After the R/S, your 1 share will worth less than $1, because no one is going to pay $100 or $200 for a SCAM penny stock, so it will tank immediately after the split which could happen tomorrow.
Only criminals running VPCO now."
no one going to pay $200 for vpcod that's silly talk. Appl just over $100 $vrx only $30 which has a better chance of getting to $200 how silly is that. Who's going to buyout a stock at $200 when they can for it at. .03 it's ripe for the picking... real sales... real revs. mgmt have one option.... put it up for sale. Noticed RS good till 4/2017. you really think RS could happen tomorrow? c'mon that would kill any BO deal
I agree! I think they may have done or going to do a deal. This RS is a side show a take down for retail. Buy the fear! there's always been articles about a Buyout and I think now it is setting up for sale
Market Maker Signals
100 I need shares.
-200 I need shares badly, but do not take the stock down.
-300 Take the price down so I can load shares
-400 Keep trading it sideways.
-500 Gap the stock. This gap can be either up or down, depending on the direction of the 500 signal.
Bear spot on! ! Like I said this is a sideshow. Retail hand I've to the whales! BO in my opinion
Bear. I think this RS is bogus. Anything can happen in 13 months. IMHO this all says BO. Do you agree??
I wouldn't be surprised if CEO get let go. that alone would boost the stock and add more to bo possibility
Exactly! I think someone will make an offer.
BUYOUT Chatters in full swing again. vpcod cornered themselves... for a great BUYOUT potential. No one would attempt to buyout after RS. So iMo no RS and straight BO. watch for NEWS. Iii see a tank then BUuuuuuuYOUt! BoooM
Just a sideshow... weak hands will hand over to whales. Real Rev. real stores. Buyout imminent take over. you heard it 1st
BUYOUT B4 RS is possible. You heard it 1st
watch weak hands get demolish tomorrow. Lol just a side show until Good News hits! BO
RS a year from now. No worries
No need to be bent out of shape. NO RS will happen... more news to come! Buyout is still possible before RS. It would be silly for a RS within 6-8 month that's if they're going back to Nas

"Shipment" All boiled down to terms of the deal
"At sight, which means as soon as a compliant set of documents are presented to the paying bank; or, after a specified term, e.g. at 30, 60, 90 or 180 days of sight or Bill of Lading date. If the documents are not presented exactly as specified in the Letter of Credit, payment will not be made unless the Importer gives their authority to waive or amend the specified condition. A fundamental principle of Letters of Credit is that banks deal with documents and not with the goods to which the documents refer."
http://www.glosco.com/page24.html
"Transferable
A Transferable Letter of Credit is one that can be transferred from the first Beneficiary to one or more additional Beneficiaries by the Transferring Bank. It is normally used in situations where a supplier sells through an intermediary or 'middleman' to the ultimate Importer and is in a strong enough bargaining position to insist upon payment by Letter of Credit. By using a Transferable Letter of Credit, the intermediary is able to provide payment by LC to their supplier without the need for their own credit line with the transferring bank. An LC is only transferable if it is expressly stated to be so by the Issuing Bank."
so confusing??? "Subject to the acceptance of a definitive agreement, closing is expected to take place during the "FIRST QUARTER IN 2016."

Looking forward to hearing news
Some treasures are meant to be found! Congrats to Aluf.... looking forward to a great week on Monday.
I disagree. Even though it is 5 years built there has been a huge uptick of biometric issues of lately and you can Google the news. Biometric is heating up and Triad assets is Golden... Programs/software/coding always need tweaking.

