Either that or the start on their Holland project. I hope it's that one because once it's finished it will provide a greater revenue. Also, since I'm in Europe right now I can drive out to these sites and check them out. Great times ahead!
LCJR
Yep, folks got to come to grips with the wait here. Trade others and hold this one for the future. I think it was mentioned earlier by another board member the importance of not having all your eggs in one basket. I think those that demonstrate the greatest frustration may have done just that and are now stuck. Just my opinion though. I can hold what I have for the next four years, then I'm selling and buying another house in Europe. Until then I'll keep adding and holding while playing other opportunities I have going on.
Well, here in Europe it's past beer-thirty already so I'll leave with wishing everyone a great day and a safe and pleasant weekend.
LCJR
That's exactly right. Folks got to come to grips with the wait. I hope it's just impatience and not that some might have all their funds locked up in this one stock. One should never have all their eggs in one basket. Trade others to occupy your time and hold this one for later. Just my opinion though.
LCJR
Oh yeah, lots off opportunities there for StrikeForce. I was just mentioning a few. This will get real interesting in the weeks ahead. Luckily, as you've pointed out for us, all this is open source public record so we can follow along. Thanks for digging into this for us, I'm following along with great interest while adding shares as I can.

Some shoppers come in knowing what they're looking for, while others are looking for protection software but don't know anything about it and will just grab the prettiest box on the shelf.
Just an opinion here but most folks looking for something like this shop on-line and don't necessarily go to Staples or Target for encryption software. I'm glad it's available there, but I'm banking most sales come from online sales and contracts. JMO.
LCJR
Agree. The reason I agree is the litigation goes beyond the current value of the stock. The litigation is based on the damages incurred and whatever else StrikeForce filed for.
Just my opinion now, but these are going to court because they couldn't or wouldn't settle first. That's usually how it works in the corporate world. The corporation seeking damages approaches the defendant corp seeing a settlement, if that's not agreed upon, off they go to court.
Now, looking at those corporations, or at least looking at what they have on-line, leads me to believe they should have settled because they cannot afford to purchase any other corporation, much less StrikeForce and will struggle to pay their debt later.
Again, just my opinion for discussion.
LCJR
Really appreciate keeping up with all the litigation process!
Boy, looked up Trustwave Holdings and wondered if that Annabel Lewis (Legal Counsel) got sacked over that. lol.
Duo Security should be a cakewalk (see their profile; click on "about" and scroll down).
Centrify actually lists Microsoft as one of their customers (probably not anymore). They'll fold quickly as well. (see management).

Reminder:

"My price target opinion is at a conservative level of $0.83 per stock today only on the projects in the U.S.
My target share price does not include the value of possible acquiring 16 fully operational, and revenue generating waste-to-energy facilities in Italy to her portfolio.
If this transaction will indeed be executed it would generate strong immediate cash for BLSP and share price could at least double my $0.83 share price to $1.66 per share.”
Exactly. He really messed up here. I mean, besides deliberately varying out the con job. He's in for an investigation he won't be able to hide from. Perfect time for the State Department, Dept of Justice, and the SEC to nail this ginny pig and set an example. Ron's to stupid to fly out to an island somewhere too so he's gonna do some time. Looking at 3-5 in the slammer.
Thanks, as I suspected. I'm really curious how many city officials were or are still in on this from the very beginning. Lots and lots of financing and no materials purchased or ground breaking. Hmmmmm.
Just a matter of time though before it all comes to light. Idiot CEO would get off Scott free like all the other OTC scams but he messed up and included city and government officials on this one.
That's why I still check in now and then, just for the status of those involved. This one won't be swept away like the other scams. He really messed up this time.
Has anybody heard from the city about this project in the last year? I'm just checking back in after a year and still hold shares. Can't find anything that says this is still on track or even a reality anymore.
Thanks for that ZPAUL. Much appreciated.
LCJR
I'm glad I found this opportunity and signed up yesterday with a starter position. I see this expanding and excelling, so I'll keep adding as I can.
