I so, I best transfer some money to my TDA account. Does take much to buy a couple of million more if it continues falling in 2022. I expect the real action will come after the first of the year. Right now, some investors and would be investors, have other financial obligations better worthy of the funds. Let's face it we are not in the best of times right now. I did not expect HIRU to drop as far as it has. I also believe that we will see great improvement in the first part of the Spring.
Please don't be so harsh and critical of others who have THEIR money on the line. I am holding and actually added about 1.2M a month ago.
.00155 is not a laughing matter nor is it comical. CEO owes shareholders an update with some serious language. No bullshit and to a very minimum, no "forward looking statements."
I read an article along the same lines with 8 names on it but the names appear different to this one.

Right below that there is mention of 10 most. All goes to show how OTC stocks attract shady characters. However, it does have to be organized; it could be the one or the two doing the same. Apparently, a strong following is one of the criteria that eases one into a stock fraud.
No fingers pointed, just a reminder that they are out there and possibly in the Boards.
Could it be that the employees from Denman will stay there. But agree that CEO should make that clear.
Thanks. I signed but have yet to go beyond that.
Ditto the hard mistakes we sometimes make. I have a few of those but fortunately a few have paid off well. A couple would have made me a multimillionaire, but I sold too early.
What? Read the web article for the What?
I just cancelled my buy order out of concern.
No, the article is just so telling that it reminds of other penny stocks of donated my money too. Afterall approximately 95% of OTC pinks go belly up with only the most informed make money such as flipper teams for one.
By the way, just started looking at this as a buy and as I read on noticed that PJET has been putting out news items almost weekly for 50 weeks but did not see a one telling investors of their success. Many initiatives; sort of light on results.
I owned shares in ALYI....total dog; sold at a loss.
I read the entire article and the details may make one think before jumping; it did mean. I cancel one buy I about about to make.
Quoted in part: This is an interesting article at this time. Fraud in pump and dump operations is not new. It doesn't need to be a group organizer and there are many of those willing to take our money. Take a look before jumping into the pit.
https://www.trendradars.com/digg/article-1008158-influencers-fraud-8-charged-in-social-media-pump-and-dump-stock-scheme
The U.S. government on Wednesday charged eight men of earning more than US$100 million in illicit stock market profits by manipulating their novice-investor followers on social media.
The Justice Department and the Securities and Exchange Commission said that from early 2020 to around April of this year the men, who had combined following of over 1.5 million on Twitter, ran a "pump-and-dump" scheme.
I noticed that but also believe that retail flippers welcome the tweets with open arms. I do agree that flippers are likely the only ones making money off of HIRU at this time. I am looking forward to the new year where it will be my turn to make money.
What would the rational for that be?
Hopefully will also include HEB, Kroger, and WalMart (Big stores). Didn't mention this..........maybe forgot?
Write to your Congressional delegation and see if they can pass legislation to make it so.
My concern right now is the huge volume. If it goes down more it is time to add another 2 million shares; my funds are available tomorrow.
Thanks for the posts; but requiring a license for CEO won't happen in my lifetime so I won't worry about it.
I there a qualification curriculum at any major universities for would CEOs?
If not, then any number of courses (business, accounting, etc., and EXPERIENCE would do. I don't know if she is qualified but why to you infer she isn't qualified? Maybe she is and maybe she is not but are we qualified to assess her qualifications in the environment that she must operate in? Some "very qualified" CEOs with lots of cash at their disposal fail from time to time, i.e., Enron, Sears, KMart, to name 3 (am sure there have been many more), and I haven't even mentioned the 95% of OTC pinks that have failed as well.
Arguably, we have failed too.............by buying and staying with our pink that we became disgruntled with.
B/A Size 1,102,600 X 956,000
Volume 5
From TDA account. Saw thought and thought it had been halted. So there is a demand and shares are available, so why miniscule trade?
We theoretically could add them in and throw elephant, hippos, and camels; it would not make a difference. What would make a difference is cut the flipping and add more flip proof shares; mean buy shares with flip proof money.
The lack of interest in EVIO is palpable. Volume is miniscule and posting stop on the 7th. Lucky day!
The many of us are here for a purpose or thought that we will make money. Excepting the flippers, those that flip well and make money, the reason the rest of us have stayed with HIRU is that we see an expectation that the water bottling company will be successful.
If my expectations prove to be wrong, I'll live tomorrow and the day after. At near 14M shares, I have all I can afford for now.
For all who noticed my change from Bearish to Bullish, it is just that I looked back at all the cases of bottled water my wife and I use in a month, considered that HIRU does have revenue and profits (yes, I hope). Simply stated, I changed my mind.
Yes, there criteria for SBA loans including revenues, time in the business, likely credit worthiness, and prospects for the future. There is a detailed analysis. Companies should not expect a receive a loan just for the asking and should be prepared for the evaluation.
Women owned businesses sometimes find programs to help women succeed in business and for all practical purposes HIRU is a woman owned business. Some detractors here may be that HIRU does not seem to have a BOD, a finance controller, and business manager, aside of the CEO and President. Current on financial reporting would be a plus.
I do not communicate with the company and expect she is too busy to check things out but may feel the company cannot afford the additional help at this time.
The most important of the criterium is like the financial audit; no "trust me" allowed.
Should have mentioned:
There are several Small Business Administration Offices in Arizona
There are Procurement Technical Assistance Centers in Arizona
The SBA and PTAC work together to promote business in their States, one to assist financially and the other to assist with opportunities, mostly federal, to small business in their States. Both offer advice, information, and assistant FREE or no charge to the client or applicant.
I agree with your assessments. Feel that there are better ways finance than issuing an exorbitant number of shares to do business. There are other means. SBA offers loans to small business. I just think that CEOs do not think of the impact dilution does to retail investors. Heck, try something new and offer shares to retail investors to raise capital, yes, I know; it is not legal.
https://www.sba.gov/funding-programs/loans
"Loans guaranteed by SBA range from small to large and can be used for most business purposes, including long-term fixed assets and operating capital. Some loan programs set restrictions on how you can use the funds, so check with an SBA-approved lender when requesting a loan."

