Oppenheimer confirmed his BUY? Good, another porch is coming out soon!
ferengi,
I can almost hear positive echoes reverberating from China
This week is good to start, IMO another run is due!! Watch for the NEWS!
GO GLCC!!
The buyback would occur way before an announcement. Just to prevent shorting. They may be buying back now in small chunks.
If it's VERT he's a big time shorter and I'm pretty sure Garr will take care of that.
After the work is done, shares will be returned to treasury. IMO we'll be trading at or over 20c in a month.
Does anyone know which MM is currently working MONA?
50 million buyback should make this baby way over .20 plus cash and stock divvies!!
tallstahl agreed with you 100%. They are probably buying the shares back, but the remaining 48 million must not be bought at once! They will be buying a bit at a time to prevent all types of shorting otherwise the price would plummet instead of reaching north.
Matt, I think you have one candidate here for your new trial period of subscription. He might not be an IRP since he's not professional at all but his posts add up and speak in favor of your "action". He's not hard to find just search "neil armstrong" and I'm sure your search results will match.
Regards
So now you're calling me a pumper? You should bear the consequences of labeling me so.
Does it make it necessarily "inaccurate" then?
I only replied to soyelpato's post where he speaks of so called "accurate" (read inaccurate) filings (and calling them "submittals"). Nothing more.
At least you're taking my words seriously. And as for the 'submittal' I just copied/pasted from your post, I never thought I would ever use such a coin. Your right, the word FILING is ACCURATE and APPROPRIATE.
Then do yourself a favor and don't even try to respond my posts.
I made some real money on the last MONA run! I am getting ready for 2nd wave to sway PPS back to north. We've seen what MONA can do so let's go!
Wrong.
So, does that mean it's ok if GLCC makes inacurate statements because they are non-reporting and that's status quo?
According to him they're so called "accurate" (read inaccurate) statements. I say it is OK if GLCC makes ACCURATE statements which do not necessarily have to be SEC-reporting.
Then I was asking:
"does it really have to be a scam?" (then)
Or does it really need to be tagged as a "scam" in case they file ACCURATE non-SEC reporting reports.
I didn't make an odd statement it is YOU who is twisting it to sound odd. I think I made myself clear. eom
Can you please be a bit more specific, I don't know what are you referring to.
you're welcome,
please name one non-SEC reporting company which files "accurate" statements. The only place to file them (without caps) is pinksheets. These are filings. If it's necessarily a "submittal", does it really have to be a scam?
Looks like a new run is due. We have an uptrend and the volume. Looks like a new 'portion' of a buyback is straight ahead.

Says:
by the end of this week or so.
No I did not. When so curious, did you?
No that's what you mean, I mean exactly filing. And some good references within it.
OK, name just one pinksheets company on which doing a due diligence isn't next to impossible.
Why are you playing then if you believe everything about this company/stock's a dark propaganda?
Expecting some filings as a proof of the work being done.
Filing 8k and 10k is not necessary since they're a non-SEC reporting company.
More dividends which I'll lock in the drawer and forget they even exist and focus on the share price and company's growth.
This is, I think, everyone here at GLCC needs!
Get ready to take off!!
First we're gonna receive divvies from sales of Innotrek and PPS365.com!
Then acquire direct sale 7000-employee company!!
After Hubei Chuguan Industry Co. is made a public company, will be splitted and (up) listed to OTCBB or Deutche Boerse!!
GOOD MOVEMENT, GO MONA!!
MONA NEWS!!
MonArc Corporation (MONA) Reaches Preliminary Agreement to Acquire Hubei Chuguan Industry Co. Ltd.
BEIJING, Sept 15, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- MonArc Corporation www.monacorporation.com (Pink Sheets: MONA.PK) is pleased to announce that it has reached a preliminary agreement to acquire Hubei Chuguan Industry Co. Ltd. (Chuguan), as advised in previous press releases. MonArc executives had a successful meeting with Chuguan executives in China this past week to iron out the parameters of the acquisition.
MonArc has arranged for the incorporation of Yellowsea Management Inc., a Belize Company, to acquire Chuguan, with Chuguan ending up with 100% control of Yellowsea. In turn, Yellowsea will then be vended in to MonArc as an active operating subsidiary. This intermediate acquisition stage is a key component to bring Chuguan public in as short a time-frame as possible. MonArc believes that a 3-6 month time frame is a realistic objective to accomplish the acquisition.
MonArc will be putting in place a program that will see the Chuguan/Yellowsea ultimately listed on either the OTCBB and/or the Frankfurt Exchange, and include an Initial Public Offering on behalf of Chuguan. These plans include splitting off Chuguan to become either an OTCBB or Frankfurt listed company, at which time, an initial public offering is anticipated.
Additional news regarding this important development will be forthcoming based on further developments. A backgrounder regarding Chuguan's business model will also be posted in short order on the Company website at the earliest opportunity.
Shareholders can expect to receive additional stock dividends in the split-off company, and plans also call for issuing options or warrants to acquire additional stock in the new Chuguan company once it has been split-off from MONA.

Bayley IS the IR company for GLCC and will be until otherwise claimed in filings. Instead of reading misleading and doubt-planting info on these boards why don't you just go 1 step backwards and try to contact Bayleys?
Watch for the climb up until the end of the month. We'll surely have a couple of good runs too
snow
How do you feel about yesterday's volume, does it look like another 'pack' was coming? I'd say no.
Yesterday's volume was soooo unreal.
A huge buyback may occur at once, while the price for such action is still rational (and unreal).
If they were all bought back we would face a peak of 20c height. No, the 'buys' seemed like dried out for some time today, but the overall trading is OK up to now.
I think the company is dying to file a total 50 million shares buyback but that hasn't happened yet. I think this is gonna happen very soon, I believe the company to vend in (in due diligence stage IMO) wants to see the share structure and good performance of stock prior to its merger.
That's why (IMO) not all shares were bought back and I predict their return to treasury ASAP!!
If they were all bought back we would face a peak of 20c height.
They will need a dividend in form of extra cash to cover their losses.
snow,
I agree that it doesn't necessarily mean that in order to acquire a company, a merging co issue a stock/cash but the opposite and as a result earnings per share are increased. (new coined term reverse dilution R/D - share concentration LOL)
