My mistake then. I thought you were a former BEHL boarder that came this way when Barry emailed everyone the scoop.
You might want to run that one by Lonnie via PM.
Or talk to crystal.
Or big on behl.
Or Hardwood.
Better yet...ask the posters over at b e h l about how this played out with Barry. I'll refrain from replying and let them give you the scoop.
The company won't be limited info for very long. They have been working on getting their books clean and current.
Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp. Update on Accounting and Legal Activity
Wednesday June 4, 12:03 pm ET
COLUMBUS, GA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 4, 2008 -- Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp. (Other OTC:CCAJ.PK - News) desires to update its shareholders on the progress of its accounting activity and that of its acquisition target, NBD, Inc. as well as the engagement of Peter Campitiello, past legal counsel to the company.
The company continues to monitor and review its accounting work, tax preparation, and financial compilation with Frazier & Deeter and has made good progress over the last few weeks. We have received historical information from the last auditor of EZTO/CCAJ and have been in numerous conversations with our accounting professionals at Frazier & Deeter. We are also identifying and gathering materials that will assist us in this effort from other sources and will pass along all pertinent information to our accountants as we gather it. In addition, the company is interviewing separate independent accounting firms to conduct the audit of the books assembled by management and Frazier & Deeter in accordance with SEC rules and regulations and will make that selection public as soon as it is deemed appropriate.
The NBD, Inc. audit has successfully been completed and has been reviewed by NBD's management as well as forwarded to CCAJ's management team for review. We are pleased to have this step completed and will make public any pressing information concerning this event as necessary. This audit gives us three years of audited financials from NBD, Inc. and moves us closer to defining a closing date. In addition, we are making steady progress on our due diligence of NBD Inc.
The company has also retained its prior legal counsel to assist with our historical fact-finding and other duties as deemed required by management and the Board. Peter Campitiello, Esq. of New York-based Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, is a valuable asset and worked on many of the company's prior transactions. Capturing and correctly booking all prior transactions is an important step toward the company producing audited financials and the company is making its best effort to accurately account for the period since the last audit.
All of these activities move us closer to completing our first transaction with NBD, Inc. and moving us closer to becoming a fully reporting company. Tim Taylor, Chairman, Pres. and CEO, states that, "This clean up process continues to be time-consuming but every day we are making progress that will create value in the future if done properly. The Board and our officers are totally committed to seeing these projects completed as quickly as possible." As events warrant additional comments, we will follow up on the progress of this accounting and corporate activities.

Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp. CEO Provides Corporate Update
On Wednesday October 21, 2009, 9:42 am EDT
ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - 10/21/09) - Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp. (Pinksheets:CCAJ - News) CEO Tracy Anderson said, "I would like to take this time to address some shareholder concerns, update you, the shareholder in Coastal Capital, and potential investors viewing this press release for the first time. I think the first concern for many shareholders, new and old, in any micro-cap stock is the fear of a reverse stock split. I'd like to put that fear to rest here and now. We will not be executing or conducting a reverse stock split in 2009 or 2010. I feel that a reverse stock split hurts shareholders and the company.
"If we had a business plan that would allow for a move to a higher exchange and there was the need for a certain price to be attained, then I could see a reverse split as a possibility. However, that is not the case with Coastal Capital. Our outstanding share count compared to many other micro-cap companies is miniscule and that is why a reverse stock split is not the answer to capitalizing the company today. However, there will come a time in the not too distant future where we will need to raise the authorized share count. This will be done in conjunction with a merger, acquisition or JV partnership, all of which are on the table at the moment. Also on the table, and being considered by the board, is a stock dividend issued to the shareholders of record to be announced at a later date.
"Our next corporate order of business was to instruct DL Consultants to begin the 2008 and 2009 10-Qs and 10-Ks. The completed set of 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 10-Qs and 10-Ks will be sent to SEC counsel for review and preparation of the legal disclosures required by Pinksheets.com. The desired outcome of this procedure is to earn a label upgrade from "limited info" to a more investor favorable label of 'transparency.'
"As you know we had executed a merger and consulting agreement with a small company poised for growth in the security software space, Helixdc. The merger did not close. However the negations yielded an opportunity to explore different business opportunities and partnerships in both the public and private 'green' space. We were fortunate to meet and bring on a new member to the Coastal Capital team, Mr. Barry Baker. Mr. Baker will join the Board of Directors and take the position of Vice President of Green Technologies. Barry has worked with public and private companies in the 'green' space assisting them in mergers, acquisitions and/or JV partnerships. Barry has built a reputation of integrity and respect in the industry. Barry has also traveled to China where he forged and built relationships with Chinese green technology manufacturers, particularly in the algae growth and production space for energy, feedstock and food supplements. Barry is an asset to the team and will be beneficial in fostering international partnerships.
