IMO APS is still news either way, there is no harm in discussing what they are/aren't doing. They continue to watch us as well.

I was wondering if most of the members here trade with margin, therefor being subject to the PDT Rules?
Doesnt that prevent people from being able to trade "freely" as often as you wish in fear of getting tagged?
Maybe going forward we should all have a "cash/settled funds only" account to trade promos. That way a gut instinct to sell or buy wont be inhibited by the PDT Rules!
Maybe this could help a little.
