I didn't see the article because I have couch blocked but was there an assumption of 100% resubmission? I have seen this floating about but outside of the math I didn't see if everyone resubmitted multiple times and its impact on the results.
Do wish we could write covered calls on this. Would make a ton on the decay. Add in some long term pits for insurance and this would be really fun.
I do think there is still opportunity here but don't put a lot of cash in it. Trading it has given me some good gains. Trailing stops and low bids have been my move in and out. Last move in was $.13. Wanted to sell at $.22 and kicking myself but will hold for a bit. My investment is all profit from before though so not risking more.
Sbux is a great company. Held them off and on for years. Options on SRPT went through the roof today also. Lots of money to be made while waiting here.
There was two different articles today. One saying the NFL was a huge success the other a failure. Confusion along with lawsuits drove the sell off IMO. Jack needs to chime in.
Does anyone know if they are adding any features on the upcoming games or will it be like last Thursday?
The RSI doesn't work as well with large moves so you need to take out the tails on a normal curve. With that in mind it is actually at 30. Technical trading isn't really meant for OTC stocks though. The volumes and number of investors are too small. Especially if MMs dominate the volume like they do here. To get a move here we need more demand (buyers). That isn't going to happen without news.
Wow, that made my month!
Yep, slowly but surely walked down in a vacuum of information.
The logic of these suits are silly. What exactly is the remedy? Asking for money decreases shareholder value more. It's not like the plaintiffs could do a better job than the existing management.
A lack of PR is why this is walked down on a consistent basis. Volumes of 1mm shares is not meaningful as it is less than $200k traded. As I asked before, what does Diane do all day? New buyers won't show up without news and in the vacuum they allow it gets walked down.
The media and frankly twtr's PR team has messed this big success up. They still have a chance. Re-code actually helped them stating the watching population was 2mm plus. Prior headlines showed numbers of 250k. Next game they need to be the source of news rather than recipient of it.
Agree. Watched it. Comments were very positive. Only complaint was a slight lag from TV. Anyone watch on phone and see how much battery was used (in %)? Asked a few but no replies.
Interesting. Chalk it up to ultra conservatism?
One of the problems that might show up here is the usage count. You won't need to login to see the game. Any thoughts as to how this might be measured properly? Tyia
You are probably right. That university has its hands in many pies though I find both to be somewhat synonymous. In the past in my banking job we (foreign banks) were excluded from the pharma field for financing.
Any insight on who the investors are? Thank you as always
Yep. My point though was that the financiers in China are indirectly financing US expansion. Epic is a minor step my guess. They have a strong source of funds with less necessity for fundamentals (profit) as a US based company. Time will tell but will be interesting to follow their moves. Will tell a story.
You are ahead of me as usual. I saw it as a good thing. My prior exp in China was that these connections smooth over deals / growth plans. Their debt syndicate included CCB which has direct links to the party as well. Will be interesting to see how they leverage their US arm (Puracap) in asset expansion.
CFPB and I have had a lot of fun :). Between them and the central bank of Singapore I don't know who was worse.
On another note, did you see that the chair of humanwell is a communist party member and the exec teams connection to Wuhan Univ is strongly linked? Wuhan is basically part of the government and has a long history of driving their agenda.
Thanks as always. I can see Dr. Callif putting his stamp on his administration. Had the same problem with an incoming CFPB head years back (avoiding names on purpose).
Still working on this network across the various pharmas / roles. Very interesting how they link together. The Chinese angle offered a new potential as the market there is drastically different. Humanwell has a strong link into the ruling party.
The technicals are all against long holders here. But some good news in the form of Thursday night success might reverse the trend. That and keeping the moron from SunTrust off CNBC. A positive re-code article on the sports streaming market may follow next week.
Agreed. In your experience do you find that the publishing of such things in an SEC filing provides the FDA with a greater comfort and therefore political cover? Sorry for the long sentence. Realizing we covered some of this ground before just trying to close out this angle on my dd. Appreciate your insight as always.
Fair enough. I am just questioning the wisdom of the SEC filing. You clearly understand the FDA better than I so I asked for your thoughts.
Interesting. Not sure why the SEC filing then. Why publish something that could be very negatively construed with little material value? Overly cautious is understood but it effects pps and therefore investors.
I don't see anything for Sept yet. Is there a known lag in posting?
Without a demand driven rally the pps won't move on a consistent positive path (demand driven = buyers are > sellers). This won't happen without positive news that reaches potential new buyers. As I have said many times a simple yet sustained PR campaign in leu of significant business milestones would be the best way to accomplish this. What does Dianne do all day?
I came to a similar conclusion. The question that should be also asked is if the follow up audit was scheduled or requested. Each provides a multitude of motivations that would support many theories on the board.
My theory is that it was requested ahead of a normal schedule to expedite approval supporting expansion plans. They still are not done but the faster the better and management would be prudent to push it along rather than wait for the FDA.
Well this time at least buy/sell was more balanced. Prior rally's were MM profit taking. The bid ask spread is still very high though. Need more buyers to get a real and sustaining rally. Today's total volume in context was $122k only.
Here comes mr sunshine Bob from Sun Trust. He likes to slam the company because just price target is $18
Fair enough. I have the existing cash flows but was looking to see if there was anything that have the 6+ new ones layered in. Would make it easier to DCF it then. Easy to find these with many companies but the OTC is far less common. GL today. Looks like another MM rally though so far.
Laser, have you seen any credible pro formas of the cash flows from the generic line only? Assumed adds of new over time layered in. I haven't but wasn't sure if you had.
Closest I have seen is x% of market is $y with assumed revenue share of z%
Ty in advance
Best bet so far has been put options before their CC. Jack has a way of disappointing.
Option millionaires board has some good ideas on I hub
Well done. My options went a tad south for a couple weeks due to a PIA analyst :)
Many. Just like my other investment gaining 40% in past couple months.
Very true.
Don't tell that to Tesla.
The odds seem to increase daily. Even the SunTrust analyst who is perpetually trying to talk it down admits it is possible. The largest shareholder and board member even said it was an option the board should consider is all prudence.
The question is why, when and who.
Why: Value creation from merger of capabilities
When: Pressure from shareholders, bids and strength of them
Who: Well the list needs to cover the why but also needs the checkbook to do it. Many names but can read in the myriad of prior articles.
Not this again. Look at the green section of the trades chart. Take that pct, multiply by volume and price and that is buyers (non MM).
