Selling shares into growth is not unhealthy for a new company. In this case, with cannabis still federally illegal, capital sources are limited.
When rescheduled, things change. The street will eat every last share.
Why are you so worried about something so irrelevant?
Doesn't make sense at all. If they were diluting into a downsizing business, then I would be concerned.
Big difference between lies and 'forward looking statements'.
Don't recall the Bloomberg/dilution bit you just made up. Feel free to share a source for once.

Wow. That was a monumental contribution to the boards of iHub. I shall call you Gnome Whisperer.
And if they don't issue PR's the company seems like a silent scam?
Come on, really? The PR's are a function of keeping shareholders informed. No problem to me, as an actual shareholder. They even give out free videos showing advancements as time progresses.
PR's are not a bad thing; a necessity and course of business.
The revenues will come year after year. We are observing the beginning.
Upside risk is greater than downside risk.
Lastly, we've got a ways to go before the pps returns to true support. DEA is days away. Then elections, where we are likely to see up to 12 states legalize Marijuana; 3 states are gauranted to vote.
Your strategy, as you imply, is not inline. Simple.
VROOM VROOM HEMP DECORTICATOR!

Whatever you think you're talking about, hasn't affected the pps much over the last year. Not even the dreaded financials in the last filing hasn't had any impact, which some thought would crush this company. Why so much support at these levels, including a 5 month positive trend? Investors are not scared.

I have this marked. We shall see.
Not that it merited a response to your baloney, but here is why NC HB983 is important to HEMP:
North Carolina HB983 is a bill that would legalize Marijuana in NC.
Marijuana is cannabis. Hemp, also, is cannabis.
Hemp Inc is located in Spring Hope, North Carolina.
Hemp Inc has the largest hemp decorticator in North Carolina (and country).
Sadly, this bill is going nowhere due to the political dynamics of the state of North Carolina. In a state that doesn't know which bathroom to use, it's unlikely this bill is passed. I'll be astonished if it does.
Either way, hemp is legal in NC, and I'm still long on HEMP.
HB 983 – North Carolina’s Medical Marijuana Bill (2016)
North Carolina’s newest Medical Marijuana bill is making its way through House subcommittees. It is titled “Legalize and Tax Medical Marijuana”.
On April 26, 2016 Rep. Kelly Alexander introduced HB 983. This bill, if passed, would make it legal for patients to possess marijuana for personal use. This bill currently has a total of 12 sponsors – 11 Democrats and one Republican.
This year’s medical marijuana bill protects patients who are in possession of cannabis. Medical marijuana would be legal to have if a patient has documentation from a licensed physician and has paid all applicable taxes.
There are no provisions for growing or buying medical marijuana from a dispensary with this bill.
Here are the basics of HB 983…
Qualifying Criteria to possess marijuana with THC legally in North Carolina:
•Patient must be diagnosed with a terminal or chronic illness
•Patients must have a physician’s written recommendation for the patient to use cannabis to treat the disease’s underlying symptoms
•Patients must purchase a Marijuana Tax Stamp from the NC Department of Revenue (Note: Marijuana tax stamps are already available for purchase today.)
•Marijuana must only be for the patient’s personal use.
•No more than three ounces of marijuana may be possessed at a given time.
Taxation Rates
•Marijuana stalks and stems are taxed at a rate of $8.00 per ounce
•Plus an additional… •$7.08 per ounce, if the marijuana is less than 5% THC by weight
•$14.15 per ounce, if the marijuana is between 5% and 10% THC
•$21.24 per ounce, if the marijuana is between 10% and 15% THC
•$28.32 per ounce, if the marijuana is between 15% and 20% THC
•$35.40 per ounce, if the marijuana is between 20% and 25% THC
•$42.48 per ounce, if the marijuana is great than 25% THC.
According to an April, 2016 Public Policy Polling survey, 74% of North Carolinians support a doctor’s right to recommend marijuana to patients who may benefit from the plant.
Everyone in North Carolina who has a personal need for medical cannabis or knows someone who has benefited from treating their conditions with cannabis are highly encouraged to contact their representatives. Medical marijuana bills have not gained much traction in the North Carolina General Assembly. Through polling of representatives, the reason all previous medical marijuana bills have failed is largely due to the fact that our legislators do not know cannabis is safe and effective. They need to be informed.
Please contact your representative to encourage him or her to co-sponsor HB 983. If you don’t know who your representative is, read this article….

