I know they are panicing. Just don't know why.
Those PRs are why I am long. The co has spent a lot of time and effort on these LOIs and JVs and I am going to see them through. I would not want to be caught flipping when one of those opportunities are announced.

Highline Technical Innovations, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: HLNT), majority shareholder of HOSS Motor Sports, is pleased to announce a completed joint venture with Dong Feng Motors, to manufacture and sell the HOSS line of UTVs. HTI is scheduled to receive the first shipment of UTVs from Dong Feng Motors in the first quarter of 2011. Per the terms of this joint venture, Dong Feng Motors has also acquired the license and rights to manufacture and sell the HOSS UTV within its own distribution channels, and provide royalties for each unit sold to HTI. This UTV (Utility Terrain Vehicle) is designed specifically for the sport utility, forestry, and construction industries. In addition to the Hoss 500 we plan to introduce a three cylinder diesel powered UTV. This will be the only diesel UTV manufactured with a supplemental hydrogen fuel system on board. The Diesel model will enter the market priced approximately $3,000.00 less than the closest competitor.
"We have consummated the first of the three joint ventures we previously announced," stated Charlton Coats, CEO of Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. "The joint ventures for our Supplemental Fuel System from Highline Hybrids and the third venture to refurbish automotive components are still under way. We are very excited about bringing the HOSS UTV back online for production and getting them to the market, both here and abroad. We are very fortunate as a company to have both personal and business relationships within China and in particular, with Dong Feng Motors. We have been offered several additional business opportunities in China, as well as other opportunities with Dong Feng Motors. We are relentlessly evaluating each opportunity and proposal, and will keep our shareholders advised of the developments."
Lastly, Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. is adamant about being as transparent and communicative with our shareholders as contractually possible, considering our numerous ongoing negotiations. Therefore, we are currently in the process of providing OTC Pinksheets the necessary paperwork to bring the company status to the top tier "current information."

Highline Technical Innovations, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: HLNT), majority shareholder of Highline Hydrogen Hybrids, announced today it has received a signed Letter Of Intent from Dong Feng Motors, China's second largest domestic auto maker.
The Letter Of Intent (LOI) addresses three different ventures in which the two companies have been in dialogue. The letter of intent addresses the formation of a joint venture with HTI's majority owned subsidiary, Hoss Motor Sports, with Dong Feng Motors to manufacture, market and distribute the Hoss UTV. The letter of intent also addresses the formation of a joint venture between HTI's majority owned subsidiary, Highline Hybrids, and Dong Feng Motors relating to implementation and production of Highline Hybrid's hydrogen generator. The third focus of the letter of intent is the formation of a joint venture between the two companies to refurbish and rebuild auto components. Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. will release details to the public of these joint ventures as they are negotiated.
CEO Charlton Coats stated, "We are very pleased with our progress. Relationships take time to build, but when they are formed, they can be very beneficial. We have posed the question many times in our office what the ramifications would be if an auto manufacturer was willing to integrate our technology into their processes. We are one step closer to this possibility. We will continue to negotiate these joint ventures while maintaining our vigilance in aggressively pursuing the OTR and agricultural markets with our hydrogen generators. The results our units are achieving in these markets simply can't be ignored."

Anybody remember this?
Systems Evolution Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SSEV), majority shareholder of Highline Hydrogen Hybrids Inc. (HHHI), today announced that the first phase of a series of testing has been completed with Dongfeng Motor Group of China, who ranks second among the big five Chinese automakers.
HHHI President Mel Robinson in making the announcement commented, "The successful testing of our product now opens the doors for negotiations to have our fuel cell installed on all new vehicles produced by Dongfeng in China. Last year, Dongfeng produced nearly one million vehicles in China. Revenues from this project could easily generate in excess of $100 million."
Dave McMahan, CEO of Madami International of Arkansas, represents HHHI in this venture. Madami is highly recognized in China as a volume distributor of Chinese manufactured products.
Dongfeng, in addition to being one of the largest manufacturers of automobiles in China, also participates in joint ventures with Honda and Kia. Dongfeng own 25% of Kia and produces the Hyundai Accent, Kia Optima and Kia Carnival/Cerato.
