GZFX4ME...WHAT EFFORT??? Gnf pays for everything.... CC most likely hasn't put out a cent... not with vendors... get that into your head........ all monies are from Gnf. CC has a clause to dump gnf for not reaching goals as well....
Space on CC website doesn't cost CC, you the vendor pays CC to be there, you also pay for retail space.. pre paid or from sales... and if your sales don't pay the space.. buh bye.
Got it?
Update.. just saw the Klaus post from midnight previous... so my recent post is redundant, but he saw my point...
S5
Klaus, I'm not contesting your numbers, just the way you state it. Read this again.. even with the whole post this is misleading...
"So starting Nov '05 the sub base increased from 3,000 end October to 6,000 end December which is an average increase of 1,500sub/month. From Jan to March we had an average of 8,000sub/month which translates into an average increase of ~1,350sub/month for each of the months Jan-March (6,675+8,025+9,375)/3=8,025sub/month ending up with 10,050 subs at the end of March."
'we had, we had... sorry, even with saying average, the assumption is the subs are there. And it's the assumption that is the misleading point.
This conversation is now moot. As it's old news and obviously people will do as they please. And I will again bring up the r/s point, in my opinion,,, people are delusional if they believe Gnf wouldn't r/s at any time. JF plays by his own rules, whatever those are, we hope for the good of the company.
S5
read the 7-18-06 pr. Near the bottom it states that 'street shares' will recieve divs later... street shares are brokerage shares like scottrade and such. So I guess I wait awhile longer. This isn't a company, it's a shell printing interests and shares for income... any penny stock with no income for over 2 years isn't going anywhere anytime soon. I think all we can hope for is getting our intitial cash back, maybe.
I have no faith or fantasies about gwgo, and will flush my porfolio of gwgo as soon as it's even pennies positive.
S5
Thanks Reb, but here is portion copied/pasted from his post..
"So starting Nov '05 the sub base increased from 3,000 end October to 6,000 end December which is an average increase of 1,500sub/month. This statement clearly looks like a factual statement.
Give me a link, and I'll apologise.
"So we could expect this trend to continue (not assuming steeper sub increases) and should then end up with an average of ~11,400sub/month for the Q2 increasing revenue from $400,000 ($16.67/sub) to $570,000 and 12,750 subs at the end of March" <--- this statement has 'expect' (speculate) a trend.. this is clear he's not claiming a fact, unlike the first paragraph above. I'm not claiming facts about r/s's, I'm stating a speculative trend as well. I've never, and would not do any math about subs on a forum board.
The ridiculous irony I just realized is the guys being positive about Gnf and I'm picking on him..... I might need a vacation soon.
WhartonEric... I didn't forget what I promised. But understand one thing... I will defend your right to be negative, and post opposite 'facts' pertaining to Gzfx stock...
I just observed a frustration bending into negativity from a poster that started out so positive... perhaps I should have delayed a remark until my brain kicked in, and posted more tactfully, but can't take it back now, plus unlike myself, over a year here and others, ex: fred fillet .. many years.... frustration runs long.
You on the other hand, a mere pup here and didn't want this mood to wreck another fresh face..
(the start of dissatisfaction?)

Sentinel, Wick, Simple and some of you others told me I would be going on a ride. Is this what you all had in mind (haha)! I am starting to get motion sickness.

Wick, I believe you all told me it was going to be a roller-coaster ride. I just assumed this ride would actually go upwards at times. A roller-coaster is no fun when all it does is dip...LOL! All this has become is a water-slide (HAHA) (your haha's dont mask a thing)

"ALL ABOARD!" Step right up folks and get ready for the ride of your lives. Oh and remember, for safety reasons, you must be ---This High---- to ride this ride...and no, I am not talking about heighth. You really need to be high for this GZFX ride.

We only have 6000 subs? What!?! How do they even pay the bills. Oh I forgot....by issuing a trillion shares

