As always it is nice to see a pinky answering back the emails and trying to be transparent and obliging. Just another good reason to trust this company.

I think my latest answered email says that strongly enough for me.
"Thank you for your letter. We are sorry that you are disappointed that we did not include the information you suggested in our LTS. It did not occur to us to do that since the information is included on pinksheets.com.
I did, if this is what you mean. Please read my post from last night,
perhaps people did not see it:

In fact, they have been as usual, very forthright and it seems very honest in their dispersement of any info on any level, LTS or email. I have a renewed faith in DLCR now and will patiently await the anticipated, and presumed WALMART, deal as well as other financial influances.
I seems to me they didn't seem to need a restatement since what is stated in pinksheets is current.

Dear Investor Relations person,
While the LTS was well written and informative, by not restating an unchanged share structure as of the LTS date it would appear to your shareholders that you are diluting the outstanding shares and thus the fall in yesterdays PPS resulted. In My Opinion. I am very disappointed.
XXXXXX X. Johnson, DLCR shareholder
I just received an email that strongly suggests to me that s/s has not changed. In fact I am sure it is the same unchanged s/s that is stated in pinksheets.com.
In case anyone missed the email sent to me last night:

I have an emailed answer from DLCR on two of my questions, you may want to ask different questions....I say fire at will. They responded pretty fast as far as I'm concerned.

Dear Investment Relations person,
Thank you for your replay to my email, I appreciate the LTS you presented in a timely way. It is nice to see a trustworthy Pink Market company.
I do have a couple follow up questions I would be interested to know. One being about the current share structure. Is the share structure the same as it was on December 31,2009 at 75 million A/S and 36,348,684 O/S with the float being 6,080,515?
The next is concerning any future plans for financial releases. Can we shareholders expect any future projections or current financial disclosures?
Thank you again for your timely answer,
XXXXXX X. Johnson, shareholder, DLCR
The LTS was a conservative, fairly well written account of the progress of DLCR. I think it walked on eggshells more or less in its presentation. IMO,many people held DLCR to see what the LTS was going to say and sold the news. Many other things are in the progress of accouplishment here besides a Walmart deal. And I'm happy I still hold for the bigger picture....wished I'd flipped out a few to buy some cheapies but, lol, oh well. There aren't many Pinkys I'd hold for a long term outlook but this is a good one, I feel, to do so. I have another Email off to the company to find out a few more details not given in the LTS. David's PR people have answered all of my emails in the past with upfront and straight out answers. My last one was answered that they would put out the LTS this week and they did. Many companys don't even give you the time of day. I'll post any updates I get asap. All in all, go DLCR.
None of those fit the December 15th PR profile. Pure and simple it IS WALMART.
I agree, LOL, Geesh, it's WALMART, it's funny how people can deflect a conversation from the obvious solution.
That's not international Plus DLCR not going to sell $1.00 t-shirts, lol.
LOL a thousand $$$dollars$$$ to anyone that can name another retailer with over 8000 stores both domestic and internationally. Geesh. BTW Gotta love that call back by WALMART. I'd say that's "SERIOUS" talks.
No problem with delivery of goods and financing with DLCR.
from LTS:
We continue to have a mutually favorable production and production financing agreement with a large independent production partner. This arrangement provides the Company with direct access to vendor-approved factories in Viet-Nam, Madagascar and China, and eliminates many costly factoring fees and expenses. Our experience in this relationship has exceeded our expectations for both production quality and timely delivery
I like that the company (DLCR) stayed true to there word. My answered email said they would PR LTS this week and they did. It is nice to see an honorable company in pinkyland. And it looks as though they are very busy at getting things done. I would like to see financials though. But I'm pretty sure they have some nice revs and at this pps DLCR is undervalued for sure IMO. I'm holding it for the long term. A rare thing to do on a pink.
DLC has also entered into a commission-based relationship with another
industry veteran who has substantial retail connections. This individual
will present DLC product samples and solicit orders for her relationships
which include Macys, Bealls Florida, Belk Stores and Bon Ton Stores. Her
forte and experience is in the Moderate area which Mr. Loren believes will
continue to be the biggest purchase category for retailers going forward -
the Moderate Department merchandises product designed with a Better
Department appeal but at a Moderate Department price point. This same
retailer strategy was in place during Mr. Loren`s tenure at Kellwood where
he was very successful with his DLG Moderate collection in many of these
same retail stores.

In addition to direct retailer relationships DLC has also partnered with
an independent sales organization in New York City to present the DL
product to other major retailers with whom that firm has existing buying
relationships including Boston Proper, Cache, Stein Mart and others. This
new partnership also provides DLC with gratis use of a New York showroom,
eliminating a significant overhead expense in maintaining and staffing an
office in the City.

10's of $$$millions$$$ in projected revs, This is greatly undervalued. it should be in the .20/.25 range at least 36mil O/S on 75 mil A/S and 6mil float.
Mr. Loren has had success over the years with each of these merchants with
the exception of Walmart, a retailer that he has only recently approached.

Revenue Streams
David Loren Corporation Management projects that the Company will generate

wholesaler/retailers in to maximize the Companys revenue potential.
