Yep, and no pumping PR's just continued filings laying out the roadmap.
That's a very valid point, I wouldn't want to subject any company to what some folks will do when it comes to money.
That makes sense, thanks
They have enough ONPH shares to sell if they don't have the funds already (which I believe they do).
I think ONPH could be the buyer; they have the existing licensing agreements and with 900,000,000 Authorized Shares and only 28m or so issued they can pull this off without crushing their share price or structure.
I understand, but since LAHO is no longer a public company any information shared cannot be considered inside information as it does not affect the LAHO share price. That's why they should just confirm it for everyone.
Lol you can't "know" for "certain" with an opinion, but I get what you're saying because I "know" also it's in escrow
There's no way you can definitively say it's in escrow unless you've been shown proof, otherwise it's just an assumption. The filing said "earmarked" and nothing since then has proven it's in escrow.
And remember, they were able to close GSCG because Lans assigned the LOI, our only asset, to them for consideration, that consideration being the $8.2 million in lieu of the MSSV preferred shares.
Yep, we definitely agree on this point.
The $8.2 million is consideration for the LOI Lans had with GSCG, in lieu of the original plan to issue Laho shareholders preferred MSSV shares for the LOI that is an asset of the company we own. If the payout doesn't happen, there is a massive legal liability not only for Lans but now also MSSV since they were able to close the deal with GSCG without the LOI compensation being settled. I think they get this and it'll be resolved, but if not they have made the potential Laho shareholder legal action much much stronger.
Yep, if the LANS issue was resolved MSSV would run quickly to .50-$1.00, then the sky is the limit based upon what GSCG announces going forward. I think (hope) Dave and Benito understand this and are not just pressuring LANS to consummate the Family & Friends Plan. There's a lot more money to be made with MSSV if everyone can get their sh*t together.
If the money is indeed in escrow your complaints will be moot. And the SEC has nothing to do with LAHO it's a private company.
I don't believe PTS made up anything, he has been giving us information that he is being fed combined with his opinion. I just want to know why the subject changed from TA legal dept. to LAHO's incompetent attorneys to their new attorneys with their host of issues.
Is the TA legal situation resolved to your knowledge? I’m just trying to figure out why we don’t hear about that anymore or if it’s included in one big legal mess the new attorneys are working on.
What I'm trying to understand is are we done with TA legal? For weeks that's all we heard about, then crickets as it changed to LAHO's own attorney debacle.
Yep, credibility is certainly their biggest problem, one story after another.
So did the TA legal dept. finish their review or was that just another excuse for the delay? Hopefully PTS can clear up this confusion and why the delay is now with LAHO's lawyers and not the TA's.
But I thought the issue was with TA legal?
This part:
I don't believe for one second (other than call Lans to complain/push) that Novas or Christiansen have ANY push with Lans partners (Legal, Escrow, TA). This part of the process is 100% up to Lans.
Wrong
Thanks, I agree and appreciate your contributions to this whole situation
Oh I know you're a lot closer to this than anyone, I just think it's naive to believe they put up $8.2 million and haven't been involved. Maybe not to the extent they are now, but even in that email LANS sent they said MSSV calls twice a day. Just sayin'. Have a good weekend.
I'll be happy to eat crow if we actually get paid, but based upon the emails coming from LANS now I am no longer optimistic. As I said, previous emails were written in a professional manner, current emails are written like they're coming from a pubescent teenager throwing a fit because they had their car keys taken away.
I don't buy it. Dave and Trevor were business partners in LAHO, Benito was about to become a partner once GSCG was acquired. You really think Dave and Benito haven't been communicating with Trevor this whole time and helping him orchestrate the revised deal so their family and friends can get paid (luckily for us)? Don't be naive.
You mean to tell me Benito and Dave put up 8.2 million and haven't been involved until now? Please.
Exactly! You would think after they fired the first law firm they would have hired a very reputable one leaving no doubt about their ability to get this thing done. But when they say they hope they don't have to hire a 3rd one that makes me wonder who the f*ck is making these decisions!
Not true, most of the emails I received up until recently were very professional. Now they seem like they're being written by a teenager who has been grounded!
That doesn't sound encouraging. They hope they don't have to find a 3rd law firm? WTF!
Also, has anyone noticed their emails have become more "unprofessional" from those in the past?
Yes I know we're in the same boat, it just seems like we're reliving the clusterf*ck that began on 9/6/2019 all over again. Hopefully not!
Thanks for your opinion, just hope it becomes fact
Hey it's the same old posts every day again, surprising! Where's our money? It's not coming! It's in escrow! Prove it! I don't need to prove it! This is a scam! GSCG/MSSV will be a billion dollar company soon! Stem cells are the future! I don't believe you! I don't care what you believe!
No one can say there’s a gap now!
Yawn, same sh*t with y'all, different day.
Risky trying to trade RGBP, we know Koos drops filings during trading hours and unlike many other stocks it doesn't look like the news has leaked first and the front-loaders are taking advantage.
Ok if that’s the case then it’s even more of a waste of time!
Same stuff regurgitated over and over again; it's either going to happen or it won't, all of this back and forth is a waste of time
No worries paisan have a good night
Ok bro, I agree the lawyers are sh*t, but it's still the reason why you're not getting a firm date yet. Have a good Labor Day weekend homie.
Dude, what part of they are at the mercy of legal do you not get?
Yep, spot on. Now let's hope that happens sooner rather than later. I can't imagine Koos wants to drag this out, the time is now to take advantage of the interest in mRNA and its potential
Oh no doubt, but that's still a big "if". Lots of research will need to be conducted over many years for each type of cancer, so I just don't think we'll see those kinds of valuations anytime soon. You never know though, all it takes is one positive study to get it rolling.
My other concern is how solid are the patents? If they're challenged it costs a fortune to defend them, that's another reason I think Koos has no choice but to sell to a major pharma company with the resources to defend/protect the IP.
Yep, no way Koos is going to wait for clinical trials. Time to cash out and enjoy his retirement! Not sure about $7 billion but certainly worth a helluva lot more than it's current market cap.