I thought for for sure it was at least 100K. Anything under 10,000 subs means they can't even pay the light bill.
There you go......... now back to trying to be invisible .......... yea right........
GLTA S5
I see that... but a rising number based on SPECulation of incoming subs... those numbers don't exist except on his paper..........guessamation......
I don't do guessamations when buying penny stock, do you.
I have no problem with his effort, but maybe this board needs disclaimers or something when they throw numbers around.
And the history can be flawed as well.
S5
KlausVT ... I think the average 8000 a month is not meaning NEW subs... but Gnf is managing to KEEP an average of 8000 a month... seems any of your math is just hopeful speculation that is not based on any real figures stated other than 8000 average. This could be very deceiving claims on your part...
AND people believing that Gnf wouldn't r/s before 35 cents have not been around micro stocks very long. If Gnf would R/S then you can bet it would be on a friday, late release. Even better a holiday weekend. But the next holiday weekend is labor day... soooo. Most corporations have a number of business plans, like 3 year, 5 year..10 yr.. so on. I'd like to see a clear business plan from Gnf.. not the last pr stuff.
Also the CC deal is a contract, but I would bet 1k that CC has a normal close out clause. If product not meeting the numbers, CC has right to pull plug. That's just a given with vendor contracts. Matter of fact, I think I remember reading something to this effect in the sec of the deal...
S5
To someones post that CC won't waste space. Absolutely correct. That's why its a (omg a stinkin netsux ad just popped up)...
roll out. CC already knows what price point it wants to hit and when... if Gnf don't hit it.. (but not for lack of trying) then gnf hits the door.... no offense, just biz as CC would say.
I'm still wondering about the gametag insert in my Michigan area in the weekend ads. Vongo (or whatever thats called) is barely out but already prime time tv ads...
S5
Tina.. I know you knew. Wasn't the right way to phrase the comments on my part, sorry.... but I did wonder why you posted that...
Tina, I don't know who reads all these pre edited PR's. I don't, I read sec's and things NOT from the companies.
Eric... I'm leaving for my golf league right now, but when I get back, I'll link some of your posts okay. If your fooling around, you have a interesting way of showing it. Forum boards are weird enough to figure out. Plus, I thought you just came on the gnf stock bandwagon... I'll check that too. Actually it's not my job to judge, but since you replied and asked I'll comply.
S5
Hi Tina. Are you aware that most if not all the news alerts, stockpress...presswire's are paid subscription service...
Stock company sends package of generic releases, also sends updates to these companies who disseminate the info across the internet? There's companies that do nothing but collect stuff from the companies to deliver to the press release companies....
It just seems that sometimes people think that this is new revealing stuff...
But I bet you knew that anyways...
Jeeze.... people, your inventing numbers again...
NOBODY has the real sub numbers except JF... and he's not talking..
WEric.... can't believe how rapidly negative you went. You will not last as a penny trader with that kind of schizophrenia..
Oh, and Gnf's competion...??try Microsoft, Aol, Ted Turner...
Vongo to name a few... the big boys are doing VOD right NOW.Gnf is year away... by the time Gnf has the technology in place (don't kid yourself, they do not...) vod will be old hat...
Gnf is doing what they can within their sector... Gnf may make it if they can find a niche... Netsux was doing something groundbreaking at the time, Gnf has nothing new to bring to the table so Gnf must fight for any market share....
Micro or macro company... those rules are the same..........
Oh, CC was never in the deal to 'push' Gnf any more than any other vendor..VENDOR.. one of many, one of many more through the door.... have anyone noticed gametap in the gnf circular spot instead.... Gametap <---Mr Turner, as in Ted.
Also, Disney online with movie/game rentals.....competition?
S5
for some odd reason I can't get the gzfx board info to load here at work. I think at home I can... will find out in couple hours... thanks anyways