Robinson added, "After the last summit meeting in Copenhagen, China has indicated it will begin to move forward in the reduction of harmful emissions as well as other environmental issues. Test results of the HHHI Supplemental Fuel System by third party certified labs indicate a reduction of high 23 carbon emissions in internal combustion engines by as much as 50% while increasing fuel mileage and horsepower. The patented design of the Supplemental Fuel System enables an internal combustion engine to burn 100% of the fossil fuel present in its combustion process."
Highline Hydrogen Hybrids Inc. also produces supplemental fuel systems for heavy duty trucks, inland and ocean marine engines, stationery engines, motorcycles and automobiles.
A little recognition.

They put a fuel cell on a Arkansas State Police cruiser and last I heard they were going to dyno it. I called last week and everyone but mel was gone to Jonesboro for some business meeting. Trust me they are busy. I believe they are headed to China next week. Hoss prototype engine has been ordered. It is a new Kohler 3 cylinder diesel. I called some kohler dealers and they did not even know what it was until they called corp. All systems are go from what I picked up from our short phone conversations. Oh yeah Coats is working on paperwork still to be fully updated with Pinksheets. Any of these PRs as well as new large scale dealers could come out any time.
PS. Real companies don't release PR when it is needed to make the stock go up. They announce it when it is signed, sealed, and delivered. I think a lot of people around here are used to pinkys letting out news when it is best for stock price.
Everybody stop freaking out! Don't sell your shares. This was brought down on low volume and they picked up your shares cheap. If you sell you contribute to the run and they are getting your cheap shares.
being walked down with pennies.
I think the anything trucker and anythingrv.com have installers in 49 states.
They also did a Mythbusters about it prooving that you cannot run a car on hydrogen. That is not what the wildcat is used for. It supplements the fuel system causing the vehicle to use less gas. It "completes the burn in the engine" thus burning up the excess fuel in the combustion chamber. This makes your vehicle have more power, torque and better fuel economy because that fuel that is now being burnt would have gone out your exhaust pipe and into the atmosphere. By burning the excess fuel it also causes your emissions to be cleaner. It works. That is why it is selling!
There were a lot of Hydrogen scams going on during the Bush era because there was so much money available for alternative energy grants. Most of the scams have disappeared because Obama has stopped most of them and gone completely to the electric vehicle.
Hydrogen does work as a supplement to combustion vehicles to increase fuel efficiency. I have themon my vehicles and they work. Even PDGOOD will tell you that although he wants the company to go in a different direction. Those scams gave the tech a bad name especially in the Pinky stocks because so many of them were not real. They were just after the govt grants. It has been hard to overcome the bad name that gave the tech. I have been battling it since the company was trying to sign with SYMW to take public.
HOSS, Highline Hybrids and Highline Beds were all real companies prior to going public. They were not just made up to make a public company. They were real, functioning, and cash flowing companies. It was a horse before the cart king of deal. As I have said before I have owned every product they make except the aluminum beds and I would get one but I don't need one.
This is the same company we were invested in when it hit .018 we were just lining our pockets back then and a little fall makes everybody run screaming. It is fine, the price will rebound and it is the same CEO and company we all have so much confidence in.
Peace.
Everyone needs to calm down, take your finger off of the sell button and relax. They are doing a good job at setting of scared sellors right now. They are trying to envoke fear. Co is not selling anything. Same share structure. Someone is profit taking. When they are done we will be back up. My phone has been ringing off the hook of people that are worried. I will tell you what I told them. The company is the same one you invested in last week or last year. They are running the same company and has some great things happening for them. It is undervalued and will continue north after this selling ends.
I had a buy in for .0149 for 10 minutes and if finally filled for .0144. It was wierd because ask was at .015 and it never hit .0149.
on L2 who is selling?
Just got $3000 worth more.
I use aint to. ha
Mine was on a 5.4. Got 22% gain. I think that voodoo was talking about the diesel though.
Welcome WAS good to have ya.
Man this is a great entry point. I am going to make a few phone calls and get this back up. All I could talk about this weekend is how the Wildcat could save everybody money. I talked to a man who owns a logging company (a sector we have not discussed yet) and he is going to try one out. Talked to a guy who is demoing my own personal unit on his super duty and is having great results. I am siked about what all is going on. I am ready to get my Hoss out for deer season. Cant wait!!!
