Maybe Dennis Fisher doesnt want to reveal what the price of the new share will be? That's leaving an open door for all the short sellers. I think he will reveal a price of the new share rather than the multiple of the market value. Even if we have the multiplier, he will drop some big PRs with real value. Re-read the 2 Oct 09 PR....HE CLEARLY STATES THAT ALL SHAREHOLDERS WILL BENEFIT!!!!!

Besides I wont worry too much if it drops below after the merger. I know it will jump back up. Again, my DD has me convinced that this will become a fortune 500 company in the future. It all starts with a dream.