"As we go forward we will take on the due corporate actions. These corporate actions include a name change, cusip number change, corporate domain secured, and corporate website created. We have chosen to look to the 'green' space for revenue building shareholder value. Mr. Barry Baker has been valuable in this respect. We are in final stage negotiations with a company Barry brought to our attention. This publicly traded company holds award winning patented technologies in the green space; one of these patents is a top line, one stop shop, Algae Photobioreactor (PBR). This unique and patented PBR does the entire algae production process including an all-in-one harvesting and drying process. As I expect the negotiations to continue in the current direction, we will announce the relationship and scope of the projects as early as next week."
It's just taking them a really really really long time to flesh out all the skeletons in this closet.
Algaelink's demonstration model costs 98,000.
Produces 2 to 4kg of dried biomass per day
Additionally, they claim to be able to put up a one ton of dried biomass per day model at the low cost of 821,000.

Of course, if you read these comments:
http://www.biodieselnow.com/algae1/f/13/t/18527.aspx
you can see that there is some hefty doubt to their claims.
Which is why independent verification of BEHL's claims is a necessity.
I agree. I just see no reason why people would ask who paid for the PBR. BEHL paid for the parts. If people want more details of the arrangement, why are they asking a messageboard instead of contacting the companies involved? I don't think anyone here has that insider information as no other details have been made public by either company.
Steve, my thinking is this:
BEHL has the parts on the way (the additional turns & tubing) or in house already (the 24). They (BEHL) have monies in escrow for additional parts. Therefore, the new PBR is already paid for. By BEHL monies.
If what people are looking for is whether or not BEHL made money off a PBR sale to RWE, they'll have to wait for the financials to be audited as they don't trust DF anyways. It may be a simple arrangement as deducting the cost of the setup and parts from RWE's cut or some other arrangement. But I would believe that even Rick, who is very candid about his company, would not disclose that.
Yes we all know but you placed that negative intonation on a man with a vowel in his name, instead of checking yourself.
That the mafia has run scams in penny stocks before?
I thought your 'years of experience' would have shown you it happens.
Read at your leisure:
http://www.sec.gov/news/testimony/ts142000.htm
All that was asked was a simple question regarding the former BoD member of the company.
No need to respond if you don't know as chief appears he might.
I would rather have BEHL offer BoD seats to these people than invest in a company that offers BoD seats to people with a history of spilling insider information about the company they work for.
There will be no threat of SEC halting BEHL trading due to the dissemination of insider info. Unlike other companies.
Have either you or Lon spoken with Rick at RWE since the first PR was issued on the 12th?
I have.
Rick changed the plans.
Give him a call on Monday. Very straight forward guy and he'll tell you the same.
I'd say today's since in the 8 days that passed since the 1/12 PR Rick changed his mind.
It's good to question the statements being made and held out to us shareholders when doing so honestly.
I see nothing wrong with any concern you have. Two sides of the same coin.
They are suppose to be done today.
From what I gather, that gives them almost a full working day, considering it is only 8:30 on the West Coast.
I wouldn't speculate too much on the RWE to SA trip. In my conversations and emails with Rick, I have gathered there is a need for both companies to make this work. They are probably addressing more issues than just the SC PBR as there are items on RWE's plate BEHL can help out with.
I would be concerned about posting libelous statements.
Especially when one has emailed and identified himself to the CEO he is doing it to.
Lonnie, are you saying DF stole everyone's money?
Bought yesterday in my TDA, mom bought yesterday in her Scottrade.
Monique made sales of the desktop and culturing stations this month already, according to what I read in the PR.
I wonder if these were included in DF's target sale list for 2009.
They haven't restricted them.
Discussion of this is moot.
Omega 3 in Fish Oil May Help Fight Sepsis
http://news.yahoo.com/s/hsn/20100120/hl_hsn/addingfishoiltoivmayspeedsepsisrecovery
Adding Fish Oil to IV May Speed Sepsis Recovery
TUESDAY, Jan. 19 (HealthDay News) -- Adding fish oil to intravenous solutions proved beneficial for intensive care patients with the potentially lethal blood infection known as sepsis, a new study finds.
The study, published Jan. 19 in the journal Critical Care, compared 13 patients who received fish oil in the normal IV nutrient solution given to patients with sepsis, and 10 patients who received traditional solutions. The patients who received the fish oil had lower levels of inflammatory chemicals in their blood, achieved better lung function, and had a shorter hospital stay.
"This is the first study of this particular fish oil solution in septic patients in the ICU. The positive results are important since they indicate that the use of such an emulsion in this group of patients will improve clinical outcomes, in comparison with the standard mix," researcher Philip Calder, of the University of Southampton in England, said in a news release.
"Recently, there has been increased interest in the fat and oil component of vein-delivered nutrition, with the realization that it not only supplies energy and essential building blocks, but may also provide bioactive fatty acids," Calder said.
"Traditional solutions use soybean oil, which does not contain the omega-3 fatty acids contained in a fish oil that act to reduce inflammatory responses. In fact, soybean oil is rich in omega-6 acids that may actually promote inflammation in an excessive or unbalanced supply," he explained.
