HUGE PROBLEM for UAMA. Undertake your own due diligence. Follow the evidence and Mr. Laliberte's appointment to position as UAMA CEO. Smoking guns are the 8-K report of May 12, 2008 as compared to the conviction dates of Benoit Lalibere in the Quebec Court beginning on February 21, 2008. Evidence is documentary, clear and unambiguous. Serious enough to be a convicted criminal CEO, but very serious to be so without publicly disclosing to the SEC and UAMA shareholders.
