Firm, or Big Lots or some other large mattress retailer would yield a quick ramp up of revenue.
Re: captbob2112 Post# 127223
A 1% market share in the US replacement market would yield sales of over 350k units annually - @$1K/unit that is $350M in annual Revenue - 1% - that's it.
I am sure 1% is achievable - even in this crowded market. But let's say 1/2% - that still is $175M.
Focusing on Vytex product advantage is required - hence the spin out of a piece Rx Air. You could see the similar strategy for FEC.
We shall see, but all the tough work is being wrapped up - now they can focus on strategy and growth. Cash (for Investment in growth) is an issue - will have to see how that is addressed.
Good luck to all still holding.

Here's what they don't get - they are politicians and he is a street fighter.
He's not conventional so the stuff that they are pulling probably would affect a politician but he is not a politician - they are just so deep in the swamp water - these swamp rats just can't figure out that he will not react or do the "normal" thing they expect.
Circular firing squad - it's actually pretty funny and SAD.
Maybe California will secede and the electoral map will be more friendly - lol - not likely unfortunately
Lol - believe me I thought of that but imagine the blow back on that one - lol. Also thought about her hubby who is a pretty sharp and smooth dude.
