I noticed that they didn't mention that either, but I was wondering how golf got the totally number of 2.8 million from the 1.8 million (1 million and the 400K plus the 400K)... still missing a million.
I'm not getting 2.8 million out of those numbers ?
GeoBio Energy, Inc. announced on December 7th that it is pleased with its current progress implementing its business plan. The company completed its planned 5,500:1 reverse recapitalization of its common stock on December 1, 2010. the company confirms that its current issued and outstanding common stock following the recapitalization is 2.4 million shares (2,486,314).
ptcgolf nice find by the way. Maybe no dilution
Yes, was suppose to be at 2.4 million O/S unless ptcgolf is right
As of January 10, 2011, we had 5,286,314 shares of common stock issued and outstanding and had 118 stockholders of record
I knew they were diluting. POS company. I even called the T/A and they told me to email the company. NO responses. GLTA
Nice
I'm going to post TLGN up here, but they just increased the A/S. So, just watching for now. I had a great ride up from .048 earlier.
I wonder if that is another reason for another shell.
What happens to Marty Zell's shares?
It is all good. I would like to see a uplist as well. A lot volume here lately. Good or bad, I don't know yet.
Usually pink sheet stocks raise their A/S 1st and then dilute it with the O/S and max out the A/S.
If they increase it again it is very negative. I'm just watching for now to see how much Totally Green will dilute, but they need to raise capital sometimes and that is the way they can do it.
I would mark it as somewhat negative for now. BUT it is still a lot lower A/S than most companies.
Crazy day and a lot of volume
Thanks Stoploss73, let's us know how it went.
A/S has increased from 600,000,000 to 750,000,000. The second time they have increased it within a one year span.

Thanks levelnever. I would write on your board, but I'm a free member.

Like TinaG said, they are in the process of moving to Oklahoma. I expect to hear some great news when they settle in. Maybe next 2 or 3 months from now. I'm looking to re-enter under .10 these next couple of weeks, but not sure if that will happen.
I really think Jeff is working hard to save the shareholders hard earned money that was wrongfully taken advantage of, by Dean. It is hard to believe in anything anymore, but I’m glad Jeff stepped up. I don’t believe he would leave his family and reputation on the line just to turn around and screw us. I don’t know why people belittle this stock everyday when most are down by a huge margin. I agree, give it a rest. All the shareholders have endured enough and they are not selling. We even endured more from family members and friends which is worse than anything I have ever experienced. GLTA and I wish for the best for 2011!
I have a friend of mine that has the sample water bottle from Totally Green and will be taking pictures of the trial process of burying it. I will post the results whenever he is done. (probably at the end of this month.)
Happy New Years everyone!
The A/S is 600,000,000 and the O/S 587,732,576. I have not talked to the T/A, but checked with the filings on pinksheets.com
I know the O/S jumped 300,000,000 because of the formation of the new company, Totally Green. They sold off of the dairy side of Naturally Iowa and I expect to hear great things when they settle in their new headquarters in Oklahoma. The next couple of months will be interesting.
Sorry TAKI, bad info from a broker. Here is some info from the IRS website. Everybody should read it and be familiar with it.
For securities traded on an established securities market, your holding period begins the day after the trade date you bought the securities, and ends on the trade date you sold them. Do not confuse the trade date with the settlement date, which is the date by which the stock must be delivered and payment must be made.
taxmap/pub17/p17-079.htm#en_us_publink1000172344
Example.(p105)
You are a cash method, calendar year taxpayer. You sold stock at a gain on December 29, 2010. According to the rules of the stock exchange, the sale was closed by delivery of the stock 3 trading days after the sale, on January 4, 2011. You received payment of the sales price on that same day. Report your gain on your 2010 return, even though you received the payment in 2011. The gain is long term or short term depending on whether you held the stock more than 1 year. Your holding period ended on December 29. If you had sold the stock at a loss, you would also report it on your 2010 return.

Key: Settlement must take place not later than December 31st
Key word is settlement. It takes 3 business days for most brokers.

I was told that, but I will try to find it online.

I also keep hearing that the tax write off last day is today, which it is not. You have to sell 3 business days (not including holidays) before Dec. 31st to get it attached to this years tax write off. So, at least this years sell off is over, unless they don't know that rule.
What are your thoughts on the legal defense fund?
I use to post on QASP, but I don't enjoy the crowd over there anymore. Plus, there is nothing to talk about until we see results. Before getting into QASP I wish I knew more about pink sheets. Now, I learned and I will never put as much money as I did in anything.
Thanks again and best of luck
Thanks Manti, I understand.
I hope they don't need to dilute any more and yes I will start looking to buy again next year. I think they will be a great company for short and long term outlook.
Hey, Manti. Do you have any shares in this? I a lot of speculation going on this stock and the chart is looking great.
Where did everybody go? I look forward to 2011!
I thought this was interesting about legal defense fund.

Ok, just don't know why the company didn't get back to me. That's fine
Thanks. I was told by the TA that the company made specfic directions to email info@geobioenergyinc.com for the O/S
I tried calling and they said I needed to email the company. So, I did and it's been 1 week with no reponse. The TA was not allowed to tell me. Any thoughts??