What kind of financing does Walmart offer suppliers?
Five financing options can help Walmart suppliers. Purchase order financing (option B) is specific to companies that sell products. Invoice factoring, asset-based loans, and lines of credit (options A, D, and E, respectively) can be used by companies that sell either products or services.
I believe that the Kroger, Safeway, Piggly Wiggly, HEB, will offer similar loan programs and even that an enterprising small business could negotiating payment of loans with product AND/OR participation of the venture. I recall when there was a program that large corporation would mentor a small business but that was a long time ago and do not have current knowledge since, I have not been active in the business for over 10 years.
That said there are always risks to borrowers who do not do their homework, surprise, just like in buying stocks, especially pink sheet ones. Read:

I have not called any corporations to get information but may do so as soon as my calendar clears up a little.
Thanks for your post.
Interesting tweet.
If NOTHING IS HOLDING UP THE WALMART DEAL..............
Why does HIRU have product in WalMart stores nearly 2 months the tweet was posted?
Might that holder of record be the CEO?
Whatever the heart desires. Already ate the carrot being down some 64% to date. No more carrots for me; have them all.
A flipper finally loaded a M shares so maybe it's a sign the sp will be going up?
All the positives go stale. Fail to overwhelm the share volumes available on the sell side. Wonder why?

A 5000K paint job?
Deeper in the RED at 0022 now per TDA Level II.
A good start overwhelmed by Flippers?
Did not last long; so far RED; may swing the other way before the trading day closes.
Same to you and to all. January just around the corner.
My target numbers still hold.
The momentum is so huge TAD reports 559.8K trades.
It happened before for a much longer period.
Unless it was mixed with the large order filled. The following is data from my TDA account.
Filled Buy 20000000 EVIO Limit 0.0001 -- -- 11:58:19 12/06/22
Order No. 9906906273 Evio, Inc. Common Stock (pl) Entered:11:49:39 12/06/22
That wasn't me on the 55 or the 10, but my 20M buy just went through about 5 minutes; at 183M am getting close to meeting my goal of 200M. May up it to 250M going into the Spring.
Best to all!
Thanks, wronginvestor; appreciate the info.
From my TDA: B/A Size 5,658,800 X 1,906,900
I do not have L2. Trying to recall if the B 5,658,800 includes all bids?
Did not last very long?
If issued at $0.001; I pick C) since the deal is bring the rest of the shares down to its level and we are not far from it.
I am a little leery on the slow progress of reports and "audits" but still believe we will pull through. I add 10M shares to my holdings just to make sure my 200M target by Spring is met?
Go for it!
