I'm not sure where people are saying any spin offs were officially completed. There is no SEC or OTCBB or any official documented proof of spins that I can find. All I've found is past posts by people claiming the spins. If somehow Gwgo gave spins in Europe and not in United States, then that may be a criminal offense.

Based on a quick sampling of 10 random single picks from each letter in the list from your link...

None of them has yet to pay monies to common shareholders...
The files are littered with "disgorgement plans" with no disgorgement to shareholders to date... some dating back decades... and most had assorted versions of this little NON disgorgement technique...

I stick to my comment that repaying ill gotten gains is almost non existent.
I was also under the impression that the SEC doesn't have the authority to MAKE anyone pay, only to pass off the endorsement to the courts... who DO have the authority.

Absolutely. That's why I don't belittle peoples investment choices.
Too many others do that for me. If you step back a bit you can see perhaps one reason for people looking at pinks as investments.
When you have a shell company dangling a legitimate product or service in your face and confusing the facts about ownership and such it's no wonder so many people can be optimistic about their chances for income. Only when what we are experiencing ** does it become a hard pill to swallow.

** no transparency, broken promises, false or misleading PR's..etc etc... definitely not just Bkmp alone... by no stretch of the imagination.

One of my suggestions is not to put all your account in one pink stock. I don't believe you would do that nor most people.
It doesn't matter if it's 2 hundred or 2 thousand, if it's just a percent of your account, then so what if one wants to sit on that particular stock. That's your business.
But to read that so and so has all their money in Bkmp just doesn't sound realistic or genuine, thus peoples replies.

Or nothing will happen. Because naked shorting doesn't last over 2 days ever??? So, brokerages won't be changing a thing, our pos pinks may pop .0001 to .0002 on the news... and brokers will keep naked shorting daily. Just as they always have. There aren't millions and millions of non existent shares floating about. Maybe at the very least this may prove this finally.
But of course this won't convince the long and strong.

Absolutely. Not the first time. Agriculture comes to mind. Does the United States even have small time farmers? Why are we paying corporations subsidies that were created in the depression.

Somebody's got to pay those multi million a year CEO salaries. Might as well be us taxpayers.
It may not have started that way.. but it didn't take long to be corrupted into a way of life for the kings and queens of corporations.
