Gold River Productions (GRPS-Pink Sheets) Has Begun Preliminary Discussions With a Potential Customer in Japan to Explore the Po

John Ohlin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gold River Productions (GRPS), Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRPS), today announced it is having exploratory discussions relative to the feasibility of establishing a leased, manufacturing facility to build its all composite "World Home" in Japan to reduce delivery time and shipping expenses associated with overseas container shipping.
"The tragedy in Japan is almost beyond comprehension and it is expected to require many months to just clear away the debris. We expect it will require some months before full scale rebuilding efforts get underway. That would afford us ample time to locate an appropriate leased facility to manufacture our all composite 'World Home,' acquire and move the manufacturing equipment to the facility and begin operations."
Mr. Ohlin responds to recent questions from investors:
(Q) How large are the homes you intend to build?
(A) "We can produce housing in almost any size and configuration, but for areas where smaller housing is the norm we have concepts for a 400 sq. ft. (1 bed/bath) unit and a 600 sq. ft. (2 bed/1bath) unit that are rectangular in shape."
(Q) Can the units be used in high rise construction?
(A) "For a project we considered in the Philippines the concept was to build a 10 story, 40 unit configuration with an earthquake hardened steel skeleton (superstructure), a central core consisting of an elevator/stairway and utilities. The units would be assembled on the ground and would then be 'plugged' into one of the four bays on each level. The forty units per building could be assembled and installed in just a few days after the steel 'skeleton' was completed. It's then an easy job to face the exterior of the building in a manner keeping with local customs/tradition."
(Q) How difficult would it be to manufacture the housing units in Japan?
(A) "The units can be made anywhere. If produced in a location other than where they will be used, they can be shipped flat in a shipping container and assembled on site. All we need is a stable source of electricity and work force. Labor cost is typically a driving factor in construction cost so where we build the units will be relative to the cost/benefit ratio determined by the customer." However, the time factor plays heavily into this equation, hence locating a suitable manufacturing facility will be important once and if the green light is given to this project.
(Q) How many housing units can you build per month?
(A) "The three presses we can immediately acquire for this project would allow us to produce approximately 400 - 500 housing units per month depending on the size of the units produced."

John Ohlin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gold River Productions (PINKSHEETS: GRPS) Inc. commented today that "we are preparing to file our (U.S. Patent Pending) Photo voltaic (P.V.) Solar Roof patent, on a world-wide basis. 'Green' technology is embraced much more in Europe than here in the U.S and will be a great market for our technology.
"Our patent pending technology will allow roof sections with integrated P.V. to be installed that are capable of a 60' free span. These roof sections will come with a minimum of R-42 insulation value and require no further roofing or insulating materials be added. Our roofing system is a one step process that eliminates the multiple steps of framing, sheeting, roofing, insulating and installing P.V. panels. Currently, the P.V. cells to be used are capable of producing 13 watts of power per hour per square foot and are integrated into the exterior skin of the monolithic, structural, insulated roof section.
"The U.S. market alone for this product is huge. At the end of the third quarter of 2010, $2.4 trillion dollars of commercial and civil construction (the major market for our roof systems) was in the 'post bid' phase according to www.reedconstructiondata.com. The roof portion of the construction is between 5% - 10% of the total construction cost depending on a variety of factors. Our P.V. solar roof sections will be produced on laminators which can produce in excess of one million sq. ft. of roof section per month; generating potential revenue of over $30,000,000 per month."

GRPS in talks with major manufacturer
Gold River Productions Inc. (GRPS-Pink Sheets) in Discussions With a Major Manufacturer With Its Technology
Press Release Source:
Gold River Productions On Tuesday April 19, 2011, 11:37 am EDT
SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - 04/19/11) - John Ohlin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gold River Productions (Pinksheets:GRPS - News) Inc. commented today that "we have been in discussions with a major manufacturer in the marine industry regarding its technology and products.
"The initial market segment within the marine industry for GRPS will be in pontoon boat decks followed by house boat decks and walls. Currently, pontoon boat decking is made from marine plywood that is pieced together to cover the required area. The plywood used weighs approximately 3 lbs. per square foot and must be replaced on average, at ten year intervals. As multiple pieces of plywood are used, a large number of structural members must be used to support the deck.
"We will be able to provide our customers for this product with a one piece deck that weighs less than 1 lb. per square foot, requires fewer structural members, will never rot, and due to the weight savings will require less fuel to operate the water craft. Further, our pontoon boat deck panels will help the boat meet the Coast Guard requirements for floatation in a superior manner than any other material. All of these benefits will be available to our customers at little or no increase in total cost.
"Although much of the marine market has declined in recent times due to the economy, one major manufacturer reported to us that they had a 5% increase in 2010 in their pontoon boat products which had previously been selling at an annual volume of 45,000 units," Mr. Ohlin said.

