UBSS trying to shake the tree - they have been buying
Since we broke out when we rose above the 50 day ALIF pretty much hasnt looked back this week. Being the optimist that I am Im looking for us to trade up to the 200 day before we take a rest.
I know this sound stupid given the current market conditions but this is one sexy stock and it has the predigree of earnings over the last several quarters that make it a screaming buy at these levels.
Maybe, maybe not - we'll see wont we??
Any of you traders got an eye on ALIF???
Bid is stacked and ask is thin
75% of the float is owned by insiders
Float is probably around 10-15 million
Add ALIF to small cap picks of 09
ALIF
ALIF eom
AUTO on the bid at 1.11 - I bet he raises his bid, sellers have abated he's sitting in line but wont get filled IMO
Breaking out - ALIF
iPhone sales 4.4 million - analysts expected 5 million

ALIF flying under the radar

Would anyone care to post a chart for ALIF?? The stock is trading well below fair value and the company has issued strong guidance. They make games for the 3G cell phones and are moving into the iPhone market this year.

I like you valuation much more than my own! :p
Good - we are on the same page.
By June we should be trading above 5 IMO which would make us eligable for Russell 2000 inclusion. Usually, it takes a minimum market cap of 250,000,000 to get in the Russell 2000 and I think we have a very good chance of making that happen.
Would you guys agree that we have a 5 dollar stock trading for less than a buck??
feels pretty good to be here doesnt it? Russell 2000 listing by July??? hehe
It wouldnt surprise me if ALIF becomes part of the Obama Bubble
Yup, call me crazy - I still believe in bubbles
If only several of those games becomes popular on iPhone this stock is going to soar.
I'll make a prediction and say that this will definately outperform the market and will be Mike and Rawnocs best pick for 09 and beyond
Thanks Mike
Ive just recently added to my position. I had the good fortune to get out of ZYXI at 5 but the misfortune of putting the money in ALIF at 1.69
I've yet to figure out my average cost but this mornings early spike made me feel a little better about how Im sitting with ALIF
Does anyone know when the 10K is due??
woo hooo!!!! eom
Results from first well overdue and could come anytime soon.

Daybreak Announces Drilling Operations at Its East Slopes Prospect in San Joaquin Basin, California
Friday November 21, 11:07 am ET
SPOKANE, Wash., Nov. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Daybreak Oil and Gas, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DBRM - News; "Daybreak" or the "Company") a Washington Corporation, is pleased to announce that the Sunday #1 well at the Company's East Slopes Prospect in the San Joaquin Basin near Bakersfield, California has begun drilling.
The Company and its partners have contracted with Nabors Drilling USA to drill the well.
It is anticipated that the well will take approximately seven days to drill and evaluate. The results will be announced shortly thereafter.
The Sunday #1 well is expected to be drilled to approximately 3,000 ft. and is the first of a four well exploration program by Daybreak and its partners. The four wells were selected from the evaluation of a 3-D seismic program that was shot by Chevron U.S.A. Inc. ("Chevron") in late 2007 over an Area of Mutual Interest ("AMI") to which Daybreak and its partners contributed approximately 19,000 acres and Chevron contributed approximately 3,500 acres. Chevron funded the seismic program to earn a 50% interest in the acreage contributed by Daybreak and its partners. Daybreak and its partners in return agreed to drill four exploration wells to earn into the Chevron acreage. Following the completion of the four exploration wells, Chevron will own a 50% working interest and Daybreak will own a 25% working interest and 25% will be owned by the remaining partners.
Daybreak Oil and Gas, Inc. is an independent oil and gas company engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and gas. The Company holds projects in Alabama, California, Louisiana, and Texas.

DBRM +11.11%
It's green!
DBRM: Stock looks like dead money but positive results on the companies first well in a series of four is due out soon.
Ive remained bullish on DBRM since it traded at .50 I have bought shares as the stock declined in anticipation of some future good news.
I sure could use a boost in this market and I hope it is from DBRM.
Hoping for a Christmas rally here. The company is trading for about 8 million mrkt cap and the company has about 5 million in cash and a rig drilling the first of four wells. Some positive news on the first well will wake up the market.
I bet 20 cents is dirt cheap
A financial that is rallying: ABWG
Second pick is DBRM - should be some news in the near future.
Right Wing BS
The enterprise value of DAC is worth considerably more than the offer to buy it out for 2-3 million IMO
Cant put a figure on what its worth - it will depend on new contracts and the pace at which they come.

Ignis Barnett Shale’s operating agreement also provides that Silver Point may remove us as a member and our interest in the joint venture will be forfeited if we provide them with “cause” or if we enter bankruptcy. Generally, Silver Point will have “cause” to remove us from the joint venture if:
• we or any of our officers or significant employees or consultants: (i) commits a felony or crime of moral turpitude; (ii) commits fraud, bad faith or gross negligence in performance of their duties to the joint venture; or (iii) commits a material breach of the joint venture agreement;
• we attempt to transfer out interest in the joint venture in violation of the operating agreement; or
• if we fire or terminate our consulting relationships with Michael Piazza, Fred Stein or Eric Hanlon.
Seems your reading retention is poor.
"Silver Point removed the operating contract from him because they had no confidence in his ability to perform given that he has no oil operating experience like the team he ran off."
This is not a true statement - Ignis lost the LLC agreement because Piazza secured his retention by Silver Point if in fact he lost his position with Ignis.
If you dont believe me ask ghcnj - I shared the information with him that I found in a filing.
Im not going to waste my time on this issue with you because I simply dont care. I finished dumping today and I really dont give a shit what happens anymore.
You must have missed it. Im certain in what I know - seems you arent.
The info is in a past filing but which one I dont remember.
I highly suggest you find your own way through the filings instead of asking me.
"One Hand Washes the Other"
What you dont seem to understand is that there was an agreement that Piazza had with Silver Point in regards to him being displaced by Ignis and then being taken onboard by them to run the day to day operations of Barnett. GHCNJ and myself were both aware of it and we suspected that the LLC would expire. Why werent you? Because you didnt follow the company well enough??
BTW - current management has no agenda except to survive - theyve given you an update on the company and you still think they have some miraculous plan to stay out of BK court. Well, they dont!
This isnt a pink sheet and youve known the different variables of risk since you bought so quit complaining that management has screwed you.
"One Hand Washes the Other"
They did say that the company has been continuing a dialogue with Petrofinanz in the 10-K. Petrofinanz owns a large amount of shares and maybe they will be the white knight that gets us out of this mess. They stand to lose a lot and with another investment into the company could possibly turn it around for themselves.
It will be interesting to see how we trade tomorrow. My optimism is diminished now and Im worried we are on the trail to ruin here.
More like crooks - Im sure Kerr Mcgee would avail themselves to IGPG's disposale if the company renegotiated their working interest. I think its all we have to releverage the company and keep out of BK.
He doesnt have much to work with and time is running out. What they need to do is compromise their 25% working interest in the Acom A-6 to get that field brought online. My opinion is that they have no other options but that and it would be a prudent move for the company and shareholders.
