Good job in tough conditions! Cold and windy is never easy.
Almost as if LWLG had an ah ha moment and is pursuing a tangent that will compliment their prior direction.
Walt and Six....It helps me quite a bit...you really have to make all the shorter ones and give good efforts on the mid range putts...on long ones, leave yourself in a good position to have a makeable second putt. I agree, a bit of diversion on the board is a good thing during the wait, although I won't bore the others with too many lessions...ha...and Walt, I think the Belgian side will have a great run in the World Cup.
For a right handed putter, try interlocking your left hand index finger and right hand pinkie. Now straight back, straight through...that should keep you from pushing and pulling your putts and you may make some of the shorter, straighter ones. Otherwise, hit it and hope, or try tennis!
Good deductions. Where is Inspector Clouseau when we need him?
Ah, Lockheed Martin....slowly I turn...step by step....inch by inch....
A very well done pr for that company...(Go Huskies!)
That sounds very similar to what I envision us hearing on LWLG in the future.
I understand established companies following SEC guidelines on investor communication regarding timing but I would appreciate it if a developmental stage company maybe exceeded those guidelines and updated investors on a more regular basis...but I might be speaking out of turn...maybe they are not allowed to update more frequently.
Haha...you got that right Six!
Excellent buy day, boys....
I've taken positives from all the recent developments and mngt communications in recent months but I just don't understand why the pps is leaking air all the time. Many of you have provided press information from similar companies that indicate they are "catching up or catching on" to this technology, which is a worry.
Waiting for take off, like one of Bubba's drives....!!!
Lots of golfers here! Everyone took the weekend off for the Masters...Nice win Bubba!
I just would have thought LWLG would have something on it's website about the Corning deal.
Is there anything regarding Corning on the LWLG website? Any ideas as to why not?
Man, that would be nice!
Definitely worth noting...odd coincidence.
Looks like it's registered in Camden, NJ...I wouldn't put too much stock in that site...looks like some sort of reseller and site doesn't seem to complete.
Thanks SteveSchiets...that's just my quick take on the recent news. I'm sure it's one of many possibilities but that's why I enjoy yours and everyone else's input here. We're able to discuss different scenarios and support or deny them. Thanks for taking the time to say that.
Be the ball, Danny....
Thanks for that...very thought provoking. Will LWLG provide some of the "companion technology"?
I believe there was a buy this morning of 25,000 shares. Is it possible it was an insider purchase? Maybe we'll hear of it in disclosure Form 4 soon or does the Form 4 have to be filed prior to purchase?
Thanks Walter
I agree it's very frustrating to wait and wait for positive news and then have someone periodically pop up and drizzle on the parade... (most have waited much longer than me)
Gentlemen...and ladies...if we ignore said BS poster...will it go away? We may want to consider not asking it questions or replying to it's posts. It seems it only opens a dialog. I enjoy the insight of all others and would rather not see our constructive back and forth tainted and wasted discussing issues with BS.
I'm not going anywhere so BS's comments don't have a bearing on my investment.
For what it's worth.
Ok X...enter, stage left.
It seems to me that Corning is basically saying that LWLG knows what it's doing and Corning wants to put their organic electro-optical chromophores into LWLG's hands and let them run with it. Whether it's Corning's organic electro-optical chromophores or LWLG's or a combination, LWLG is the company that should handle it. Corning will play big brother with funding, additional facilities, personnel, etc. Maybe Corning expressed interest in buying LWLG but LWLG wasn't interested...this may have been the next best thing for Corning, which speaks well for LWLG.
I know you know, but others may not....other than Tom Z's purchase of 25k shares at .92 on March 3, non open market, there has been no insider buying...Can anyone explain the procedure for insiders to buy? Can they simply be holding their personal cash in reserve and waiting to purchase a large block or is it something they should be buying periodically? How would it typically happen in a similar company with results on they horizon?
That quote doesn't apply. There's no way to get proof either way in this format. That's why we ask questions of each other and compare notes. Trying to gain insight and feel comfortable with our decisions...Wise's comments are probably true for the majority of poster's here.
Maybe they are one in the same.
Does anyone know the status of the facility in CO. It's my understanding that construction of a class 100 clean room could run approximately $525 per square foot. Twenty by twenty = 400 x $525 = $210,000. Why would this $ be spent if not for a purpose of further development?
The problem I have with posters with agendas is that I don't know what percentage of their opinions are truths and what percentage are falsehoods. So, I choose to discount 100% rather than be fooled one way or the other. Remember that someone with knowledge about a technical issue can make it sound anyway they want, when speaking to people with less knowledge.
I appreciate my fellow investor's good faith opinions and analysis of LWLG and LWLG mngt. I appreciate those in the same boat with me, with skin in the game. I don't appreciate those with hidden motives.
The way I see it is that none of us are going to sell our investment at this point, regardless of what anyone says. We're all anxious for some sort of conclusion...one way or another. I don't believe that anyone on this board who's making derogatory comments about the company, has my interests in mind and is trying to save me from losing money.
Odd and Cool...I agree with both of you.EOM
My thoughts exactly...if LWLG mngt was worried about the financing, why the expenditures in CO and on staff. Only answer I can see is that they feel those expenses are non-issues because of a not-so-distant-future revenue influx.
It doesn't seem that LWLG mngt is overly concerned with running out of operating capital. The business strategy detailed on page 13 makes mention that the plan is subject to having available financial resources to implement it. Either they feel the operating capital is not an issue or they will have products available for sales revenue before they run out of capital.
Any thoughts on this?
Sean, I understand what you're saying, but I agree with Six....I think any forward thinking comments are good news. I look forward to meeting all of you one day and toasting this board...from an interesting local, paid for by Lwlg pps.
Thanks Buz...now that's what I like to see!
Six, I disagree with LWLG mngt and BOD wanting to sell as soon as possible. This tech will make a lot of money for a long time.
Sorry Buz...just meant to inject a bit of humor after all the tech speak lately. Was joking.
In our hour of need...X disappears to "Costa Rica"...communicates infrequently with cryptic messages...has his post mysteriously deleted...Has X become the target of a systematic process of intimidation and manipulation, the likes of which we have never seen…??
