Usually pink sheet stocks raise their A/S 1st and then dilute it with the O/S and max out the A/S.

If they increase it again it is very negative. I'm just watching for now to see how much Totally Green will dilute, but they need to raise capital sometimes and that is the way they can do it.

I would mark it as somewhat negative for now. BUT it is still a lot lower A/S than most companies.