I know they have one that has been on a Ford for 6 years and still works fine. I have had one on I transfered to 3 different vehicles and had no problems. Had it for 1.5 years.
anybody out there?
First thing I would look at is th IBOX. The PRs in there tell most of the story. The one about the Letter of Intent and the one about the signed joint ventures is good. We are anticipating the consumation of the other two LOIs soon. Those will bring more royalties and income. They also have dealers signing up weekly and are currently selling a lot of product.
please pop L2 up at about 3 for us.
If there were 7 18 year olds in there someone would say they were running a daycare. Look at it this way. They aren't old they are just more skilled and wiser.
I am not sure of all of the ages. Most of the assembly workers are retired. The main office guys are 30s-60s. CEO is a younger guy. Engineer is around 30.
L2 anyone?
I haven't been there in a long time. I am headed to Wickes, AR after work to set up my hunting lease. Got 3000 acres down there to hunt.
In the middle of Springdale, AR home of Tyson Chicken the largest poultry company in the world and Bentonville, AR the home of Walmart the largest retailer in the world. JB Hunt is the largest trucking firm in the world.
It is in Lowell, AR. I pass it every day to work.
It doesn't hurt that people are buying these things in good quantities. Dealers are selling them and making good money. DF is very interested and i believe if the deal goes through at least some of the units will be made in China. Then they will have a big relief on their manufacturing efforts here. Big things in the pipeline.
sure give them a call. They are nice folks. I would give them a heads up to make sure they will be there.
It is actually a pretty good size because they are shipping them just as fast as they make them. They don't have to store them for long.
You would not believe us if we told you. I have never gave you an answer you accepted. You always come up with some other false statement so I am not going to try.
Here is the assembly warehouse where the Hydrogen units are made. It is not 100,000 square foot like the old CEO lied you everyone about but it is big enough to assemble the units. The operating cost alone on a building that size would be crazy. The value of a company is not determined by a building size.
The valuation of a company should be assessed by debt and Income. If we trust the CEO, which I do, he has said they are in the black. The financials should be out in 2 weeks is what another board member here said. We will know for sure at that point in time. So assuming they are in the black and knowing Dongfeng will be paying them for the HOSS brand and with what we know about the current dealer sales they must be making pretty good income.
The PPS is going up because of:
1 price appreciation
2 the news that is in the pipeline with DF hydrogen deal, remanufactured parts, other DF opporunities in last PR, State police, new dealers, fleet sales, etc.
3 this stock is relatively unknown and people are excited about it.
4 Longs are continuing to hold locking up AS.
I encourage you all to do your own DD. Create your own opinions and incourage each other to do the same.
Assembly Warehouse
Here is the building. Click the post I am replying to. It has 5 offices. 1 for Chad, Mel, Secretary, Charlie, and Brad. There are 2 large offices in the Manufacturing warehouse that the engineer, tech and I believe 7 warehouse workers are. These guys making these videos sit in front of their computer doing DD to try to warn people about fake companies or to bring down stock price per share. They should probably go to the location and not depend on google maps and PO# to scare people. I have been there. Talked to all of these people. I have bought 5 fuel cells. My brother in law, father in law, uncle, friends from church, and a co-worker have them on their vehicles. I have the 2007 Hoss at my house that is in the pic below. They were in business in 2007-08 became very profitable, sold the co and the checks used to buy it were hot so they had to repo the brand. That is why production stopped. They own the name, tooling and rights to the HOSS. If you read the last PR it tells you DongFeng is buying the rights to sell them in their market so put that on your income statement. The truck beds are located at the same warehouse facility that the Hydrogen units are assembled.
That is pretty funny. I have been to that field and inside the building there. There are pics on the board from across the street and from inside the window of the CEOs office. The assembly plant is down the road. I know for a fact the sold 35 units yesterday afternoon and that is worth more than the cash on hand it shows. I invite the makers of the video down and I will take them on a tour of the field. HA.
To much good stuff going on for me to sell. We have new investors coming in daily. Highline sales are up higher than they ever have been. Hoss is coming out first of next year. Reps going back to China early to mid October. More deals DF deals presented to Highline.
