LOL. Well, they're only deadly if they have more shares to sell. Since he didn't show up today, I think he's out of shares. So, another bad guy goes down in flames.
Who's left to sell any shares?
Hmmmmmmmmmmm. Possibly Montgomery. But I think Montgomery must be close to completing their loan pay-off of $900k as well. We shall see...
In the meantime, ZigBee gets stronger and continues to build momentum for the inevitable. Texas Instruments and Infineon have jumped in with both feet. Can Intel or Samsung be far behind?
Sure is nice to be invested in the only software company that is hardware agnostic. Despite our current PPS, there is no doubt we are positioned to capitalize on the future of ZigBee.
Well, if it's not, I find the timing too coincidental. Who else had (and I do stress the word "had") that many shares to dump with such disregard of the price he received for them? What do you think?
abew4me
RB is having major problems today. Screw em!!!
Level II is looking better than I've seen it all week. Let's hope that ETRD has no more shares to sell.
Someone on RB named "pick" claims to have been selling shares betwen .18 - .20 yesterday and today. I think he's full of crap because almost 95% of the shares sold yesterday were at .18 or lower!!!
Don't need them. My rose-colored glasses are getting clearer every day!!!
Thanks anyway.
That's too bad. eom.
Puhhhleeeze. Steve read your post #921 to a fellow investor. You told him SPECIFICALLY that you thought insiders were selling!!!
Are you going to retract your statement now???
Even "gaq22" on RB retracted his post when he finally learned the truth. Let's see what you're made of...
Steve...Are you going to explain what a Form 5 is or are you just trying to scare investors into THINKING that someone is selling?
You already know from RB that the Form 5 is simply a year-end summary of the transactions earlier in the year.
SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT EXPLAINING THAT!!!
Spoke with 'boat' the other day. He is very busy this time of year because he's in charge of a crew that services the snow-lifts. As you can imagine, living in Utah this time of year is when most people make their money from the tourist industry. He told me that he's looking forward to posting again when the season is over and will try to post every once in awhile.
Like everyone else, he is looking forward to ABEW getting final approval from the NASD. He and his family have a lot invested.
abew4me
Steve...It still doesn't show-up as a viable link here. However, I believe "Sludad" was able to paste the whole thing on RB. It is a nice read. Thanks for sharing.
You need to look at the big picture...
TI is in the business of selling chips. They want to sell as many chips as possible.
Therefore, I believe TI bought Chipcon so that they can sell their radio/tranceivers to their customers along with their chips. After all, if you're going to build a wireless product, you're going to need BOTH chips and radio/tranceivers. It doesn't make sense for TI to sell their chips along with a radio/tranceiver that uses figure8 software and is incompatible with their chip.
That's why I believe that TI will convert the software in those radio/tranceivers as soon as possible. Doesn't that make sense to you?
Wampuscat...Thanks for your response. I have one other question...Since TI's chips are currently incompatible with the figure8 software that is in Chipcon's radios, it seems obvious that TI will convert their radios to use ABEW's software as quickly as possible. Do you agree with that analogy?
TIA.
abew4me
LOL!!! You're calling me a "shameless hyper"? Isn't that kind of like the kettle calling the pot black? You need to chill out Simpson. First of all, I agree that TI advertises ABEW on their web site so that anyone can access ABEW's software for testing purposes. (I never said they didn't!!!)
However, after they've downloaded ABEW's software and conducted their testing, can you guess WHO they're going to establish a license agreement with? Hmmmmmmmm Doesn't take a genuis to figure that out does it? In fact this why I believe we have many more contracts--oh, excuse me--license agreements that will be announced in the near future. It sure is great to be the only ZigBee software provider to be ADVERTISED on TI's web site. I wonder why Airbee Wireless was chosen? Hmmmmmmmmm
As far as your statement that TI will sell Chipcon's radios with figure8's software...that has yet to be determined. I believe that TI will eventually change the software in Chipcon's radios to use Airbee Wireless because I don't think TI's chips can operate with figure8's software. Hey, I could be wrong but that's my opinion. Obviously you feel differently. No need to have a heart-attack just because you disagree with my opinion. It just ain't worth it pal.
Have an ice cold one on me.
abew4me
Codder...Are you kidding me?!!! You're going to compare figure8's software with ABEW's?!!! I don't think they're even close. Why do you think we CONTINUE to garner new contracts when those companies can get it free from Ember?
Don't you remember that we took Radiocraft away from Ember? There's no comparison!!!

