I just don't understand the filing delay. If Atwell has the time to meet & greet these people who make these movies & sign them to distribution deals, WTF can he not just find & pay an Accountant to maintain his filings?

Something tells me a certain strategy is in play.

I had a back & forth email correspondence with Atwell in early January. I don't currently have the contents of the emails open, but (IIRC) he mentioned something to the effect of "probably due to our filing status" when attempting to theorize why his stock had slipped all the way to .0001 without any bounce and/or sustained run. He reiterated the fact that, the previous time his stock slid to .0001, there were fully NINE TIMES the number of shares in the float! From a purely mathematical perspective, it makes little sense. Unless.....

It's just a theory, but I think Atwell KNEW what delaying his filings would mean for the stock price. FWIW, he's probably very quietly accumulating shares at this very moment!