"Study: Password change not effective"
DD... this is GOLD! Triad assets is great news for Aluf going forward! go Aluf!
http://www.arkansasonline.com/news/2016/mar/07/study-password-change-not-effective-201/?f=business
Many employees have had a job that requires them to keep changing their passwords, maybe every six months or so. The longstanding security practice is based on the idea that flushing out old passwords will cut off access for bad guys who may have figured them out.
But according to the Federal Trade Commission's chief technologist, Lorrie Cranor, the strategy has some major holes.
"Unless there is reason to believe a password has been compromised or shared, requiring regular password changes may actually do more harm than good in some cases," Cranor wrote recently in a blog post entitled "Time to rethink mandatory password changes."
That's because forcing people to keep changing their passwords can result in workers coming up with, well, bad passwords.
That point is supported by research Cranor conducted at Carnegie Mellon University. It found that users who felt the institution's password policy was annoying came up with passwords that were 46 percent more likely to be guessed than those who supported frequent password changes.
Other research suggests that such password changes may not actually help keep bad guys out for long.
Although password expiration can help reduce the fallout "of some password compromises," a 2009 publication from the National Institute of Standards and Technology explained, it's also "a source of frustration to users."
And because those users "are often required to create and remember new passwords every few months for dozens of accounts," they "tend to choose weak passwords and use the same few passwords for many accounts," according to the agency.
In a 2010 study cited by Cranor, researchers at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill looked at a data set of thousands of old passwords belonging to former students, faculty and staff at the university who had to change their password every three months.
They found that users often followed patterns that linked old passwords to new passwords -- such as swapping the order of meaningful numbers and letters, replacing a letter with a common number or symbol substitute (think changing an E into a 3), or adding or removing special characters like exclamation marks.
Using a tool they designed to predict those type of changes, the researchers could predict how users would change their passwords for 41 percent of the accounts in less than three seconds using a relatively low-powered computer. The researchers also determined passwords for 17 percent of the accounts in fewer than five guesses.
Another 2013 study, by researchers at Carleton University, also noted that in some cases an attacker installed software that spies on users as they type. So changing a password in this scenario has no benefit. The attacker will just be able to scoop up the new password the next time they log in.
None of this means changing passwords is always a bad idea. Cranor notes a number of reasons why mixing it up could be a good thing -- if a password has been stolen, when reusing passwords across different services, or even if a password is just weak.
But despite the conventional wisdom, it's not clear that forcing users to change passwords on a regular basis actually makes sense for all workplaces.
A better idea may be for employers to explore log-in options that go beyond basic passwords -- such as biometrics or two-factor methods that require users to also prove who they are by plugging unique codes sent via text for each log-in.
"In the longer term, we believe our study supports the conclusion that simple password-based authentication should be abandoned outright," the North Carolina researchers wrote.

Biometrics--A World Without Passwords
Posted by Scott Coby on Fri, May 30, 2008 @ 03:47 PM
delicious digg
If you had to choose between the use of passwords and personal identification numbers and not using any, which would be your pick? What if you could have extra security and added convenience by not using any passwords ever again? Surprisingly, this no-password technology is here and is growing rapidly. It is called biometrics, and you will travel this road in no time.
Biometrics involves the use of automated methods of recognizing an individual based on his physical or behavioral characteristics. Some common commercial examples are fingerprint, face, iris, hand geometry, voice and dynamic signature biometric authentication.
Looking back, do you remember the day you decided to switch from dial-up to broadband technology? Biometrics will have the same effect once adopted by the masses.
The decision to switch to broadband had two common denominators: speed and convenience.
In the password world, the same analogy applies. What if you could achieve higher security combined with added convenience and efficiency without ever using passwords? Is this a good justification for another major revolution? Perhaps not yet, because many react to implementing security only after experiencing a crisis.
The solution that could simplify password security issues is biometrics. Biometrics provides an additional layer of security, efficiency and convenience for both users and IT administrators alike.
Here are a few facts you should know about most biometric solutions:
In general, a biometric solution is non-intrusive. Using biometrics, the fingerprint image is extracted into a binary template, then converted into an encrypted template and either stored onto the hard drive or sent over the network to a matching server. Reverse engineering to convert this data back into the fingerprint image is virtually impossible. Recent advances in capture hardware, such as some of the newer fingerprint devices, are producing better images with a smaller mechanism at a lower price compared to just a few years ago while, at the same time some can detect "liveness" of the fingers to help prevent enrollment or authentication by a dead or fake finger.
An additional consideration should be the ability of a system to operate seamlessly in multiple application environments, and across multiple devices from different vendors. This is known as interoperability. To be truly interoperable, a biometric solution should be able to operate on many databases, web application servers and many biometric capture devices. One might say the system should have the equivalent to open source architecture, much the same as Java became an interoperable platform that served as a catalyst to the widespread use of Application Servers..