DEA Set to Rule on Crucial Rescheduling of Marijuana
If the DEA reschedules marijuana, the industry could be welcomed into the mainstream economy
The U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency is about to make a decision that could have wide-ranging implications on the state-sanctioned marijuana industry: to reschedule or not to reschedule marijuana's position as an illegal substance.
Since 1970, marijuana has been on the list of Schedule I drugs, which defines chemicals under the Controlled Substances Act as a drug with high potential for abuse and no medical benefits. Marijuana, heroin, and LSD are Schedule I drugs while cocaine, methamphetamine, and oxycodone are Schedule II. Drugs are rescheduled often, but marijuana has been deemed a Schedule I substance for 46 years, which makes it illegal to grow, possess, use or distribute under federal law.
The DEA has already received the Food and Drug Administration's recommendation on the rescheduling, which is a key part of the rescheduling process stipulated by the Controlled Substance Act, says Russell Baer, a special agent at the DEA's office of public affairs. Baer won't reveal what the recommendation was. The DEA will now conduct its own eight-factor analysis to study the drug's potential for abuse, the current state of medical and scientific knowledge, the history and pattern of abuse, and other considerations. Once that is complete, the DEA's administrator, Chuck Rosenberg, makes the final call.
Baer says the decision will be in line with the current scientific and medical findings surrounding marijuana's status as a beneficial drug.
"We are bound by the FDA's scheduling recommendations," says Baer.
If the DEA recommends to reschedule marijuana to II, III, IV, or V, or remove it from the list of controlled substances, any change in designation will have big implications for the legal industry across 23 states and Washington, D.C., says Aeron Sullivan, the cofounder of Tradiv, an online wholesale marketplace for legal marijuana businesses to buy and sell marijuana. If pot is rescheduled, it could also open the industry up to import-export and help increase the potential for a nationwide, regulated market. In short, it could welcome marijuana into the mainstream economy.
But if the DEA decides that marijuana is still a Schedule I drug, Baer says that the agency will not be dropping down into Colorado, Washington, and Oregon from black helicopters and arresting everyone.
"Even if it remains a Schedule I substance, the DEA will continue to allocate its resources and time to the biggest and most violent drug traffickers," he says, explaining most of the agency's resources are being used to deal with the current opioid epidemic, which kills more people each year than auto accidents.
While the states are technically breaking federal law, the DEA is not going to waste its resources on a regulated marijuana industries that have been approved by local voters, Baer says.
Baer wouldn't give a specific date for the decision, but he said the process is nearly complete and the agency is waiting to hear Rosenberg's decision whether or not marijuana is considered a medicine or if it's still a dangerous substance.
While the DEA continues to deliberate on whether or not to reschedule cannabis, the agency will continue to support increased medical and scientific studies on weed, says Baer.
According to the DEA, the total number of Schedule I researchers registered to conduct research with marijuana and its extracts, concentrates and active compounds has increased from 161 in April 2014 to 344 in March 2016, an increase of more than 113 percent in two years.
Baer said that the DEA is also working to build an on-line application system for researchers to apply for a Schedule I researcher registration to make the application and review process easier and to promote more scientific and medical research on the plant.

Chart forming another one of those funky hammer candles again...
Bruce is not the problem.
You are literally in the future!! Haha! Go Hemp!
Yay!! Vermont! Grow that hemp!!!
So, in summary:
A 2013 production scenario done in Kentucky estimated a total of $293 in costs per acre.
for gross revenue of $396 per acre.
That didn't make sense to me either. We are talking about a processing/handling/shipping company. A massive operation. Hemp Inc should be able to buy $55/ton, or better, then process to different product lines (revenue streams), and sell at about $100-200/ton, given the buyer. Startup 201, folks.
This is garbage analysis. A report from '14 covering research from '07? Almost a decade outdated.
Forget about kenaf. This is about hemp. Kenaf is a migration strategy. Duh.
Really?
I am a licensed real estate agent. I have land going >$200k/ac in Radcliff, KY. Fairly comparable to Spring Hope. But I have yet to visit.
I've seen farm land go for $55k/ac, but that was REO.
You want the comps?
Was that trade conducted with a rotary phone?
4 and 3 are far from each other with both telephones and keyboards. Typing in USA.
That makes sense, so a rare thank you. But it's odd it happened first thing this morning, like someone had a stop-loss order, or really wanted out. Another thing, if what you're saying is a large block is sold in a range to average out at a certain price, that would mean the price went above the open at a decent amount, then instantly the trades went down to $0.035. Did that happen?
Selling under the bid wouldn't be a good sign for the one selling. Either it's a dumb trade or the buyer got a bargain with someone willing to sell at a discount to get out.
Either way, I thought price held up ok today. Dropped and came right back up.
That 50MA getting awfully close to the 200MA.

Cool story, bro.
My contention is the heads of this symbol know it's much easier and more profitable to generate an ongoing great sounding story and use said to sell one thing they have a lot of , SHAREZ, as opposed to actually engaging in blood , sweat , tears , and risk that befalls normal business start ups .
