But thanks for reminding me.. I need to post the details.
Don't we always?
We've had many delays for many things.. and I now better understand the BK process; I can now expect and understand the delays.
With that said, I can't fathom a reason for the $4B decision to be delayed on 3/4. It needs to be decided and all things seem to point to a ruling being made.
I think the judge will rule on the FDIC's motion first then the $4B.
I currently hold 100% P and K. I'm at the point where I'm ready to dump a lot of new $$ into the commons and leave it until resolution, which I think is coming soon.
GLTA!

Everyone might be interested in reading "Too big to fail". I'm listening to the audiobook version of it now. It is very interesting to see how Lehman failed and how all the players reacted, including JPMC.
After the hearing you can hear Rosen saying "the one good thing" in respect to her saying not needing any more emergencies. I left the audio in at the end of file #5.
I think the audio cut out at the source. Nothing changed on my end.
Yep.. and only happening now that the EC has been formed. There is a reason they didn't do this in the beginning as they should have as Rosen stated. WMI is going full steam ahead now.
(note: 1st audio file is up)
On all BK's I'd like to see if there is a common behavioral pattern in the first week or month.
In the few BK's I've watched it always seems the PPS tanks to its very lowest immediately after the BK filing. And within days bounces up a considerable percentage. It seems like good gains could be made on any BK, at least in the beginning.
I'd need to do more research on the PPS immediately after BK filings to confirm this all.
I'm going nowhere.. h*ll or high water.. I'm here to the end.
No problem And you can expect for me to deliver it every time... even if I have to hold a voice recorder next to a cell phone. LOL

I had always thought the SJ was coming at any time.. but I see I was wrong. The FDIC motion needed to be dealt with first.
Once all motions relating to the SJ are done then the path is clear for the SJ ruling. After the FDIC's motion are there no other unresolved motions regarding the SJ? (anyone.. not directed just at you bluebird
1/29 hearing just ended regarding the rabbi trusts. They all have 2 weeks to submit final briefings.
I'll let others interpret this as well.. at the end of the hearing:
debtors counsel said "and debtors will have closing arguments now"
walrath, "I'd rather you not"
debtors, "if you prefer your honor"
walrath, "I do" "are we fully briefed on this?"
At this point it was discussed that final briefings were desired by both sides.
I'm not sure how to interpret Walrath's desire to not hear debtors closing arguments. My first impression is that she was ready to rule and didn't feel the debtors arguments would add anything, hence she was going to rule in the debtors favor.
(I'm gone now for the weekend. Everyone have a good one!)
Today's hearing has been pretty boring for the parts I've listened and it is still going on. They are taking testimony regarding the WMI compensation plans. I need to hit the road so I will have to stop the recording. I don't plan to dial back in to today's hearing.
After this weekend I'll make the recording I have so far available.
It's not working so no live conference. I'll record it and provide it later.
I can't twitter on it or listen in as I'm swamped with work.

Audio files will be delayed and might not be available until after the weekend.
Yea.. it stinks to be a bag holder here doesn't it? Sure wish i sold like Johnny suggested. LOL
I also converted some at Ameritrade but they take a few days. ETrade was quick and easy and most importantly predictable on when it converted. It seems like today may be the golden opportunity for people to convert. Don't miss out on today! It could save some people a ton in taxes.
FYI: To those with ETrade regarding Roth conversions:
ETrade does the conversion the same day and will use the previous day's closing price. That means if you convert today you will get yesterday's closing price.
It's a good question. I record them from my home phone.
No problem!
If it is there I hope someone else hears it as well. Not sure when I'll have time to review the recording. Works been brutally busy and I'm doing a little traveling this weekend.
I hope I can sleep tonight.
So I'm not disappointed I'm expecting them all to go down. LOL. We often have good news and see little happen. Big PPS moves happen when there has been no news.
Not trying to be a stick in the mud... I just don't want to be disappointed.. I'd rather be pleasantly surprised.
I could of swore I heard someone say they see preferred getting 100%. I'll have to go back and listen.
I'm going to try, but I will have to do it from a remote office. Hopefully it will work out ok.
Ah.. ok. I'll dial the conference back in now.
I haven't been listening.. are they taking a break or is the hearing over?
I'll reconnect it again if there is another break. Otherwise rely on the audio files.
I reconnected the conference. One person please confirm they hear the courtroom ok? Thanks.
Can you dial in and tell me if you hear it?
Maybe what I'll do is dial in to the conference call using another phone and place it next to my speaker phone.
Definitely. I'm bad at tweeting this. LOL. I can't type and listen at the same time.
Yes.. I'm live. But I'm trying to make sure I get the audio files up ASAP as they finish each 15 minutes.
I haven't been paying attention much to it. I'll try and post some tweets on http://twitter.com/WaMuAudio
But I will miss parts while I work on getting any audio files up.
I'm hesitant to try and reconnect the conference call and risk losing my connection to the court. everyone will have to download the audio files.
Problem? No audio?
Looks like Kirsten wants to hear the audio.
"Kirsten Grind (KirstenGrind) is now following your tweets on Twitter. "
We're waiting for the judge.
