Simple question, what was the share price on 9-5-17 when they announced the first convertible arrangement and what is it now?
Companies that are not struggling with financing, do not enter into floor less convertible arrangements.
Evidence delivered!

“Installment Conversion Price” means, with respect to a particular date of determination, the lesser of (i) the Conversion Price then in effect, and (ii) 87.5% of the Installment Market Price then in effect. All such determinations to be appropriately adjusted for any stock split, stock dividend, stock combination or other similar transaction during any such measuring period.
Ok, well disregard the compliment and give my regards to Dave then. Lol
Nice digging HH
Carbon free SMR is of particular interest.
Where have you been?
If we’re gonna start guessing like jack did,
I will guess that Exxon has reserved the entire production capacity for the next two years, for their first Gas fired Carbon capture plant?
I believe this article gives the timeline for resolution of the Korea overhang.
Apparently service agreements with Posco and Gyeonggi Green Energy expire in 2019.
“Against this backdrop, POSCO Energy has been negotiating with the Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP), the largest shareholder of Gyeonggi Green Energy, about the renewal of their LTSA, ahead of the five-year contract's expiration.”

I really have no expertise in these interconnection matters but if you look at bottom of the interconnection queue you will find an explanation of the status column. (5) I went from there looking for information on the process. Not sure if these sub 20MW project are large or small.

The RFP homepage references sgip and contains additional information but I don’t have time to dig much deeper for now.

You will find the Yaphank project here. ( 2nd link Row 4488). It will probably be the first one executed. The other two look to be months away from what I’m reading.
Look at nyiso large generator process vs the status update (5) that was posted today vs where we’re at in the process flow. (1st link)

3) Algae Consume CO2
Like any other plant, algae, when grown using sunlight, consume (or absorb) carbon dioxide (CO2) as they grow, releasing oxygen (O2) for the rest of us to breathe. For high productivity, algae require more CO2, which can be supplied by emissions sources such as power plants, ethanol facilities, and other sources.

Exxon has big plans for both!!

Embodiments described herein provide a SMR-C02 capture system that generates pure C02, as well as pure H2, such that a higher output value may be realized, further offsetting the costs of capturing C02 and increasing the overall efficiency of the power plant. The system also has zero NOx emissions, since combustion is done without the presence of N2.
Reformer Electrolyzer Purifier (REP) Will be at the heart of our CCUS efforts.
Google it!
Couple of very important patent applications working through the system. Here’s one of them, and I’m watching the progress of several related applications.

Walking away from more business than is being executed. $.70 may look good soon.
Member mark, appreciate your credibility. Rare on this board.
Yeah I noticed that too. Trying to figure out if something else is going on here. There was a “ change of use” filing on 5-23 that still shows pending.

Both pre date the withdrawal.

Either there is a change of plans or the company withdrew the project and is attempting to mislead.
One of the LIPA projects have been withdrawn from the interconnection queue.
Yaphank Fuel Cell Park 7.4MW. (651 on the withdrawn tab).
The other two are still active.

FCEL did not submit any projects to the zero carbon RFP.
Another fuel cell project in tap for SK.
No idea who will land the project but it’s out there.
The project involves building solar power generation facilities with a capacity of 2.8 GW, wind power generation facilities with a 0.1 GW capacity, and 0.1 (100MW) GW-capacity fuel cell generation facilities in a sprawling site inside the Saemangeum Seawall, along with a 1 GW-capacity floating wind power plant outside the seawall.

Hopefully a great move for you!
I have redeployed free cash as well over the last couple days in FCEL. 35% more shares than I recently sold and at a whole lot better price.
gltu
Seriously? You will criticize me for posting a 10 day old article that is highly relevant and had not been previously posted. Then you post an irrelevant article (amongst the daily old and irrelevant onslaught) from 7 years ago that has no bearing on current circumstances.
You have zero credibility in my book and should go keep track of how many followers are currently on stocktwits and focus on how many trading days are left in September?
Fresh off the press for you.

IMO, you (amongst others, HH) are lost in the company’s realities. I am a big supporter of the tech, but financing arrangements almost guarantee pain for the holders of the common stock. I sold a good part of my position the day before the last financial release@ $1.18-1.20. May renter if/when they clean up the convertible debt.
Do a google search on floor-less convertible debt and and you might get a better understanding of what is happening.
Regardless, I hope we all find a winner but,,,,,
Got a link? I see TK with an announcement but no such thing from TNK.
If you’re in the “organ” manufacturing business, isn’t selling organs the objective? Silly statements by more than one uninformed posters.
Good read, bodes well for REP.
https://www.osti.gov/biblio/1346418
Sounds like a well informed and valid opinion to me. Thanks for the input.
FCEL should be called to account for their willingness to enter into floorless convertible financing arrangements at the detriment of common and supportive shareholders.
Having said that, the technology that this company is in control of is potentially world changing. Most economical CCUS option , carbon free H2 at the lowest cost known to exist. I could go on, but I need to see something along the lines of commercialization of these technologies and a demonstration of consideration of common shareholder interests.
I don’t give much consideration to HH’s cheerleading and couldn’t care less if he blocks me too. He is completely uninformed as to how the world works when it comes to stock values.
Jack, how large is your position here?
Just wondering how large the damages might be.
Your observations have become quite predictable, and irrelevant to anyone interested in the alternative energy sector. Credibility matters and you don’t have any!
“So I am cc'ing my broker and attorney, to liquidate part of my position in 61 days, and to invoice Barry Hoghead for any shortfall. “
Thanks for the contributions to this question. I find the interconnection queue on the nyiso website. I am also aware of the company’s comments in the last cc but they have also made statements in earlier cc’s that ppa’s would be in place early this year (2018). Call me skeptical, and the Heritage piece posted by hoghead will have a negative effect on the industry.
For this stock to significantly appreciate, we need a big announcement and soon. Recent financing arrangements represent significant headwinds but on the other hand, FCEL has world changing technology and an opportunity to be the investment of the decade. GLTA

Try as I might, I can find nothing relating to developments with the LIPA awards from last year. We should have heard something by now. They were awarded in July of last year. Anyone else able to dig up anything? Perhaps a group effort?
NY is a difficult state to navigate. CT PURA is much easier (docket 18-06-37) and those awards are moving right along.
Exxon talking about CCS at refineries in Europe. Refineries are large users of hydrogen. Makes a lot of sense.

Don’t think so Max, the application refers to a battery. Patent app is using a small battery and mostly build around fuel cells.
I do see a couple possibilities with this announcement however.
