UAMA has big reporting problem with SEC! Undertake your own due diligence. Follow the evidence and Mr. Laliberte's appointment to position as UAMA CEO. Smoking guns are the 8-K report of May 12, 2008 as compared to the conviction dates of Benoit Laliberte in the Quebec Court beginning on February 21, 2008. Evidence is documentary, clear and unambiguous. They claimed "NO" on convictions etc. in the prior five years. Yes, boys and girls that's misrepresentation of the facts and fraud. Serious enough to be a convicted criminal CEO, but very serious to be so without publicly disclosing to the SEC and UAMA shareholders. I expect an indictment of Mr. Benoit Laliberte at some point. Could lead to incarceration in the USA.
SEC sent Martha Stewart to jail. Can't wait for the SEC to indict Benoit Laliberte, the undisclosed convicted criminal CEO of UAMA.
Evidence, rule of law and justice will win out in the end.
Or maybe profits, subpoenas and indictments!
Stock? Biggest limitation is access to capital. With convicted criminal as CEO and bankruptcy and separate receivership, this management team is tainted. Untouchables in fact and no bank or knowledgeable investor wants any part of this enterprise. Could all blow up quickly if CEO indicted.
Plenty of fears to go around for UAMA. Pending legal ramifications for operating with a convicted criminal CEO tops the list. Cryptocrap is a concern for sure. TNW Wireless DOA (dead-on-arrival) for ill-conceived CRTC Application while turning their backs on great cellular opportunity. Expect flood of lawsuits following wrap up of Bankruptcy and separate Receivership proceedings. Expect negative news before year-end on several fronts both regulatory and civil actions as decisions get handed down. The degree of the decay and rot taking place is being well suppressed from investors and shareholders.
Other posters have it right, UAMA thinly funded. No wonder, it's impossible to raise funds with a convicted criminal CEO!
SEC complaint filed, SEC watching, just a matter of time! Complicit posters should know that unsubstantiated claims of upside are MISREPRESENTATION and potentially fraud.
UAMA has HUGE reporting problem with SEC! Undertake your own due diligence. Follow the evidence and Mr. Laliberte's appointment to position as UAMA CEO. Smoking guns are the 8-K report of May 12, 2008 as compared to the conviction dates of Benoit Lalibere in the Quebec Court beginning on February 21, 2008. Serious enough to be a convicted criminal CEO, but very serious to be so without publicly disclosing to the SEC and UAMA shareholders.
No falling out, Ether terminated JV discussions when criminal convictions of Beniot Laliberte exposed.
Hope next QR full of more misrepresentations, will help with SEC complaints filed earlier this year!
UAMA CEO is documented convicted criminal!
UAMA has PROBLEM with CEO! Undertake your own due diligence. Follow the evidence and Mr. Laliberte's appointment to position as UAMA CEO. Limiting factor is UAMA convicted criminal CEO!
Lots of cellular carrier success, can't find any real winners in "cryptocrap" in North America.
Expect the CRTC to deny TNW Wireless Inc. application by end of year. That will effectively kill iPCS though that scheme was DOA as the industry already had widely deployed strategy to combine cellular and Wi-Fi. At the end of the day iPCS was just fluff! Had Benoit Laliberte and his gang focused on making money and creating value for shareholders there was a clear path to do so with the RuralCom spectrum and they could have been generating $$millions per month with earnings by now. With this team focus is always on the promise of future success with no real movement to building and sustaining shareholder value. Check their record and read the CCAA Proceedings (Bankruptcy) and the Receivership of Investel Capital Corporation, their highly touted parent company.
CORRECTION: Benoit Laliberte convicted, following appeal, on a total of 44 of 48 counts, not 41 as previously claimed. Evidence follows:

TNW Wireless Inc. is not a wireless carrier and they are in violation of ISED Conditions of Licence. TNW allowed the network to fall into a state of disrepair and it is currently inoperative due to lost core network when assets, employees, etc. etc. sold under bankruptcy to Distributel. Lack of funding likely the cause. Licence fees only paid to March 31, 2019. Licences remain in the name of RuralCom Corporation and transfer to TNW Wireless has still not been approved. Maybe ISED reluctant to transfer to TNW Wireless due to pending sale to UAMA, who has as it's CEO, a convicted criminal.
UAMA should correct misrepresentation in next quarterly report re TNW Wireless visa-a-vis claiming to be a carrier. No spectrum issued to TNW Wireless and network inoperative. NOT A CARRIER and in violation of COL.
SEC sent Martha Stewart to jail for less!
An indictment of UAMA CEO may come soon!

Some label support of the rule of law and justice as harassment. Indicative of their level of sophistication.
UAMA has a BIG problem. UAMA never disclosed CEO's criminal record. Some posters just want to deflect and hope it goes away. This oversight is the subject of complaints filed with the SEC and could bring down UAMA. CAVEAT EMPTOR.
Others argued the materiality of past events is more important than the years elapsed. "Generally, an executive's criminal conviction in the last 10 years must be disclosed," said Roger Mellem, a Seattle securities attorney with the Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland firm. "But an executive can't run out the clock to escape disclosure. Convictions older than 10 years need to be disclosed if knowledge of the conviction would help an investor evaluate the executive's skill or integrity." Want proof? See below:

The former head of Jitec Inc. was convicted yesterday of insider trading and deceiving investors while pumping up the value of his now-defunct Montreal high-tech firm. A judge found Benoit Laliberte, 35, guilty on 41 of 48 counts of breaking Quebec's securities laws. Quebec's securities regulator will seek about $1.5-million in fines plus costs from Laliberte for manipulating share prices while the company was listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange. Thirty of the convictions were for failing to disclose changes in Laliberte's control over Jitec shares. The rest of the counts were for insider trading, deceiving investors in news releases and inflating the value of contracts.

It's squirm time for UAMA's blind followers.
Not liable if true. Evidence provided. Simple really!

Ask IR to post the required disclosure to SEC that nobody can seem to find. UAMA CEO filed documents with SEC shortly after his convictions in Quebec for stock fraud, market manipulation and deceiving investors claiming "no". That's misrepresentation, the SEC now has the evidence and I'm hoping for the case to be turned over to a prosecutor and the eventual incarceration of Mr. Laliberte.
Investors should look at who has been CEO of UAMA and prior-named entity that is now UAMA. Look at the dates of these appointments and compare to dates of UAMA CEO's criminal convictons. None of this reported to shareholders or the SEC and that's a serious violation. SEC Complaint filed and hopefully justice will be served and UAMA CEO sent to US jail.
Your argument doesn't hold water. SEC review in process.
Don't believe any financial report that isn't audited. UAMA CEO previously convicted of DECEIVING INVESTORS. Wait for YE Audited Financials. CAVEAT EMPTOR.
UAMA CEO is CONVICTED CRIMINAL!
Correct! Wireless is dead for UAMA!
Fact: UAMA CEO and gang never built business of lasting value. Check their record yourself. You'll find CEO is convicted criminal. Bankruptcy still in progress as is Receivership of toute parent company. CAVEAT EMPTOR.
UAMA CEO never built business of lasting value? Dump him!
UAMA has a BIG problem. UAMA never disclosed CEO's criminal record. Some posters think this is funny and nothing but they are sadly misinformed. This oversight is the subject of complaints filed with the SEC and could bring down UAMA. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

One good reason to pass on UAMA!