I'm sure many know this website for finding out if a company is making a name change (more than one reason), but just in case here's a website to track that information:

Here's to a great day!
LCJR
So my order executed. I'm in and will continue to accumulate over time and hold long term. I have other stocks that can occupy my short time plays.
Looking forward to some good communication and learning about this company.
LCJR
Thank you for that.
LCJR
Yep, I'm liking everything I'm reading so far. Looks pretty solid. Read through almost all of their filings already but will continue to learn the background.
Reverse split talk I think was on me, as I misread the "moved up to OTCQB and move the company toward a Nasdaq listing". Totally on me.
I've got my initial order pending and ready for the opening bell.
LCJR
Thanks, I appreciate that. I'll start a small position today and go from there. Think this will take an opening dip today or stay at the current ask? I know, we don't have a crystal ball. lol
LCJR
That's not a true statement. IF, that were to occur, the litigation decision would stick because it was a violation at the time. That would be like saying a criminal statute was changed this year so all those in prison at this time because they broke the law back when have to be released now. No, they would remain incarcerated because they broke the law back when. That's already been proven many many times over the last few years in courts.
LCJR
I'm selling at a loss today and moving on. No big deal and is covered as a loss on my taxes. Good luck to you guys holding on.
LCJR
Thank you guys for the quick response. Looks like I'll be buying in this afternoon. I like what I've read so far. Very rare to find something like this in the pinks.
LCJR
Greetings, I just found this off another investor. I'll be doing some DD here and not really asking for somebody else's hard work, but if somebody could please give me an opinion on when this is expected to take off it would be appreciated. I read they plan on uplisting, but they are way far away from that now unless a reverse split is in their thoughts.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
LCJR
Just placed my order for another scoop of SFOR. Ready for the opening bell. lol
LCJR
They know what they're doing. It won't be long and this will take off. Then we'll be in a situation of whether they let their value take them to the uplist or if they decide to do a reverse split. Either way, investors know to buy this up before October.
The more Lazarus buys, the more I lean toward them doing a reverse split. I certainly can't keep up with them so I'm concerned.
I did reach out to management via email but haven't received an answer, so next week I'll call them. They do a very good job of keeping everyone updated with operations, but I want some answers regarding the uplisting and their methodology for achieving their goals.
Lazarus is really racking up the shares. I wish I could buy at their pace.
Anybody hear any news or comments from the company regarding that blotched reverse split?
You da man buddy. Thanks for all your hard work. Good things come to those that wait.
LCJR
Don't forget the Director and CFO Debbie King. Debbie's resume can't even list the name of her past firms for some reason. Hasn't really done anything either since being with this company except run this stock into the ground.
That being said, I think this company can correct itself and stand with the big boys, but only if somebody that knows what they're doing comes on board. Debbie King needs to go, and go right now.
Come on Celluci, check the work of your staff before something this important comes around again.
All of us trade, or we wouldn't be here to begin with. However, once in a blue moon we find a stock worth holding onto because it's a legit corporation with a product trying to make a stand and succeed. I'll hold for a while for something like that, especially since I have other irons in the fire and am not standing around watching this one stock every day getting frustrated because their timeline is inconvenient to me and my plans.
LCJR
Good post. I'll hold mine for a while because I know what this is worth. Oct-Nov time frame will be just the start and it will take off from there.
The day flippers getting frustrated need to find another stock. Bashing isn't necessary, this stock is just lining up for the big league so those looking to make quick money need to look elsewhere.
Every time the stock dips I'll buy some more.
Oct-Nov is my prediction.
I feel the same way. I'll just sit back and watch what happens. I'm holding long, since this is the same company was invested in before with a real income, real trucks on the road, and a desire to put this company back on track.
LCJR
Holy cow, did everybody decide to sell off their shares today to drive the stock down? Hmmmmm, bet those same individuals are about to load up again.
