You absolutely can in the way we are speaking of. Short selling shares that dont exist hypotheticaly dilute a company. However the company is not printing and selling shares as in your common dilution process.

Nit, thats you opinion and I respect it. However I dont agree. Certain situations and I feel this is one, charts are useless unless you are daytrading. Most of the action you have seen on the chart for WAMUQ for 2 years plus has been daytraders. With that said, the fundamentals of the chart are out the window unless your daytrading. Nothing about the true value of this stock, if any is reflected in the charts. Nothing of true long term value can be had from this stocks chart. We can agree to disagree. I think many longs here would concur.

Cash according to the news shareholders will have a stake in the company once it emerges from BK. Obviously logic tells you that the pps will most likely never be 0.00 on that news alone. With that said you are the one, not us to determine what it may be worth post BK. Again logic would dictate it would have a value far more than todays value. Now I have to say "logic" hasnt been a big part of anything yet. If it was there would be many people being indicted.
