Please read and understand the terms of preferred class D.
You simply are not reading it correctly.
These ads preferred class D offered at $5 a share

You didn’t read my last link. They are not ‘common’ shares.
Please highlight where it says $5 a share. Please provide a link
Because iHub is where investors go to get their info …
Causation does not equal correlation.
Ditto
Are you referring to this?
Because the info is in there

Where are you thinking it ‘needs’ to be $5
Please do some dd
Why are you randomly picking 500?
They will not do anything that high. 5 or 10 max! But that’s only an ‘if’. With these latest updates, I’m not sure if they need it or not. While I set my expectations they will have a small one, I’m not sure if they need it. But just throwing big RS numbers out there to scare people is redonk
Medical offices as quiklabs plus remote medical and remote learning.
We won’t see those fruits for a while but ooooph
All their products have some synergy in these projects IMO.
“Specifically, TPT Global Tech and its subsidiaries will provide the Smart Village with its proprietary suite of technology platforms including its QuikLABS and QuikPASS medical testing and verification systems, design and build the 5G wireless cell towers, fibre infrastructure and renewable energy technology for electricity and water.
The company will also be providing ultra-performance concrete technology for roads, plumbing, sewer pipes, toilets, bathtubs, sinks, tiles and decorative fixtures for the housing community and medical clinics throughout the smart village. The subcontractor award portion projected to TPT Global Tech for its technology contribution and infrastructure build is estimated to be upwards of $3.5 billion of the total $5 billion smart city budget.”

What more detail do you want? The project hasn’t started yet and it has been clearly said over and over, SWA runs the show on details.
Do some DD.
Just bought a few more thanks to the knucklehead on twits.
Gold? I consider this diamonds but you’re right… good to set expectations low and be blown away.
I’m with ya.
I keep nibbling here and there but honestly … I have enough shares (I think)
Who ever said it would ‘massively’ RS? ST3 said he would not RS prior to being $1. I know things may change but this will def not require a ‘massive’ RS. Once one of the projects starts, this will really move up and have a lot of momentum IMO.
Let’s get to $1 organically. It’s very doable especially if any one of those contracts start up…. Then we can worry about any RS if at all. Either way though, gonna be huge. IMO.
Would that not be what they are doing now ? Auditing the latest two years ?
He’s said he would provide audited fins by end of fiscal year (for the past year). So he did say it would happen even in the most recent recorded video.
With a move of the fiscal year to year end, I’m wondering if this is a way to get two audited fins within 6 months of each other to uplist sooner. Hmmmm
Hey. I can dream right ?
:((
Once shady. Always shady.
You’re also forgetting the claimed 100-200 million In revenues for the year ‘closer to 200 million’ by RP.
Nuh nuh nuhgonna happen eh?
-Probably not :(
Add that to your mix
Oh my lord. Are you serious ?
Even still. Who cares. Investors see value and potential. Traders and flippers just want the short term little gains. They’ll be chasing though.
Gosh. I have a knot in my stomach on where this will be next year. The anticipation of retirement is worse than retirement itself (?)
Huh? He can move it ?
He’s running a legit company not a Twitter stand like most otc stocks.
Slow and steady wins the race.
I said I fully expect. However they could buy back shares assuming they have some money to do that.
Here are a few examples.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.fool.com/amp/investing/2017/07/10/3-stocks-that-had-a-reverse-split-lived.aspx
Let’s hope they don’t need it. But I’ve always expected it along with a little rough ride. ST3 did say it wouldn’t be done until sp is above a dollar. So in that case momentum would be huge and hard to overcome. Especially when their operations and bottom line would continue to be gettin better.
I agree. And I fully expect a small RS to get us above $5ish as we are moving up and money starts to flow. At that point people will know it’s real and an RS should not affect momentum.
It’s hard to do my real job with anticipation and seeing what’s around the corner here.
I know I will. Well. I will ‘consult’.
Good luck.
With regards to uplist, I didn’t understand his goal of ‘accomplishing this’ by the end of the year (2021) or first Q next. Is that the actually uplisting or having all the ducks in a row and everything filled out.
The SP needs to be in the $4-5 range for at least 3 months sooooooooo. I am a little confused.
I dont disagree. However I see this as AOL reincarnated. But they did make money at some point.
I actually think his response to the whole west Africa project was perfect. It’s not his project. They are subcontracting and it’s not their responsibility to provide updates that they do not have. SWA is leading that project. TPT is the sub. Not sure why people are saying it’s a defensive response on twit.
Randy. You’re right. I buy at a lower bid. It partially hits and both bid and ask drop immediately below the price. Then it jumps over my bid with a higher bid / ask above the original. Some weird shenanigans IMO.
I will remember this post. Hopefully and most likely with huge smiles in 2022
Cheers
You mean ‘complains’ not explains.
It’s OTC
Nothing is trustworthy on otc. But this is the closest to big possibilities and I for one am in for the long haul.
I’m sorry you lost money here.
Satellites! Wow.
I think Gen Wharton paid off.
Noiiiccee
I will watch the SP and watch the recorded version later. Hope to see some updates out here though.
Yea. That is what I said. Two ‘audited’ annual fins.
I want to hear the excuse this time if it doesn’t happen.
I use the term ‘we’ extremely loosely btw…
Wasn’t their year end changed to Dec 31?
Per a previous post and their news, they are providing audited financial by Oct 15. And since they moved their annual to end of Dec, we get another audited fin for the new end of year (?) I dunno
We get audited fins twice …. (?) in three months ?
Huh???
Ohhhh. So it’s the companies that are always at fault. Got it.
As HM quoted, seems like the courts also see the weirdness of their activity.
Seems like all auctus does is sue. They are either really dumb or know what their doing with lending and suing companies and settling. Just google auctus fund multiple lawsuits and see the countless that are all doing the same thing.
This is just one of them and they all do it. So roger isn’t doing anything differently contrary to what all the naysayers are saying here. Imo. This is not to discredit anyone or erase Rogers past. But seems like it’s a common thing.
“Auctus Fund has filed approximately 30 lawsuits in this district against various corporations, alleging in each case that the subject defendant corporation(s), inter alia, breached certain securities purchase agreements and defaulted on associated convertible promissory notes, committed fraud and violated M.G.L. c. 93A, §§ 2 and 11.”