Chartstrader...I'm currently posting on both boards but will probably make my home over here. BTW, congrats on your purchase at .25!!! Once we get approval for the OTCBB, we should get a lot more exposure from analysts and brokers as ZigBee products hit the marketplace. I think the PPS is going to break through its old highs very quickly.
abew4me
Gman16...We have already discussed this issue in great detail on both I-hub and RB. You can read my comment here on message #827. The bottom line is TI has already authorized the dissemination of hundreds (possibly thousands) of sample packages using ABEW's software to be used with their new MPS430 chip. I checked TI's web site and verified that ABEW is prominently displayed as the ZigBee software provider for TI's chips.
Hope that answers your questions.

B/A .27 x .30 Volume 20,000 shares. Last trade went off at .295. Let's hope the NASD finally gives us our approval for the OTCBB this week.
Not surprised at all. eom.
Wow!!! Sounds like Texas Instrument is really set to dominate the wireless industry with their MSP430 ultra-low-power microcontrollers and their TMS320C2000 digital signal controllers. It sure is comforting knowing that ABEW's software has been thoroughly tested and APPROVED for use with TI's products.
Are we still the ONLY software provider listed on TI's web site for ZigBee software???
Agreed!!! eom.
I'm not particularly concerned about RB shutting down. It's just a public bulletin board for Pete's sake. Even if I-HUB shut down, I don't see how that is going to impact ABEW. Most investors of ABEW are long term and don't need to be spoon fed everyday. (Heck, if that were the case, they should get out now.)
Anyway, there is always Yahoo or, in my case, AOL has a "comments section" after each stock quote that is open for anybody.
Got to go.
Steve...It's easy to call my conclusions a "rumor" after the fact. Quite frankly nobody knows for sure, but Montgomery is certainly within their rights to sell some of their shares if they wish. I know a lot of people that will snap-up those shares if it gets into the teens - just as they did before!!!
Eventually those shares will be bought back and the buying opportunities will be gone.
abew4me
Carp...I think we came down in price because Montgomery was selling shares the last week or so. If you look at a chart from last month, this is the time they stopped selling and we made our move back into the .40's.
I could be wrong but let's see what happens next week. If I'm right, we should be back into the .40's by Friday. What we really need is approval from the NASD so that we can get to the OTCBB. Once we're there, we should get much better financing so that we can buy our shares back from Montgomery.
Just a matter of time...

LOL!!! That's good enough. Me, you, and Donpat (aka:nanopatent). I'm happy with that.
Anyone else having problems getting onto RB or is it just me?
Actually, I kind of like I-HUB. May stick around here even if RB gets back on-line.
"Alliance members will be working together on their second joint exposition of Z-Wave home control products"...
Yup, I agree. They need to get together a "second time" because their FIRST exposition of Z-Wave home control products never caught on. LMAO!!!
Honestly though, I really hope they get off the ground with their stuff because any exposure to "mesh networking" is good for the entire industry. I just don't think they have a chance in the long term. ZigBee products are going to completely overwhelm any/all competing standards by virtue of mass-production and lower prices.
Just my two cents.

donpat...Thought you'd like this since you've been wondering when/if INTEL was going to jump in to ZigBee...

