i don't think so...maybe a good 400% gain though
Never said it was bad news. It's ok news. I was responding to boomer's assessment of going below $1 today ... just don't see it dropping that low.

Hemispherx Biopharma, Inc. 1st Quarter 2009 Financial Results
Operating Cash Requirements Reduced 49%
PHILADELPHIA, May 12, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hemispherx Biopharma, Inc. (NYSE Amex:HEB) announced its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2009. Cash used in operating activities was $1,434,000 in 2009 versus $2,806,000 in 2008 or a reduction of 49% primarily due to the 2009 implementation of a cash/expense reduction program that was initiated in the fall of 2008. The net loss for the fiscal quarter (including non-cash charges) was approximately $3,087,000 or $0.04 per share compared to a net loss of $3,165,000 or $0.04 per share in 2008. The lower loss was primarily the result of a combination of expense elements consisting of lower general and administrative expenses, increased R&D costs (related to New Drug Application for Ampligen(r), an experimental immuno therapeutic) and non-cash financing expenses. The increase in financing costs were related to common stock commitment warrants provided to certain officers of the Company in consideration of their providing a Standby Financing Agreement to assist the Company going forward.
The Company's core technologies include Ampligen(r) (Poly I: Poly C12U), an experimental drug which has completed Phase III testing and Alferon N, an FDA approved antiviral, for which new treatment indications are being actively pursued. The recent outbreak of Swine Flu (H1N1) has exposed the limitations of global pandemic preparedness and highlights the scientific, technological and commercial opportunities for a more public response to the threat of pandemic influenza. One opportunity involves development of novel adjuvants to substantially expand the vaccine supplies and provide cross protection against new flu virus strains.
Insider trading has to be reported. The only insider trading reported has been share acquisitions as of late. No sign of any insiders dumping.
lol yeah ... because companies that still have employees and are still trying to do business are struggling to trade between 50 cents and $1.
and Wamu has how many employees right now? and is doing how much business?
doesn't matter how much money they are entitled, it's all going out of their hands sooner that it will get into them.
Question:
Let's say WMI gets whatever money back ... what profitable business do they run from there to increase shareholder value? All of the Wamu banks are JP's and all of Wamu's employees have hit the road. Are we just expecting for them to get the money and the share price to go through the roof without any profitable business plan?
" JPMorgan Chase's management was very specific in detailing the extremely cautious estimates it made in writing down WaMu assets "
The holding company was never a publicly traded company. The bank was the publicly traded company.
True true. Untamable they are. But I would like to see a buyout here still.
FFGO isn't about the shareholders lol. It's about getting in the stock and out of it with a profit. That's what all the pennies are about. Hello?
you're passing up a chance to make money off of a legal scam lol?
if the share price is going to move up because a bunch of morons buy a stock...heck i'll be a moron too and jump in and get the heck out before it dumps and take a profit.
Yes but they dropped from a very high share price. They weren't already trading around 20-40 cents.
We filed for BK at an already low share price. You won't, IMO, get the big bounce you're looking for here because we would be bouncing back up to normal trading prices. It would be like wamuq or lehmq bouncing up to their normal trading prices right when they filed for BK (which were very high in the dollars).
The only way you're going to see a higher share price right now is if somebody offers to buyout Nortel. There have been plenty of articles about potential buyout offers as well. That is what I'm looking for in this.
And about the common shares...they will typically continue to trade until the restructuring is done. You usually want to be out by then, which could take however long who knows. But most companies issue new common shares when they come out of BK and the old ones then become void.
If not a typo this would be all OVER the news by now without a doubt. If it mentioned WMI in the press release I'd be curious. They are just referring to the buyout of the bank. The press release didn't even make it to any notable news sites which should tell you that it's not what you think it is.
Don't look into it that much. The media is smarter than that. Lawsuits come if information is leaked.
Fair enough ... good luck.
Man, if that's the best you can find you guys are in deep! Anybody else address the issue? Haven't seen anything but ...
"Oh they will when they uplist"
"They don't need to they are a pinksheet stock"
Come on...this can't be all you've got. Don't leave me hangin. Why no financials? Any good company worthy of bigger investors knows that releasing financials is crucial for gaining share price momentum.
What's your outlook on it Durk?
No financials = No good
Even if they are telling the truth they are all a bunch of morons to not post any financials for a year. They really know how to gain trust from their investors. Maybe THEY are the reason the share price is so low. No publicity is bad publicity.

Circuit's survival on the line.
Great question! I will say ...
"Hey the uplist happened. And look at that, they r/s'd to keep our sharevalue equal with the new share price. Oh and hey, nobody else but the Ihub board seems interested in this stock so there is no volume at the new share price. And wow, we're on the Chilean stock exchange...never heard of it before)."
Yep, that's pretty much what I'll say.
Am I seeing this volume right today? 3.47 million? Less than $700 traded all day ... now we're getting back to real valuation. This will slowly die out like the rest.
do you have any idea how many times i've heard that every day on this board lol
when a stock has consistently been trading 1's and 2's people are smart enough to know they can wait for the 1's and not have to buy at the 2's. the buys at the 2's don't mean much.
i can't even read that without laughing.
what...they submit some papers and don't hear much for weeks. by "smooth" they mean they haven't heard anything back yet lol. and how likely is it that any company would pr about how rough the ride is going to uplist lol. fluff pr's are a bunch of bull and you know it. bids and smooth rides. HA.
ah well ... gl to everybody here. hope it works out for you guys. this market sucks.
I project a R/S in less than 2 months.

No clue. Ever since they both BK'd they've been on track with each other every single day. Baffles me.
lol you would be surprised how much money the government wastes on giving certs and contracts to companies that don't exist.
We will continue to follow Lehman brothers...it doesn't matter how much pending money Wamu has and I don't even know how much Lehman has leftover, but we will continue to see the MM's move us up and down with Lehman.
lol nobody ever gets in legal trouble for nssing. and if i'm wrong, show me an example.
Clearly I am invested or I would not spend my time on the RCCH board. No, I don't want anymore shares. Yes, I do think there is way too much hype and meaningless talk about nssing here that has no rational ground to it.
lol now you're just throwing numbers out.
time and materials estimates? you'd probably say $25 lol.
When you're bidding that means you're not alone trent777. They are bidding on jobs OVERSEAS nonetheless, you think the EPA certification plays any role in jobs overseas? Nope.
I'd like to know all the other companies that are bidding on contracts. You know, the companies that will actually get the contracts.
He puts them in there to keep you guys hanging on to the idea of it. It's just like putting in future outlooks on huge contracts that might get signed lol. It's all for show.
When a company has no news to put out ... this is what they put out.
There's where you're wrong! Well, that and a lot of other places.
LoL. You get right on that and see what happens.
Add me.
And the time to move on to a better stock is now. Beware the fluff pr's with no contracts, no revenue, general time frames.
It's too generic because it's not going to happen.
lol 5 billion of naked shorts. get real.
