Thank you Dakota..eom
lol
maby you should go back and read through some posts...
since when is the ex divy date not the 13th? eom
Read it again...if you sell before the ex-dividend date(the 13th today) you will not get the divy. If you sell on or after the ex-divy date, you still get the divy.
The ex-dividend date is normally set for stocks two business days before the record date. If you purchase a stock on its ex-dividend date or after, you will not receive the next dividend payment. Instead, the seller gets the dividend. If you purchase before the ex-dividend date, you get the dividend.
http://www.sec.gov/answers/dividen.htm
you could've sold on the ex-divy date and still recieve the dividend, however, you can't buy on the ex-divy date to recieve the divy.
apparently you haven't read where the Fat Franks BS was busted down....QTN shares were not, and do not need to be registered or offered to the public to be equity of QBID period. Read the differences in shares i.e. Par and No Par. Big difference there.
yes
it's here also

ex-dividend means this:
The ex-dividend date is normally set for stocks two business days before the record date. If you purchase a stock on its ex-dividend date or after, you will not receive the next dividend payment. Instead, the seller gets the dividend. If you purchase before the ex-dividend date, you get the dividend.
Basically if you buy today, you willnot recieve the dividend, if you sell today, you will still get the dividend, so, i expect a drop in price today. ex-dividend (without dividend) it's the first trading day after a dividend is paid.
peace and good luck to all
ohh here's the link:

"no par" shares do not have to be offered to the public to be equity of TMM/QBID. Nor do they have to be registered...same old sh!t from fisty i see.
NRA...i posted on of his interesting posts a few posts back also. check it out
if you buy today(13th) your ARE NOT entitled to the dividend. If you sell today you still get the divy...

Yeah.BKMP is now in deep $$it.Company doing the same way like they did with FCDH while ago.FCDH was 0.0001 after that ,they did RS 10000 for 1 and they sold part of FCDH
to Suncrest Energy.Efcourse we got div,but right now Suncrest change name to AMSN and this div are worth the same price like pice of ...You know what I mean.Let see future for BKMP
now 0.0002 gonna change to 0.0001 and efcourse RS 10000 for 1 com.share .After that BKMP will be sold for another scam company and we gonna count our own lost investment. What is funny ? Nothing, but bouth stocks was provided by sweet Sandy .I'm out of here ,so long guys and girls be a smart investors and do not let drain your wallets by people who know how take your money for nothing.BTW.I have now 380 mil
shares of BKMP and I not gonna sale it for price like S...T!!!!!!
ddr don''t act smarter then your IQ.Some of the stocks can jump sky high. Some of the traders don''t know that the sky has a door to the universe.Make your own decision. All what I say in my post it''s only my opinion
pfrenz...don't know. eom
pfrenz...
The ONLY date that matters is the ex-dividend date set by NASD. Period.
captbly...
They won't be forced to do anything, this is all on their(BKMP) terms.
Essential to the use of such a strategy is that it is first established in the corporation's charter. Among other details, these charters specify shareholders' rights. They specify that companies can issue preferred stock—shares that give special dividends, or payments—to their holders. When a takeover bid begins, the company's board of directors issues this preferred stock to its current shareholders. The stock is essentially worthless and is intended to scare away the aggressor. If the takeover succeeds, the stock becomes quite valuable. It can then be redeemed for a very good price or it can be converted into stock of the new controlling company—namely, the aggressor's. Both scenarios leave the aggressor with the choice of either buying the stock at a high price or paying huge dividends on it. This is the pill's poison.
Just some info i've been looking into about "poison pills." Hopefully the above bolded words are not the case. If this is what's going on, then, lets hope for a buyout.
It's only 4:30am....eom
yes...night shift kindof keeps me in the "long" game. Kindof hard to watch my stocks everyday. I guess that's a good thing huu?
Nettles...
I'm still here believe it or not! lol
Our time is finally coming near...eom
you are probably right on that one. His disclaimer states that he doesn't own any shares, and not compensated by TUBM, so I guess that wouldn't stop him from shorting it after pumping it. Makes quite good sense!
lol yes!
However, I'm confident in the company regardless of what lebed does. We just need revs.
