I noticed that the company has inserted quote links for both the American and Frankfurt exchanges on top of their home page. Does this hint that the company is expecting to actually feel confident about their PPS? Hmmmm.... makes me wonder. After conversing with Michael, it sure seems that everything is still right on target. My gut tells me that they are expecting a move in the PPS over the next few months. Of course, a 10+ PR and some other potential operations becoming contracts would tend to do that. He mentioned to me that they are considering expanding operations in China, well, here are his exact words,
"We may just expand the China operations and do shuttles back and forth."
If I'm reading between the lines correctly, there is much more than an ATM deal going down. Obviously there is a major project or projects that would warrant shuttles back and forth on a permanent basis.
Another comment has me excited. I asked when they would PR the progress there and his response was;
"There will be something put in the Town Hall and what the delay is etc.. I know Irwin is working on it and then it has to pass the lawyers hands."
Correct me if I'm wrong, but an average run of the mill PR does not require legal approval. Now if their operations there are important enough that there has to be legal approval just to PR progress, then I have to come to the conclusion that these deals are enormous.
Michael says that IFGX is producing big time revenues, this could be a quite a surprise in the 2nd quater financials.
I asked if the financials were still looking good, he says
"Ohhhh yeah! :) Nothing has changed there?"
Let's just be positive and see what happens. IMO There is nothing coming from the company that throws up a red flag. Only green flags $$$$$$ : )

I will not even try to attempt to explain how I got ripped off in many different ways by our system here in the USA, from the markets, to lawyers, to reverse discrimination.
DeepBlue1, Post of the month award
Great job in exposing the real problems caused by NSS with facts and analysis. This is financial terrorism and our Government leaders and agencies allow it to happen.
I have written many e-mails to the banking commission lead Senator Mr Dodd, and have not received one response back.
We have seen stocks we own be destroyed by the current corrupt system we have in the USA.
Now we have a new PDR exchange to offer us an alternative.
IMO it is about time and I am glad to be part of this PDR Exchange with MT and his management team.
http://thesanitycheck.com/
*************************************************************
Same question to you. What will happen if they are successful in exposing the NSS issue? And yes I believe they were hired to do the same.
I have no idea what will actually happen, but I can tell you what I think SHOULD HAPPEN...
1. Begin to enforce the laws on the books.
2. Investigate and prosecute all parties complicit in this financial terrorism including MMs/Brokers/the DTC/ SEC officials/Hedge funds etc etc etc.
A. Put all guilty INDIVIDUALS in jail with a very stiff
sentence. Not a few years probabation. Real jail time, and ABSOLUTELY bar them from any future participation in the markets. They've forfeited that priviledge!
B. Make all guilty INDIVIDUALS disgorge ALL of their ill- gotten gains, including interest, and apply that money as follows:
1. A large percentage of that money should go to restitution to all the victims past and present.
2. A percentage of that money should go to SERIOUSLY BEEFING UP the oversight/watchdog/investigative agencies responsible for enforcing the law so that they have enough resources to do their job, and then have a Senate committee to oversee THEIR work with regular reports submitted for public review.
C. Regulate hedge funds! They aren't above the law!
D. Require all financial institutions to pay a regularly collected fee/tax to be applied to SUSTAINING OVERSIGHT into perpetuity, IN ADDITION TO THIER DISGORGEMENT.
And finally, so as not to completely collapse the global markets, these guilty business entities/organizations would be required to pay ONLY A PERCENTAGE of their total illegal profits in yearly installments(INCLUDING INTEREST AND PENALTIES)until restitution is paid in full.
This is what I'd LIKE TO SEE HAPPEN.
Your scenario of global market collapse WILL NEVER HAPPEN by attempting to fix the system. It may cause some disruption, but it just simply can't be allowed to continue unabated just because we're afraid of what MIGHT happen if we change it.
And if any of this actually does happen it'll likely come so painfully slowly that in the interim AN ALTERNATIVE EXCHANGE is the only real solution for the forseeable future.
I now believe that others have arrived at the same conclusion, and someone is finally taking steps to make it a reality. I'm going to do what I can to help them.
Will it succeed? God I hope so! Can I guarantee it? Of course not, but that's not enough reason to not try.

