Now back in.
Agreed....but watching.
Someone is obviously trying to drive down the PPS. I think this may be a good entry.
I offered my opinion - based solely on the momentum and the action of the stock....not the fundementals of the company.
I think I made the right move short term.
Took part of my position as well, everyone has to admit that this morning has not gone as anticipated. I am still long- but will look for consolidation from the strong move over the last two days to re-enter.
my TDA is hosed this morning...anybody else?
looking like it...
Looking for some manipulation down this morning - good place to jump back in.
yes, but I have been saying that all the way from .11....it is a tough road to hold
Any chartists have a feel if this is the bottom of consolidation?
I love the timing and the action on the ask- but I would like to see the bid move as well. What does the bid being stuck mean to you?
I had a dream last night - sat at my desk and watched this go to $10/share. I woke up and have been mad all morning.
Healthy build/consolidation movement over the past couple weeks. Corporate news has been sparse...but always has with this company.
Vant,
Where is your last calculated EPS post? (pre-merger)
TriForce,
Is stock still trading under MGRN? Is there plans to re-issue shares under Triad?
I agree and that is why I sold today. I really hated to do it - but trading is about managing risk and my limit was lunch without news and clarification. Maybe I will chase later, but better to ring the register with part profit rather than no-profit.
Vant, are you going to rework your DD posts and projected EPS based on new numbers?
Bull. We should not have to call RR - and reading back thru old posts, EXPU was very clear on stated earnings. Something is wrong...but that is part of playing with companies without audited financials.
Stock TA shows long term very bullish!

no i don't, how do you like them?
I also wonder if led lighting is the true future...but after seeing a few houses using them for x-mas lights - I wonder if the light is too "electronic" for overall ambient interior lighting. Plus it sounds very expensive.
This board is pretty quiet- anybody have a summary of DD?
I took notes from the video shareholder meeting they have from their website- I can post if needed.
From a trading newsletter- not my comments...
"The reason for the drop was because the Transfer Agent (T/A) was gagged. This means, the company would no longer allow them to give away share structure information. This is unfavorable because as a trader/investor, we want total transparency from the company, and obviously, not being able to get the numbers regarding the share structure isn't transparency.
However, the company has now ungagged the T/A, so they have become completely transparent once again! Because of this, we feel much better about this Trade Idea (in other words, KEEP IT ON YOUR RADAR)!"
Momentum built so far will turn if EXPU does not follow thru on what was announced on the c-call last week.
(I am long on EXPU overall, but will take profits when in my best interest).
PSRU - dimmable CFL technology. Common sense, real technology - will be in high demand when it is released mainstream.

recent breakout.
Interesting company - from a conversation with somebody I trust in the industry:
"Short term, I think flourescent will be the main building lighting solution for the next 5+ years. LED is too expensive and we are not seeing quick advances of it in indoor lighting. The ballast technology is similar for both.
Other companies have a dimming solution, but they are not simple and do not operate very smoothly. They are getting better though, but they are mainly focused on linear flourescents."
I agree- never figured that out. That is $40...somebody is not paying $10 bucks a pop like we are.
Could it be just partial fills for a bigger order? If so, would it not all fill at once.
yep...again, test of will.
Traders think it is great.
This has become a test of internal willpower and fortitude...I could really use some good news. It is not money I can't lose...just could be using for some more immediate plays.
looks like 1.30 is it.
I got bumped as well- but I like what I heard. It is nice to hear that sort of straightforward speak that shareholders are a primary concern. I like where I am.
On call.
No dilution will occur unless pre-announced and only if it benefits the company.
Primary goal is share price appreciation.
Acquisition with private company will be announced thru a PR the first week in Jan. Private co has approx 150 employees.
This has been an interesting morning. I had it in my head how I thought this morning would go- and evrything has played out, until now. I would not have expected the very shallow "selloff" and then for the stock to stop trading altogether for 45 minutes....must be tight.
I guess it tells me that everyone is waiting for the call this afternoon?
Boy this stock has been quiet lately. It looks like everyone is just waiting for news...
It appears that it really wants to roll over from a technical standpoint- but is just holding.
I think you are right- not the action i would have expected....but it is a bad day to generate interest.
so far it means a very quiet day...
I was thinking the same thing- wonder how that will play out...
So somebody bought 100 shares at a dime the last second of trading to turn this into a flat day from being down 20%....
Yesterday was our "big news" day. I guess tomorrow starts our slow, painful decay again....
Sorry to be a downer, but really thought that there would be something bigger from the financial release.....
...but bonds were slightly up again today!
I had two orders for 10k blocks at .09 and .095 that would not fill....and then somebody sells at .04!
Yes, it is clear that the PPS is slowly decaying away. Can anyone see what average volume is doing - flat or decreasing?
The only bright spot seems to be that the bond prices seem to have held pretty flat since last I checked (12/2).
Still watching the lehman bonds. Since the 24th, 17 (of 20) series of corporate bonds are up an average of 20%. Trend is in the right direction.