You most likely won't get trip zeroes there until the LOI officially falls through.
Look for .003 or .004 in the next two weeks though.
Spirulina Appears to Boost Performance and Fat Burning

Spirulina Appears To Boost Performance And Fat Burning
The components of spirulina, or lake algae, have been investigated through the years for their varied, purported health effects. In this double blind, crossed over performance trial, Greek researchers gave spirulina to cyclists who rode for two hours at a moderate pace, and then sprinted hard for as long as they could continue. While using spirulina, the cyclists were able to go about 2 minutes, 40 seconds at the end sprint vs. 2:03 without. This might have occurred because they burned more fat and fewer carbs during the 2-hour prelude to the final sprint. Source: Medicine & Science In Sports & Exercise
I'm here on this page with you, Steve.
Depends upon what takes us there.
If we run on nothing tangible again like we did to .155, then yes.
If we run on what people are looking for - progress on uplisting, audited F/S, sales being deposited, DF's targets being hit - that would give DF some of his credibility back in the eyes of a lot of holders/potential holders.
I get that feeling from old BEHLers who seem to want back in but aren't comfortable yet with DF's targets. I think the move to the OTCBB will give even more reassurance for some iffy holders that might try to duck out in that range.
I'll be here at .03 or .003 or .30 or 3.00. I think the company just needed solid footing. Look at the SA HQ pics and what DF can get done when he concentrates on one issue.
Let's not forget what the reaction will be when the first round of checks from the Omega 3 orders come in.
Exactly, I agree completely.
If you take a look at stock price of Martek and compare it to the growth timeline, things could bode pretty well here. Get the 2nd gens up and running, get the SC PBR producing ASAP with the harvester, etc., and see where things go from there.
A lot of potential, IMO.
Slow and steady wins the race. Check out Milehigh's post regarding Martek and their growth through their existence.
ETA: Here's the post:

On the money Steve. We have repeatedly discussed DF's overexuberance on PRs here. And the disclosure of confidential information and what it can do to a start up.
A perfect example of moving the goalposts. I understand you lose credibility if you actually told us how you make money here by not investing in pennies but yet seem to spend so much time in search of the red flags in the 1000s of penny stock companies.
Those were goalposts I would shift too I were you.
As far as BEHL goes, my money has been made and I sit with a nice pile of freebies. I've let people know this. I feel this disclosure allows people to weigh their appetite for risk vs mine. So in theory, you are right, I'd love for BEHL to go gangbusters as it makes me a bunch more cash. But I am not expecting things to come to fruition overnight. There will be hiccups and hurdles well beyond today's date for BEHL. Why? Because DF is still paying for the overexuberance which you feel is downright deception on BEHL's part. It could very well turn out to be that the funding issue was not disclosed to BEHL until December. The problem is we are the outside looking in. You have your generalizations which you apply to this issue. I have my work experience I apply to this issue. I've made my view of BEHL clear, warts and all, numerous times and have been critical and supportive of moves and PRs when warranted. I choose to let a startup company go through startup bumps and bruises. Apparently we just have different appetites for risk.
I've taken the time to learn this market. Not only the market but its players and the various agendas being served on this website and others. I appreciate your conceited concern in the guise of trying to attract more followers.
Feel free to pick and choose what you want to respond to but as far as I'm concerned, the failure to address how you make money while spending so much time here and not investing in pennies is pretty telling in and of itself. 98% of the people I've pegged in this fashion have proven me right.
I follow you. I have always placed the 35+ years of algae research BEHL has in house as a key point in investing in this company.
No need to reinvent the wheel here.
Make it a nice tall glass of SPIRULINA!!!
Can't wait to get that website updated and see these new products BEHL has.
4 years to commercialize their first product?
And 10 years to turn a profit from IPO.
Wow. Thanks.
It could also be that BEHL was not informed about the funding delays at that time.
Of course BEHL could have been given access to the financial records of those companies and kept it quiet.
ATP and COH are not penny stocks.
But you are great at assumptions.
Still waiting to see if they pan out into reality though.
If it's all about making money here, and you don't invest in penny stocks as you have stated countless times, how are you making your money here?
On my reply?
Wrong again, Dolphy.
Wrapping up a lot of items at Santa Anna. Pending patents to be submitted. Just a few off the top of my head.
Popped in today for a while.
Sometimes letting the company get its feet under themselves after disasters like a foreclosure and strong arming from a local governemnt is the best thing that can happen.
I am really looking forward to these new items for sale in BEHL's pipeline of algae and algae related products. I am hoping the website update will have all the relevant info. I think DF feels a bit better with a solid foundation already underway in SA.
Should be a very exciting quarter, not to mention January.
Good to hear.
I add 25K shares on the flip. Will attempt to do the same when Tweedle Dee & Co. appear next week.
VERT showing up pretty much confirmed it to me.
Check the timing of first post today vs the PR.
It was meant to play on the crowd that doesn't know how to read that PR.
In addition, I'm going to toot my own horn and say check my first post of today.
