It was actually May 9th, but who's counting?
I've personally lost $4,500 here, but that's my own fault. I became interested WAY too early. Back in 2009 I became interested, and that was before they had any movies! LoL!!!
Will we get a filing on the 29th saying "we're still working on our earnings report......try back in March"???
Why is the pre-market 'ask' set to 0.0003?
Actually, not according to this article.....
http://www.hotstocked.com/article/2830/camelot-entertainment-group-inc-otc-cmgr.html
What these guys are saying is that the stock last ran on a "stock promotion", whatever that is. Earnings could be lousy, and still some millionaire somewhere could run the thing.
LoL! Are we the only two persons who "think" we know how high the stock is going?
How many tops? Two or three? Ascending or descending?
Want the codes? 'Cuz I've got all the screen-shots. Who put them out and for whom were they meant? One day, I'll have to figure that one out.
And which month is it all going down? The codes suggested either December 2011 or March 2012. Which one's left? And which week? The third week?
First peak: .0001 to 0.17
Second peak: 0.10 to 0.38
Third peak: 0.14 to 0.55
And then gradually drop to $0.01 and not go lower for EXACTLY ONE CALENDAR YEAR from the date of the initial run??? Oh really?
.....but then again, it's all just a theory ......or is it?
Seriously, who's pulling the strings here? It ain't Atwell.
What's the O/S here? Anybody know?
Thanks!
Possibly Neutral or Chaotic Evil??? But seriously, I haven't got a clue.
If this thing runs to .0018 or so, I'll be VERY happy. Hell, at this point I'd settle for a measly .0007!!!!
EDIT: This might be something, but I doubt it.... http://www.bloomberg.com/quote/PNCE:SG
I don't wish to contradict you, but the last time this was above .0001 was between May and July 2009, not 2008. At that time it oscillated between .0001 and .0002 for 2-3 days before dying. LoL, I should have got out @ .0002. Oh well!
IIRC, the volume during that "run" was, indeed, over a billion shares on one particular day. But don't take my word for it. I suggest looking up a chart for PHMB and 2008 & 2009.
Multiple people on another message board....
Why? Why are more than one person talking about this stock in terms of $0.02??? What gives? Is there something I should know?
Hey, great information! Where'd you get all that stuff?
But where does that leave PHMB? Will the MMs take it up in the eventual future? Maybe when a new management team is announced? IIRC, they put out a PR soon after Berthold left proclaiming "no R/S", or something to that effect.
Isn't MILV "Mistral Ventures"? And wasn't Mistral Ventures the company formerly known as PAVC (a.k.a. "Paivis Communications", or something like that)?
CTCC .....that's not the mythical "Clean Coal Technologies", is it? LoL!
I guess I have a couple of symbols to look up for homework & such.
Thanks again for the info, you're a wizard!
If you want to know anything about CMGR, just ask. I've been sticking VERY close to that one, maybe even closer than you've been sticking to Berthold's scams.
CMGR .....the chart says "scam", but the fundamentals (which improve year over year such that they had ZERO movies in 2009 and HUNDREDS of movies now) say "eventually on the NASDAQ". It's obscenely real growth, but you'd never know it by reading the posts on any Internet message board. The paid bashers are out in full force almost everywhere.
Here's a tip backed up with experience & research I've gleaned over the last 3 years following CMGR: In the next two months, the stock will do ONE OF TWO THINGS .....1) perform a Reverse Split and wipe everybody out for the fifth time, or 2) move from $0.0001 to $0.55 in the span of 4-5 days. I was a lot more hopeful in October/November 2011. Right now, I think it's 50/50. If you require further details, just let me know. Good luck!
Yes, that much I knew. But aren't there current, non-Berthold owners that are trying to do things with this "company"? Or is it just a completely dead/dormant shell?
Any chance this will run again? If so, how high? I'm starting to miss my $63.09 ....LoL!
I've had a sell order set to .0018 for what seems like forever.
What's your break-even point? Mine is around $0.015 per share, FWIW. With a price like that, 3+ years of futility in this stock won't necessarily have been wasted. Hell, I think I learned enough stuff in this venture. The education was worth it. It beats studying taxation at a government-run university!!
This is the ninth time the stock has gone to "no bid" since November, for all those keeping track.
"Eliminate Archie Cookson" ....
http://distribution.camelotent.com/eliminate-archie-cookson.php
I actually like the fact that their webmaster is having a difficult time keeping up with all the titles Camelot has recently acquired. Growing "too fast" is almost never bad..... unless you're ancient Rome or Netflix. LoL.
"...Termite where are you finding the dilution? ..."
Do you see this chart?
http://www.profitspi.com/stock-chart.aspx?id=CMGR&ca=2109190140
The "Accumulation/Distribution" line is a very reliable indicator of dilution. Basically, accumulation makes the line go up, while dilution makes the line go down. Today was the sharpest drop-off for this indicator since .....well .....since sometime before the R/S (May 2011)?
It's worth noting that about 50 million shares had previously been purchased below .0001, so the perception of almost 200 million shares being traded @ .0001 might be a little misleading. I.e., a good chunk of those (perhaps 25%?) might actually be people taking profits, believe it or not!
Yes, but unfortunately, much of it was dilution.
That said, this has to be the MOST CONFUSING penny stock there is. The fundamentals improve year after year, but the chart never does. There was 'no bid' mid-day, but the bid returned before the day ended. That's the SEVENTH time since November that the bid has vanished & returned. Strange, strange, strange....
