I'm a long time share holder of Blue Sphere (BLSP) and have been investing with them for years now and wanted to reach out and either get some information or verify some things about the company's plan.

1. Are the NC and RI plants about to go online or are there expected delays?

2. Any forward movement on the acquisitions in Italy?

3. Any forward movement with builds in Holland?

4. Finally, regarding the company's future plan to uplist off the OTC onto NASDAQ or AMEX, are they planning on taking care of us long time investors/supporters or are they planning to do a Reverse Split, which never pans out like theory in reality and crushes the smaller investor's holdings in the company. The preferred methodology is conducting another share buy-back, thereby protecting the smaller investor's portfolio.

Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I'm reaching out because the company itself doesn't respond to emails or twitter messages.

One of the exciting items to note is the share price has to be at the $4 or above to meet one of the requirements. How the company gets there can be scary, but in the end the company has uplisted off the OTC and is on their way.

I'm glad he's filing these 4/a reports from months back and am just curious if this is necessary before changing the ticker or not. I remember somebody saying earlier that all filings have to be current before this happens so just wondering.

Way too many flippers here for that to either happen or hang on to it. It was cool seeing all these new folks coming to the board and stock, but it's pretty obvious most are just flippers trying to be big day traders but just get pizza and beer funds. This will keep the stock down until news hits. Without news this isn't doing anything thanks to those guys.

We need some news. I tried reaching them but had to leave a message. They aren't retiring my call, don't answer emails and don't respond to my twitter question. Not too happy with them right now. I know folks get busy but how many seconds would it take to answer an email or tweet? Especially from a guy who's been supporting and following them for years now.

Just venting some, but that's not too cool to not return a call, answer an email or respond to a tweet.

Your comments and opinions are very much appreciated. This is indeed an exciting stock to be in. It's so rare to have something like this in the OTC and I can't help but get excited over this company. I know I have to steamline my expectations and timeline. lol

Agree. But I'll go one further and say that by this time next year the SP will be over $4 and climbing as more plants are bought and built.

I also speculate that Blue Sphere is getting into more than what's in their corporate plan, as you lead too.

Within three years from now, this should be in the double digits, meaning over $10. This of course depends on them following thru with their plans. The US is certainly backing these companies as well as several European countries, as we've read.

Just sitting back waiting on news. News on the two stateside plants should be coming anytime now. Then there's the news on the Italian plants, then news on the proposed purchases & builds.

I won't disagree with you, just imagine the Board of Directors and the CEO himself seeing this play out and doing something to hender this. I guess we'll all see how this plays out soon enough. I'm just glad I'm a part of this and holding long on this one.

There's no way the company would allow somebody outside the immediate family to accumulate over 51%. No way I can ever imagine that happening.
