BEIJING, Sept 15, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Good Life China Corporation www.goodlifechina.com (GLCC.PK) is pleased to announce that our financial representatives were able to come to an agreement regarding the basic outline of an acquisition of the Henan Sunjock Dairy Co., Ltd. (Henan Sunjock).

The Henan Sunjock Dairy is an "early adopter" of modern dairy farming, and has been growing at an excellent pace. For the first 2 quarters of 2008, the Dairy generated gross revenue of $111,639,732 RMB, or $16,326,369.36 USD. The Company is operating in the black on a regular basis. Net earning after taxes for the 6 month period June 30, 2008 is 9,353,612 RMB = $1,369,991 US Dollars at current exchange rates.

In short, Good Life will be in the position of owning 2 major operating subsidiaries. Hebei Haorizi chain of over 3,300 retail convenience stores primarily in Hubei Province, while the financially sound Henan Dairy company will also be working with our expert staff to find the right split-off company in to which to sell these major assets.