"...How many outstanding shares were there before the reverse splits? ..."
In 2009, 2010, and 2011 the OS was around 11 billion shares.
In 2008, I seriously doubt that was the case, as the 1 for 100 R/S took the stock from .0005 to .05 .....I really don't imagine 11 billion shares could sustain a price of .0005, but then again, it's all in the filings for August 2008. You'll get your answers there.
Is Clue #4 making a conscious choice to NOT PR the Christmas Eve deal between themselves and the multi-billion dollar ABC Family Channel for the showing of "Puff The Magic Dragon" in December 2011?
Ernie, please do try to be accurate. There is not a "...total lack of financial filings...". The filings were numerous and fluid until George Jackson split (July 2010). Only after that have things gone wonky.
"....shares are not being shoveled out the door fast enough...."
I direct you to my point regarding "Puff The Magic Dragon". Aside from their three theatrical releases ("A Warrior's Heart", "Norman", and "Skateland"), that's the most substantial deal they've had in the last nine months. And in the last year, it's the ONLY deal they've had with a billion-dollar subsidiary.
Last week, "Nude Nuns With Big Guns" was given a positive recommendation on a popular cable TV show. I informed Atwell of this over a week ago and even supplied him with the link so his people could either "tweet" about it or post a shout-out on Facebook. He said he'd forward it to his PR person. Atwell's people then proceeded to totally ignore the TV endorsement of their title!!!
Please do read between the lines. This company has something BIG planned. So big that deals with the ABC Family Channel & positive TV reviews of their titles are seemingly unimportant.
Indie,
Will you please explain how a 2 for 1 forward split would be "a good thing"? That would give the share structure over 12 billion shares.
The history of this stock has been dilution out to 11 billion shares and then a reverse split in 2009, 2010, and 2011.
How does having almost 13 billion shares help the situation???
Hence, falsehood & hyperbole. Lies should be deleted from this message board, not truths.
You're probably right. In a recent email, Atwell assured me that Camelot "did not [lose] the lawsuit".
Then again, most investors will internalize the outcome to be negative, as the rights to the Liberation Entertainment film library revert to Incentive Capital at the end of May 2012, barring some last minute miracle.
But yes, they are trying.
LoL, 8K translation:
"We're late. We've been late for over a year now. We don't know how to acquire film libraries without lawsuits happening, and this makes us late. And we're going to be even later. Check back in February. Hey, at least we didn't dilute in January .....that's worth something, right?"
Just wait! You'll see!!!
The BID has returned. This is the sixth time since late November that the BID has returned after having gone to "No Bid".
Whoever's in charge of making a market for this stock sure does favor massive manipulation.
Hey, I'm just thinking about May 2009 and what SFIO did. That, and the little trick left on CMGR's Level 2 back in August .....or was it September? Mind you, that's not even considering the three different codes left in October!!! I put those numbers in perspective with the algorithm knowledge I've already gleaned and VOILA! Instant map!
Oh well, I have screen shots of all that stuff. We'll have to wait and see what it all amounts to, but the run is definitely predetermined, like Hulk Hogan vs. Andre The Giant. The codes say as much. Are you going to try and tell me you don't know about the Level 2 codes? LoL
So wait .....you weren't sending out a coded message revolving around the number "17" ???
LoL
Allegedly, the stock has to maintain a 30-day moving average of over $2.50 for that to happen..... *allegedly*
Why respond to a 17-month-old post? Bored?
FYI ....Camelot is updating its website AT THIS VERY MOMENT!!!
Remember, they've had filings due since March 2011!!! Are they trying to synchronize everything at once? Filings (including net positive earnings), uplisting to OTCBB, new titles, & graphics?
Stay tuned!!!
Stop lying about 200 Billion on the ask and it's even smoother sail'n!
Another TV spot for Camelot....
This is the third time one of their products has been given a favorable recommendation on television. It's @ the 3:30 mark:
http://www.g4tv.com/videos/57035/real-steel-5050-godzilla-criterion-collection-dvd-review/
The BID has returned. That's the 5th time since November that the BID has left & returned. Crazy, crazy crap!
There was at least one after hours transaction.
EDIT: Either that, or OptionsXpress is broken again. LoL, those guys don't know how to count on certain days.....
Unless you can back up your claim of "dilutes hundreds of millions of shares each week", then please do not post these non-facts.
Also, please do back up your pseudo assessment wherein chart analysis "doesn't mean squat on a otc .0001" .....do you have a link for that?
Thank You.
The lies and hyperbole I've seen on this board (and others) are truly staggering!
I'm sorry, but that doesn't make any sense! If people were expecting an R/S, the -DMI would be going higher while the +DMI and the ADX line would be going lower.
Would you please explain your backwards logic?
Thanks!
EDIT: You know what your explanation is indicative of? It's that Bugs Bunny cartoon with the Indian asking him "How come you make um snowballs in the summertime?" and then the rabbit responds with "Well, you see Hiawatha, the snow's too cold in winter".
I'm not a good explainer, but there are three lines in the ADX. Two are good, one is crappy. The two good lines are going higher and higher while the one crappy line is going lower and lower. I'll try to link an example:
http://www.profitspi.com/stock-chart.aspx?id=CMGR&ca=2000995595
ADX indicator ....the trending divergence is suggesting an upwards explosion within the next 2-4 weeks.