Blue Sphere Can Apply for Incentives for Dutch Projects
CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue Sphere Corp. (OTCQB: BLSP) (the "Company" or "Blue Sphere"), a clean-tech independent power producer that develops, manages and owns waste-to-energy facilities globally, reported today on the valuable incentive program offered by the Dutch government for renewable energy projects. As Blue Sphere is actively seeking projects in the Netherlands, the Company finds these incentives to be very valuable in evaluating these projects.
The SDE+ program is an incentive for the production of renewable energy in the Netherlands. There are two periods for SDE+ subsidy applications in 2016, one being in spring and the other in autumn (October).
What is the SDE+
The SDE+ is an operating (feed-in-tariff) subsidy. Producers receive a guaranteed payment (subsidy) for the energy they generate from renewable sources (as opposed to funding for any equipment or services they need to make this production possible, as in the case of an investment subsidy). The SDE+ is aimed at companies and (non-profit) organizations intending to produce renewable energy.
The SDE+ compensates for the difference in price between fossil and renewable energy over a period of 8, 12 or 15 years, depending on the type of technology used. Similarly, the amount of the subsidy depends on the technology used and the amount of renewable energy produced.
The SDE+ Contribution
The cost price for the production of renewable energy is recorded in the base amount for the technology. The earnings for fossil energy are recorded in the correction amount. The SDE+ compensates for the difference between the cost price of renewable energy and the earnings of fossil energy. The maximum SDE+ contribution is thus equal to the base amount minus the correction amount.
The SDE+ contribution received depends on energy price trends. If the energy price goes up, the project gets a lower SDE+ contribution but the energy purchaser will pay more. If the energy price falls the project will get a higher SDE+ contribution but will receive less from the energy purchaser.
The subsidy is granted by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency and its grant is the maximum subsidy over the entire period of the subsidy (8, 12 or 15 years). The SDE+ subsidies are available for the production of Renewable Electricity, Renewable Gas and Renewable Heat or Combined Heat and Power (CHP). Among other technologies, Biomass is one of the accepted categories.
"We are providing this information to help illustrate the growing demand for renewable energy sources in various countries around the world. We see these incentives as a key indicator of the growth potential in the waste-to-energy marketplace. Blue Sphere intends to fully take advantage of these types of incentives in the countries that it operates as they become available," said Shlomi Palas, the Company's CEO.
You don't have the patience to wait a bit?
I just did that 125,000 just to see if my crap was working. lol
LCJR
I picked up some more today. Going to keep adding too.
LCJR
So just for fun, what would be the purchase price right now as we sit for SFOR? What would the shareholders get based on the value or selling point of Strikeforce?
Exactly. Just my opinion, but I think this CEO will wait until the company is at a better standing before even considering one. I'll even go out on a limb here and say once these two facilities are operational and ground breaks on other projects, this will soar fast and hard. I truly believe this company is severely undervalued and once they post the updated financial standing, this jumps right to the 60-70 cent range.
LCJR
Because you don't always know what the split is going to be until it's too late. They don't always work to the Investors advantage. Example, one of my stocks just went through a 1 to 2,500 reverse split, then opened the next day at half what they were supposed to open at. So, we all lost at least half our investment right off the bat. Then the bid is so low nobody can get out without losing the rest of our investment, so we're trapped.
Now, do I think BLSP will do this to us? No, I do not. But I won't chance it. There's too many other opportunities out there to take that chance.
I'll get out as soon as I read or hear they are even considering a split. I think that will be in the 60-70 cent range and that's all I need. I will however ride it as high as it will go before I hear of a split. Who knows, maybe they don't do one at all and we ride this to over the required $4 range. Time will tell.
LCJR
You and me both. It's been a few years for me as well. This is going to buy my next house in Europe. lol
LCJR
Wrong. If he would have told him the information he was releasing on Monday that would be insider trading. Telling somebody you are going to release information on a certain day is ok. You read and hear this everyday everywhere. If you're going to make accusations, at least make credible ones. Better yet, just leave the board if this is not right with you.
