Putting a sell order wont help the PPS. Ive had mine set at 10 bucks since August. Its total manipulation that is holding the stock down. Im not worried. My only regret is not selling to jump back in and buy more so the shorts and MMs cant take the shares.

Again BigBake, if the message came from the company, then it is what it is. Do I agree that this should have been clarified? Of course; but there is an obvious reason this hasnt been addressed. My gut tells me something bigger is happening to where PPS wont be an issue because it will be much higher than we ever expected. Just My O.....I can smell something fishy in Fisher and it's not the Algae....

Correct my friend and the reason I continue to hold is to have that rapport with who I am investing in. Remember, we are both the same. Dennis relies on my investment as I rely on his updates. No other company CEO will take time to answer a question from an investor. I am on the same wavelength as Dennis as I would take time to ensure investor confidence is met.

Why do I feel de ja vu again? This is why some clarification needs to be addressed. I was passive on this before, but now people are posting erroneous messages and educated guesses by that PR.

Ok, so here is the dilema with that link. Everything you state in that link Kennypoo is exacty correct; however IR states that shareholders obtain the same value (not quantity in stock) in the new BGSI stock following the merger. IR further states that shareholders will keep 100% of BEHL that is an empty shell (or maybe a filled shell) after merger as well. So you can see that the IR fully agrees with what the link states. Here is the dilema part: The IR also states that shareholders will not be getting 10% extra BGSI stocks, just the 1 for 10 stocks off BGSI and 100% of original stocks in BEHL for the new shell.

So one of us is right....and I hope it is you, but if it comes from the IR, then that's what it is. Dale is the mouth for Dennis and if he calls it a duck....well it's a duck...o rmaybe a lawsuit, who knows....lol

Maybe Dennis Fisher doesnt want to reveal what the price of the new share will be? That's leaving an open door for all the short sellers. I think he will reveal a price of the new share rather than the multiple of the market value. Even if we have the multiplier, he will drop some big PRs with real value. Re-read the 2 Oct 09 PR....HE CLEARLY STATES THAT ALL SHAREHOLDERS WILL BENEFIT!!!!!

Besides I wont worry too much if it drops below after the merger. I know it will jump back up. Again, my DD has me convinced that this will become a fortune 500 company in the future. It all starts with a dream.

Look who steps out of the abyss...BEHL will be okay. No need to show some frustration towards new investors.

Support is at 4, so I highly doubt it will go in the 3s...

If I were Dennis Fisher, I would release a PR at the end of the day or afterhours to reward the longtime investors as he has mentioned in the shreholder update. People have mentioned that a 1 to 10 merger could happen, but what if Dennis just said "We will give you 1 share for every 10 BEHL stock into the new stock at its current price which is X amount of dollars"....The element of suprise folks and I wouldnt put it passed Dennis to do this. Again Dennis is blessing us with his updates to show that he is following through on his part, as we continue to hold on our part.

Greasy's back!!!!! Thanks to Greedy for my banishment for a generalized question....Anyways, first I'd like to say GO TEAM BEHL! I know it's been a rough week for some, but this stock is not for those with weak stomachs.

A big thank you for those that have kept their composure and spirits high as we continue to climb. BMP, boowho, Lonsenior, theewz, boss 1953, PeterG, Voidy, ES1, Crex, Joeysco, Steve0, Hardwood, Big on Behl, and others I apologize for forgetting...

I have seen people talking about "longs" as if they pioneered this stock, when in actually they just got in at a good entry point. And some longs have this mentality like they are the first. It really doesnt matter when you invested; it's a matter of your intentions with this stock. I got in late July and early August and continue to build at the opportunity. I do not sell and wish I could at higher points just to get back in at the support so I could have more shares, keeping short sellers from gobbling up the float. Regardless, I trust Dennis and BGSI with all of my investment and believe I have been pointed in not just a good stock to make money, but help make a change for the world. So Dennis I salute you and team BEHL along with my fellow bretheren in BEHL...

Also, I am in the Air Force and had a dream that BEHL had PBRs at my base. Now wouldn't THAT be awesome. Having an installation and all military operations generated by Algae, especially Aircraft. This dream could be reality!

This is all based on 20% of the full picture we have received. We have no idea what the stock of the other company will be. Everyone is throwing this multiplier of 10 around, so I have no idea....I wish there was more details, but I (like everyone else including you) hope that more details will come out soon so we shareholders have an option to hold or sell. But this is the nature of the beast. If you knew you be a millionare by investing in a stock, then Im sure you would have invested sooner. I know I would have. Taking a risk is the name of the Game. But I believe in Dennis and I believe in Biocentric Global Solutions...Period
