I seems to me they didn't seem to need a restatement since what is stated in pinksheets is current.

While the LTS was well written and informative, by not restating an unchanged share structure as of the LTS date it would appear to your shareholders that you are diluting the outstanding shares and thus the fall in yesterdays PPS resulted. In My Opinion. I am very disappointed.
