Question for a newbie at this stock. I purchased x number of shares and want to trade some of them, but my broker Schwab says that I don't have any shares in my account even though it shows the shares on my account.
Ha, ha. That's just because you bought yesterday...higher. No offense, I do think this is a great buying opportunity, but it is the end of the year and there may be people selling just to clean up their accounts. Probably very little have any losses here, but just the same, it may be best to wait to the end of the month or January to get in or increase your holdings.
Walmart cancellation is next. imo.
As I stated, I don't understand it that well. I read a very well written post years ago and then googled the information. Whatever the correct info is, the finra report is not reliable for figuring out shorts on a company.
It's just the way the system was set up. That is also why the finra report showing shorts is misread, it's based on the buys and sells of that day. And because mm's must make a market, it will show shorting when it in fact is just the mm's making a market, which they usually cover that day or the next. I don't understand it that well, but I think that is the way it is.
Smokey, if you buy at the bid, it is registered as a sell. Conversely, if you sell at the ask, it is registered as a buy.
I don't think there will be a sharp dump, probably go back to around the 2.45 - 2.55 range, which I think would be a good buy in price. Wouldn't recommend buying yet, even if it goes to 3.00 shortly. Those people who just were gifted with a buy at 2.25, can get a good, quick 10% on there money now.
Well, the thoughts are that the public, which just purchased shares at $2.25, will now sell for a nice easy profit. I would.
I don't get why anyone would buy this stock until the new stock has been sold, since it is being priced at 2.25.
Here is my question. If Otteson and his firm were on a contingency basis, are they only going to be compensated from the award from this verdict? If not, where or what else would they get compensation from?
I doubt seriously that there are any significant shorts here. This is a penny stock and although it can be done, it's very hard to find some broker to do it. Most shorts are just the mm's making a market for the day.
Had to make a decision this morning. after the jury came back and said they couldn't make a decision, I though, uh oh, better sell, at least some. But I had a golf game and had to leave at 9:45 am pt and, and, what to do? Should I sell all or maybe some? But I didn't. First hole, should have had a birdie, but got a par instead. Next hole, a par three, I hit it just to the right towards a bunker, it hit right at the edge and instead of bouncing on the green and towards the pin, bounced right and into the bunker. Uh oh, bad omen. But I soon forgot about the trial and it wasn't until I got back home (no, don't ask me about the rest of my score) and remember, oh c##p, the jury decision should have happened by now. Ahhhhh...so I loaded up the computer and instead of going right to the ptsc site I went to another site (I know, chicken) and saw nothing going on there so I reluctantly went to the ptsc site and lo and behold....BINGO!!!.
What is really is surprising is that the jurors did not find willful infringement. Right, that's all the Chinese (including the Taiwanese) do is copy, steal and infringe. But anyway, we won and won a really big, important deal. I don't know how high we will go, but this is not the bottom.
One thing is for sure. With the volume going up now with no verdict, when the verdict hits, its going to explode. Except it might implode instead. Yikes!!!
Hmmm, I wonder if any of the jurors have cell phones that they can trade on?
Amazing, someone over at Agora saw a 150 sell trade and thinks that someone is trying to influence the pps. Nope, I noticed I had a small maintenance call and had to sell to cover the call. Next thing they will look outside and see a black helicopter
Another bogus carrot dangling blog. No sales, but lots of maybe's. What's really scary is the buying of the stock. Won't some people never learn. Taki, Eric says thanks.
The time frame could not be met. Ha, ha, ha. Eric stop, you're killing me. Gosh Eric, you have ALWAYS met your time frames in the past. Oh well, I am sure your time frames in the future will always and I mean ALWAYS be met.
Yikes!!! Eric, do something. What's that? You already are. Whew, thanks pal.
Oop, make that $100. Still, another loss for Taki. That's 300 losses and maybe and I mean maybe a couple of pluses.
Yeah, but if he bought at .015 and sold at .005, it looks to me, if my math is good, that he lost around $350 or so. That'll get Eric reallllly mad.
Well Taki, for a guy who likes to screw the unsuspecting; it couldn't have happended to a more deserving guy.
Ha, ha, ha. Tipping points again! The only tipping points he will see is when he downs that fifth martini and steps onto the ledge thinking he can fly if he just leans over (tips over) into the open air and flaps his mouth...err wings.
I think it is a just a matter of time before we hear that Eric has pulled the plug and gone under. There are no more suckers to bleed dry for his venture and he must be very close to running out of operating money.
Stuff doesn't work that well anyway.
I seriously doubt that. And if you have, it was either a loooonnng time ago, or you flipped recently for a loss.
I guess humor is not what of your attributes. Or maybe my attempt was my lack.
That ain't right. Why wasn't this posted before the market closed? I would've, could've mortaged my house, wife and one kid left home and went all in.
I could've been somebody!
Serenity, I use those words or their aproximate and I am gone. But you are so right. I don't know how they sleep at night. I guess you can kill or bury your conscience. But what goes out, comes back and generally comes back in spades.
Ernie, baby, with what you have found, you must be backing up the truck and loading up. You're gonna make a killing dude.
I am at work and could not listen to the cc. Did Eric say what day the 500 store roll out was?
I don't think so. There are plenty of shares out there now and nobody is buying. Just because Eric dumps some shares on the market does not mean anyone will buy them. He has killed that golden goose.
He's screwed. The pps has already dropped and he hasn't diluted one share yet. And he can't. The amount he needs to dilute will not be met by any substantial buyers.
Eric, look out below.
He would probably like to start with that new radio interview he just did. Problem is, no one is going to buy.
Eric, that's a bummer dude.
The big question though is, did they get a heads up that the r/s was inevitable and on the way and to get out now.
I know the jokes been on us, but how in the world is Eric going to dilute when there no buyers but only sellers. And even if there are some suckers still out there, they won't be buying here; maybe at .001 or way lower.
Wowser, Eric created a new brochure for Canada Home Depot! The sales are now gonna sky rocket. We are going to the moon, soon.
I don't understand why the volume is not just exploding with new buyers. I think the mm's must be manipulating this stock.
I still can't believe he put that on a public blog. He must really believe his own lies. Of course, now he is backing away...surprise.
What will be really interesting is when he starts to dilute again. He has got to know, nobody in their right mind, who have been following this stock, would purchase anything. He must have a substantial, I mean realllllllyyyyyy big carrot to dangle. Maybe he will say he made an error and it wasn't 500 stores but 2000 stores! I would imagine that he has to start soon, because he must be really short of cash now.
Oops, sorry. Looked at wrong board, thought that was this board.
Of course, if he is trading on inside information not available to the general public, then he could be in real trouble. But if what he knows is general info. and he forsees the future as bright, then it is a good thing.
But, he also may be doing it just to get the shareholders off of his back, prior to the shm.
Actually it doesn't work that well at all on tar or grease, or blood. That's just fluff I and others bought into, until I used it myself on such problems.
Also, it's not more stores we really need to get into, it's the turnover of the product in the many existing stores we are in now.
I love WD-40, but I have a can I bought over 20 years ago but it still is not empty. Same with 1000+. Stains happen more, but not that much more.
That's a good question, but here's a better one. Hey Eric, when is the CC gonna be where you get to confront your detractors from the message boards.
Boy, you are really gonna get them there buddy.