Business Description
Gold River Productions, Inc., has recently acquired AeroQuest Technologies through a share exchange; with a name and symbol change anticipated later this year. AeroQuest was the winner of the 2007 Utah Innovations Awards in the chemicals/materials category of the award.
The technology consists of combining various matrix's of material with polypropylene along with various core materials to produce panels and products that are ultra strong, impervious to chemicals and in some cases, fire, and are typically 40%-60% lighter than products made with current materials/technololgy.
AeroQuest has a patent for transportation vehicles (truck bodies, utility trailers, recreation vehicles, horse trailers etc., that allows them to be built without a chassis or frame of any kind and are 40%-60% lighter than current product. This market is estimated to be $1.3 billion U.S.
A U.S. patent has been recently filed for our monolithic photo voltaic (P.V.) roof structure. This roof structure will have the P.V. built into the matrix of the roof system (as opposed to being an aftermarket, bolt on product) that will have an insulation value of R-47 and be able to free span up to 60'. this market is estimated to be $1.2 Billion U.S. The company already has letters of intent from general contractors who wish to be dealers. This product has military applications as well as structures (housing, hospitals, general office space) built with our material and PV roof would be energy self sufficient which reduces the amount of fuel that must be brought into combat or support zones to generate electicity.

Gold River Productions Inc. (GRPS-Pink Sheets) Enters Into Preliminary Discussions Regarding Our Patent-Pending "World Home" Ear
Gold River Prods (USOTC:GRPS)
Intraday Stock Chart
Today : Thursday 28 April 2011
John Ohlin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gold River Productions (GRPS) Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRPS) announced today that it has begun preliminary discussions regarding its patent-pending "World Home" prefab permanent housing available for Japan disaster victims.
AeroQuest Technologies -- All-Composite "World Home"
The technology used to construct the World Home has won the prestigious "Innovation Award for Outstanding New Technology." A home or building built with the World Home's all-composite sandwich panels can achieve a heating and cooling load reduction of up to 70% when compared to homes built with concrete masonry walls. Building with the World Home's all-composite panels saves money since the structures are faster to assemble, they do not require steel, wood or concrete and, due to them being very light weight, the cost to ship pre-fabricated panels is considerably less than conventional construction designs.
Our wholly owned subsidiary, AeroQuest Technologies, which was the winner of the prestigious 2007 Utah Innovations Awards, "has developed a proprietary, multi-matrix, thermoplastic material that, when combined with a variety of core materials, can produce a fiber-reinforced, thermoplastic structural panel that can be formed into a wide variety of products that will be 40% - 60% lighter than conventional materials, are highly impact resistant, impervious to water and most chemicals and have excellent stiffness and tensile strength and sound and vibration dampening characteristics.
Homes and Buildings may be assembled on-site in one to three days. Traditional maintenance expense is not required on the World Home; no rot, swelling or deterioration over time and no painting. Analysis shows that the use of the World Home's all-composite panels reduces greenhouse gas emissions and will contribute to high scores in green certifications such as "LEED." The efficient use of raw materials in the manufacturing and construction process generates very little waste. The World Home exceeds all Building Codes including airborne off gassing of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in production and assembly.
The World Home earthquake resistant exterior and interior walls may be assembled from single panels up to 10 ft. wide by 60 ft. long. All panels have a smooth surface and are fire resistant which eliminates the need for drywall. Because of the use of aerospace high-tech engineered fibers, the World Home's insulated structural panels (SIP's) weigh 70% less than conventional SIP panels with plywood facings. As an option to the World Home or other structures, an exquisite simulated stone facing or stone columns may be incorporated into the exterior or interior panels at the factory prior to on-site delivery.
Rated for category 5 hurricanes, the World Home can withstand 155 MPH winds. The World Home will meet Florida's Dade County large and small missile impact test, as well as ASTM standard test, demonstrating the structural integrity and durability designed into every World Home structure. Unlike traditional building methods, the World Home's advanced fiber composite design will withstand a considerable amount of bending forces and vibration generated from high intensity earthquakes. The World Home easily meets E-84 and E-119 ratings pertaining to rate of burn, smoke density and fire spread tests.
Our patent-pending World Home design provides a green alternative to conventional materials and assembly methods. Its very high "R-Value" provides significant energy savings and its durability requires much less maintenance which reduces the cost of ownership and offers an eco-friendly solution. The World Home all-composite construction panels are fully recyclable which helps reduce greenhouse emissions and lower dependency for fossil fuel while leaving a smaller environmental footprint. The designers of the World Home specialize in green and sustainable building methods such as the U.S Green Building Council (USGBC) and ENERGY STAR, and adhere to many of the standards set forth by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Rating System (LEED).
April 22 2011 -- Japan's cabinet on Friday approved a $49 billion budget to help in the reconstruction of areas decimated by last month's earthquake and tsunami.
The Disaster Relief Fund will pay for removal of rubble and debris, temporary housing, rebuilding of roads, farms, airports and schools, and loans to small- and medium-sized businesses. Seeking to turn the nation's focus to the arduous task of rebuilding, Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan last week invoked the imagery of his country's recovery from World War II."We must renew the determination that we had in the post-World War II reconstruction period, and we must tackle the task of reconstruction after this earthquake," he said. The devastation left behind by the March 11 earthquake is an opportunity to build "a new, better future than before," said the prime minister, who was born in 1946 -- a year after the end of the war. Kan said the Japanese people "stood up bravely and achieved a reconstruction that amazed the world." The fund is only expected to cover a fraction of the total cost of recovery. The double disaster could cost Japan's government in excess of $305 billion, Deputy Finance Minister Mitsuru Sakurai told reporters last month.
