first time PP was brought was a response from CENTACOM an a inquiry i made about peeps chatter about a cutoff date.. centacom mentioned that many shareholders had comtacted them about a private placement... HE said lawyers were looking into the PP and were using may 18th as a guideline... also said nothing was official....that was friday may 13th about 11am as i recall...
i could be wrong you know..bada bing bada boom..

i think the may 18th cut off date was a bad move.... who put the may 18th date out there? qasp was 0020-0024 then. some say we have 300MM shares, some say we have 500MM, some say we have close to 750MM were are we??? also we heard we had 300 or so shareholders...compared to what TA number? some said different numbers...we search for info, we ask for info,
did the reps give up? the message they sent me to give to the IHUB monitor was the same message from day 1

Because this “share exchange” is considered in legal terms as a private placement, the company is not allowed to solicit, nor are they allowed to advertise, anything relating to the exchange. Several shareholders volunteered to establish a shareholder group to assist in the facilitation of the exchange. The shareholder group will be hiring an attorney to set up a trust where the shares will be properly exchanged. It was thought that by doing this, we as shareholders could relieve the burden that would fall on IR as they have many other task on the slate right now.
An NDA is being prepared that will be distributed to each shareholder that has submitted their information to this group. This NDA basically is for the purpose of agreeing that you were not solicited, nor did you arrive here by the results of any advertising, and that you made the initial contact with interest of inquiring into the private placement.
Once the trust is established, all of the contacts submitted here will be turned over to the legal team where it will be handled professionally and confidentially. Your contact information will not be shared.

seem also to remember you dont personally own any QASP SHARES so the PP does not personally involve you, but it will involve about 90% or more of the commonshareholders of QASP.
