Selling shares into growth is not unhealthy for a new company. In this case, with cannabis still federally illegal, capital sources are limited.

When rescheduled, things change. The street will eat every last share.

Why are you so worried about something so irrelevant?

Doesn't make sense at all. If they were diluting into a downsizing business, then I would be concerned.