Mechanism of Letter of Credit
"How long is the Credit period under Letter of Credit:
The credit period of LC can be determined my mutually agreed terms and condition by buyer and seller before sales takes place.
Some time, the foreign buyer may demand credit period of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days etc. However as per government regulation, the total period of credit should not exceed more than 180 days.
Normally the credit period is calculated from the date of shipment. The date of shipment is determined on the basis of date of bill of lading or airway bill. You can already read about how to open a Letter of Credit in this web blog about international business."
LC is a common term used in all trade. When talking of LC, there may have many questions among traders. What is Letter of Credit? How does Letter of Credit work? How many types of LC are there? How do these types of Letter of Credit work? Which type of Letter of credit is safe for Exporter? Which type of LC is safe for Importer? How to provide credit period to buyer under Letter of Credit? Can we get my products immediately up on shipping goods under Letter of Credit?
http://howtoexportimport.com/How-Letter-of-Credit-LC-works-36.aspx
What is Letter of Credit?
Letter of credit is an assurance given by the buyer’s bank to remit the amount to the seller through seller’s bank on maturity, as per the terms and conditions of document based on the contractual agreement between buyer and seller. Now in simple words, If LC opened on your name as beneficiary, you will receive amount though the buyer’s bank (opening bank) on the agreed time. All Letters of Credit for export import trade is handled under the guidelines of Uniform Customs and Pracice of Documentary Credit of International Chamber of Commerce (UCP 600). I know, the above explenation about Letter of Credit is not perfect. So I request you to read all articles about Letter of Credit in this web blog.
There are various types of letters of credit like Revocable, Irrevocable, Confirmed, Unconfirmed, Clean & Documentary, Fixed, Revolving, Transferable, Back to Back etc. Most common and safe LC is Irrevocable Letter of Credit for both buyer and seller.
You can go through details about all types of LC in another article in same website. Also written a seperate artilce about parties involved in Letter of credit.
When can exporter get money under LC?
As per the agreed terms between buyer and seller, the period of credit is decided. Based on such period of credit, the time to effect payment by opening bank (buyer’s bank) is determined.
What is Sight LC and how does LC at sight work?
Now let us discuss the mechanism of working LC at sight. How does sight letter of credit work?
Procedures to get money under Letter of Credit at sight.
Opening a Letter of Credit at sight is common practice in the export business. Under sight LC, the payment of export proceeds sent to seller’s bank by buyer’s bank immediately up on receipt of original shipping documents as per the terms and conditions mentioned on LC.
Once after completion of export customs clearance procedures, the exporter prepares all required documents as per the terms and conditions of letter of credit. These documents will be submitted with exporter’s bank, along with the original LC. Bank verifies all documents and make sure, the documentation is in order as per LC conditions. These documents will be sent to buyer’s bank and in turn to the buyer after necessary approval in documentation by seller’s bank. Once the buyer’s bank receives the documents, the export sales amount as per the said documents will be sent to exporter’s bank. However, the documentation of each consignment must be as per the conditions of LC at sight and the buyer’s bank has the right to reject payment on any violation of such documentation. This is the procedures under letter of credit at sight.

This company was once on Nasdaq and went under when the market crash. Now they're trying to makes moves and focused on being an intermediary for deals unfortunately they're on the pinky and the market couldn't handled the news so, typically caveat was branded immediately. It's no surprised that it tanked when the cavaet was placed. Remember they'd mentioned about acquisitions... several projects??? it's necessary for them with great deals down the road to get back on Nasdaq. Shanghai Electric gave them the go-ahead to represent them... 2016 is going to be a reversal IMHO
Many investors are locked out to trade because of the cavaet. I believe many did not sold and waiting... once payment/shipping PR and cavaet remove Many will jump IMHO