GNF BOOK REPORT ....
I was shopping in my area's Target yesterday afternoon here in Oakland County, Michigan. Just for the heck of it, I approached the Electronics/Media departments manager.. One, I'm surprised that Target has (1) manager per department... or seems to have.., My wife's Meijer's makes 1 person do 4 depts... anyways, I just flat asked him how I can rent a game from Target from home, and what do I need to fill out? (I tried to phrase all questions like they were facts and let him refute them...)
(Mngr)<-- blank stare untill cogs clicked... he said "We don't rent games, we just sell them".. (me)<--- "okay then, what do I fill out for movies?"" I'd really like to use my target card from home for your movies and games..." (mngr.)-"We don't do that either.", "What makes you think we do?" (me)-"oh' I'm sure I just saw your ad in this mornings sunday paper!""can you call the nearest store to see if they have the special?
(At this point, it accurs to me if this kid were older, he would remember Monty Pyton skits) (me)-"are you sure" (mngr)-"Yes". (me)- Wow, I can't believe that. Everyone is jumping on the internet rental bandwagon, maybe your bosses haven't got to this store" (mngr.. now atitude is most likely, should I punch this moron, or humor him so he will go away...) but, a second older employee guy, standing nearby (listening)... Note* both guys have manager id tags........ piped in with this... "We would know stuff like that because we have to go to regular buyer meetings (his words) and big planograms are months ahead of time.." me"oh okay, I'm going to recheck my paper too... last remark that I remember from the first mngr guy was something like this..." I don't think we can do anything like that because it would be a major upgrade of our whole computer system and we just did a upgrade... so I don't think so...."
Well, interesting about Target. About the computer system upgrade, I'll give them 50% credability. But about buyer meetings I'll give them 80% ... what bothered me was the looks between them of no clue of the technology that all these stores and websites are doing...Target rumor? Not with these guys!!! But not impossible, but people should NOT speculate with their money on any other retail for Gnf until Gnf says so.
Last point... I do not like the Turner's (gametap), Aol's ... 'best buys' in this sector as competitors... huge amount of money to throw at the techno... something Gnf doesn't have... Gnf has to survive the island, not just float around....
S5
Post to Frankie-fillet.. my apologies to you as that message was not to you at all, I forgot to go to the 'new post' thingie.
It was a general statement for thought. If we can't discuss different views or techniques on this board, then I fear all freedom of expression is lost. It is only wise business practices to have contingency plans at all times... these plans would include worst case senerios... try to cover all the angles to be successful. If people on this board want to stick their heads in the sand, so be it... just watch what orifice you have sticking out.
S5
Well, it's late and most everyone's gone to bed... I'm in Metro Detroit area of Michigan... got my sunday CC circ' and checked every page. I've always thought why can't gnf be in my circular, at least as a ref to the website.... I was not happy to see the 'Gametap' ad at all. I'm not entirely sure what this means to gnf... but one thing it shows about big corps' is the bottom line is everything. They DO NOT love any vendors, it's what can make us the most money the quickest. That's how retail exists. CC is running yet another competing vendor at the same time. Yes, its a different tech... but it's still GAMES. That sub should be our sub... If anyone thinks Gnf is special to CC then this example should be painfully clear... if you still don't understand what's in front of your face, then you never will. Competition is coming from every angle and venue and Gnf is not about pps, but about SURVIVAL. AOL is renting games and movies and everything for cripes sake... I HATE Aol, but that is still huge money....
IMO ... I think JF going to sell out and go into buying mining interests in Peru. Why not... Some penny stock called 'Sock's are us' or something, r/s'd, then changed name to Surgical Brain Imaging Inc.. saw this last year... if this guy can go from silk-screening t-shirts and socks to imaging brain scans... why not peruvian gold mines.....................
ah, sunday night ramblings...sorry
S5
OT ... Pankajanc... as I said, if ceo pick up common, they can dump right away, if restricted, must hold....
If they pick up common in the billions, a 1 to 1000 split leaves then with millions which if original pps was .0004 and new pps is .30, quite a handful of quick cash wouldn't you say?
This technique works if the name stays or is forwarded to new company, because if name changed, most companies deem old name shares worthless and may not work then. Many ways to play the game, not all obvious.
They're not called insiders for nothing...
Research Svxa from today back to july 05 with insider filings.
(2) In many cases, the shares are handed to the officers as salary and bonuses ... even better as they're free to them.................
S5
This is gleaned from direct experience with r/s and the history research before the event. And many, many pages of DD.
S5
on the inside trading front... jf and family keep loading up. It usually means a couple of things... if your pro company, it's supposed to mean the officers believe the pps will rise so they can make money... if you pro otcbb markets it means the officers are bulking up before the reverse split. The type of shares is important here... if common with no restrictions ... r/s may be in near future... if restricted, then price may rise as officers can't sell right away.
This info is for general use, not only for gzfx future.
S5
oops, didn't have the FF's next post refreshed... I guess he's read this.
OT''Frankie, did you read where there are processes that don't even need any corn... they use waste, stuff from landfills... allmost all recyclable and never ending....
I don't care what kind of garbage they make ethynol out of, I'm not drinking the stuff.
I just read where a ceo of Exxon/mobilgas made over 69 million, and another officer retired with 100's millions.... so why would they want to lower prices.
Want to see big incomes.. check out Hedge funds managers/owners, not mutual fund groups... one guy made 1.2 billion last year... do a search 'hedge fund managers...)

Seems to be a bunch of sudo companies are jumping into mixed/media selling/renting on the internet...
It's starting to look like 2001 revisited with shell i-net companies sliming to the internet... without the big money IPO's too.
And now, my other stock is trying to buy up some media game rental company. This right after issuing themselves a total 50 billion more authorized shares.... hhmmmmm

fm52 and chymber... here is the closest thing to any claim of acquiring anything by cnes... after this post, this needs to go to a cnes board, but my comment after the clipped text is relevant to gzfx borad.... here is a excerpt from chymber's link..
--------------------
The shareholders meeting of 2006 was an overall
success. CNES opened up the meeting addressing
the business and formal portion. Mr. Rod
Lighthipe, the Director of Business Development,
presented the “State of the Company” which
addressed the Company’s plans to move forward
with mergers and acquisitions ranging from e-
commerce and internet based consumer services to
industry related meter installation and lighting
services. Robert Spigno, the Chief Executive
----------------------------
I have yet to find, read the monthly report as well as previous report, a direct statement to 'video rental company'
It is posts like fm52 that make gzfx board so difficult to comprehend and trust. People have to stop putting things in their own mind set and state data straightforward.