If the link doesn't show up, just go to RB and read post #15277 by "sludad".
Cheers!!!
Donpat...Airbee Wireless just signed ANOTHER new customer. It's a company in Malaysia called Wireless-People. Their web-site homepage is absolutely fantastic for displaying the many uses for the sensor market. Take a look at www.wireless-people.com
Long & Strong!!!
abew4me
Thanks donpat. This confirms my expectations for the future of Airbee Wireless. In my opinion, there is no doubt that TI is going to replace the software in Chipcons radios with ABEW for future ZigBee production.
Aint it great when your research turns out right?!!!
Thanks again.
Happy New Year to all longs!!! 2006 is going to be a banner year for us now that the beta testing is done. I expect ABEW to really rock-n-roll after the second quarter of 2006.
Let's hope we get a nice PR from ABEW's management to start the New Year off right!!!
God Bless America and the troops that give us the freedom to pursue our dreams.
abew4me
Don't wait too long Beigledog because ABEW has increased in value almost 140% in the last two weeks!!! Expecting some news next week and buyers are getting in before it hits.
Good luck to you.
abew4me
Beigledog...I think you need to connect all of the dots to realize that the TI/Chipcon buy-out is GREAT NEWS for ABEW. The reason I say this is because TI spent several months (and a lot of money) testing ABEW's software on their new MPS430 chip before they finally signed a License Agreement with them.
However, the ZigBee software that Chipcon uses for their radios is from another software company called Figure8 - which has NOT been tested on TI's chips. Nor do I believe that TI plans on using their software. (Remember, Chipcon is known for their top-of-the-line RADIOS - not their software.)
Therefore, I believe that Texas Instrument will simply replace the software on Chipcons radios with ABEW's software. It's as simple as that. Eventually, it won't be long before the analysts start to realize this changeover and their focus sill shift to ABEW.
This is just my opinion of course.
abew4me
Excellent post. I hereby grant you permission to return to RB under the new monicker :utahbee".
ROTFLMAO!!! Codder, after reading all of your posts, I can understand why you're taking a break from posting. You really need to calm down man.
I'm still here and ABEW is too. I have no worries about the direction of ABEW because I believe the Zigbee Alliance is getting stronger everyday.
I'm a long term investor and so are most of the longs I know. I did a lot of DD before I invested my hard-earned money and therefore am not afraid to ride out the ups and downs of the share price.
When the products start coming out in mass, that's when I'll probably start selling because we should be on everybodys radar by then. Remember...Buy when they're sleeping...Hold when they're creeping...Sell when they're leaping.
Keep the faith.
abew4me
P.S. tebbe, thanks for *trying* to explain things to Codder. When he starts down the old negative path, it's hard to get him off of it - no matter how logical and factual your info. Hopefully he'll use this down time to spend with his wife and start planning for his new addition.
P.S.S. I'm still reconstructing my business files. I'm only about 60% of the way done. Agonizing.
Wow...Simpson, did you finally wake up on the "right" side of your bed? What is your opinion of Raj and company now???
Great Post Donpat!!! And this is only the beginning!!! Cheers!!!
Beware of me? LOL!!! Brooooohaaaahaaaa!!! Heck, I don't even know what all of those stupid form numbers mean. lol!!! How am I supposed to know why they haven't filed a new 10SB blah, blah, blah.
Simpson you need to take a chill pill and relax buddy. Life is too short for you to get your panties caught up in such a twist.
I guess you're trying to imply that ABEW's management is trying to decieve investors somehow. Just like you tried to imply that ABEW didn't have anything to so with Texas Instrument. Boy, you sure were wrong on that one weren't you! Turns out that ABEW is pretty damn close to T.I. afterall, aye?!!!
Yes, their original filing with the SEC was on 8-27-04. Since then, they've had several back-and-forth communications regarding their technology. Hopefully the SEC is done probing and will finally give them the green light. Part of the problem is that the SEC doesn't have an engineer to help them decipher ABEW's technology. (IMO, their technology shouldn't be an issue with the SEC for an approval. It's ridiculous...especially when you consider that other major companies have already accepted and "approved" ABEW's technology themselves.)
Just my opinion, of course.
abew4me
WOW!!! Another great find. I'm lovin it.
Thanks nanopatent/donpat.
WOW!!! Great Post Nanopatent. You have definitely piqued my interest. If successful - and I think it will be - this could be the next wave of high performance chips!!!
Great Find!!!
Simpson...It's obvious that you don't feel any responsibility for the smear campaign about ABEW's management and the losses that have occurred by innocent investors that read your posts and sold their shares in the .50's and .60's.
As far as me "projecting a rosey image"...I post what I believe is going to happen with this company based on my research. And yes, I have a VERY positive outlook for the future of ABEW based on it's proprietory software, it's acquisition of Identity - which happens to be the leading anti-theft device company in the U.S., and it's involvement with the Zigbee Standard - which I believe to be on the cutting edge of the Wireless Industry.
As for me pre-announcing a joint TI/ABEW PR...I base that on the fact that the SEC requires all publicly traded companies to inform their shareholders of any significant contracts. Since neither company has issued a PR yet, I'm ASSUMING that one is going to be announced by the time the Chicago Wireless Trade Show rolls around because that is exactly what happen at the last Wireless Trade Show in Norway.
As for you "digging a lot deeper into ABEW and will post anything else I can find, good or bad"...I think that is a joke!!! You're not out to find anything "good" about ABEW because the posts I have read from you are nothing but distortions...
...Please show me PROOF that abew has not filed to get off of the pinks - as you have "suggested".
...Please show me PROOF that abew is using Cornell to dump shares onto the open market - as you have "suggested"
...Please show me PROOF that someone from abew's management is posting on these (or any!!!) investment chatrooms - as you have "suggested"
Mind you, I'm asking for PROOF - not some paragraph that is pulled from one of their filings that YOU THINK is part of some huge conspiracy.
Lastly, the fact that you would insinuate that I'm part of ABEW's management (although I take that as a complement) tells me that you have little interest in finding out the truth about anything. The fact is, I would consider it a HUGE priviledge to be part of ABEW's management (although I'm not) because I think they've done an incredibly good job transforming their company from the development stage into a money-making commercial entity.
Simpson, if you've been following this company like you say you have, then you have to admit that ABEW has come a long way from where they started. Don't you think???