SEC removes major rule that protects investors

SEC removes major rule that protects investors
http://club.ino.com/trading/
After safely protecting investors for over six decades a little known SEC rule was quietly removed on July 6, 2007.
With the removal of this rule all the rules of trading and investing in the market went out the window.
One of the reasons for the markets current volatility is a direct result of this rule change.
This major SEC rule was designed to protect investors.
With the removal of this rule, professional traders and hedge funds will be able to suck money out of the market and your portfolio in no time flat.
Why this rule that has stood the test of time since 1938 and was put in place to protect investors was removed is a big mystery.
Why now?
Here's what I suspect happened, some large hedge funds got together and lobbied to have this major trading rule removed.
It just that simple. Why else would the SEC act out of the blue and remove this very important investor safe guard?
You see, the hedge funds have not had a good time of it lately with sub par returns for the year. Now with only 4 months left to trade they are looking to catch up and find the next BIG SURE THING.
I suspect with this rule change the hedge funds have just been given the keys to Fort Knox.
What does this tell you about where PNMS
and the PDR Exchange is heading.
This is only one facet of many to fall in place. and we will be part of it..

About Paivis Corp.
Paivis Corp. is a wholesale telecommunications carrier that sells prepaid "point-of-sale activated" and live cards; these calling cards are currently in approximately 5,000 retail outlets in the U.S. Current retail distribution reaches over 5,000 locations, generating approximately $7 million in annual revenue. Paivis is poised to increase this distribution each month. Paivis generates its revenues through the sale of prepaid calling cards and wireless services, and international wholesale termination. Products are sold throughout many of the country's major retail outlets, including Duane Reade, 7 Eleven, and Chevron and marketed through important distribution agreements. Paivis focuses on marketing its phone cards to many ethnic communities that generate high levels of international traffic. The cards provide access to more than 230 countries.

trackgirl514 IMO
IMO there will be more Companies added to the company PAVC in the near future. Detroit Phone O Mobile is the first step. PAVC the Company IMO has a game plan. I like what is taking place.
***********************************************************
First try after you posted the other day Detroit Phone was O Mobile...but I'm the google queen! LOL
And regarding Paivis website...this is not where Paivis is generating their reported $7M+ revenue..their products are being sold in 5,500 + physical locations currently. However, I do think it's important for Paivis to update and re-vamp their current website. But I don't think it should have taken a priority over the other issues they have encountered the past several months and the plan to finalize the current LOI with O Mobile. With moving forward, the website either should be for company information purposes only...no product ordering links, or the site should be revamped. My opinion, especially since they are acquiring O Mobile with an active website for product ordering, is to use what is already in place with O Mobile, and keep Paivis company website for information/investor related information only.
Paivis is moving forward...they are a reporting company. Sure, until the next filing is out and until the LOI is finalized, we don't have exact numbers on revenue or share structure as it relates to the acquisition. But I would think that Paivis would not PR that O Mobile has a $30M revenue base if it wasn't close to being accurate. And for all the issues this company has faced since the merger last year with the restricted shares, brokers/MM manipulation due to the restricted shares being sold, the old TA and his BS, the Berlin issue, I think Paivis has done a pretty decent job moving forward with it's business plans.
As far as the negative or positive perception of the company and the share price....the entire market (not just our little Paivis board here on IHUB) will determine the true value of the company and that will be reflected in the share price over the next 6 - 12 months.
Calling cards margins are slim..prepaid phone's margins are better...and what about pre-paid credit cards...would love to see Paivis venture down that road and get hooked up with a banking institution. We'll all see what happens. And then you can look at the charts...and I'm not a chart person, but I do know the poster's to watch/listen to:

Hey Herb,
I've been around for a good spell. I try not to get caught up in the idle chatter. It's too easy to succumb to some of the idiots and let them get under my skin. I'm here, been here, and will remain here - with PAVC for a good spell to come. This recent Michigan deal will put some pep-in-our-step. I suspect though that it will be some months down the road before it's completed. We'll probably hear of another deal or two in the works before this recent one comes to fruition. I'm loving the volume these past two days.
Later,
Briar
Bigdogs I agree good DD
I see a repeat situation of what happened to LFWK last year when the whole O/S was bought up and there still was millions being traded when none were available. This proved there were phantom shares in the market and those who think this doesnt happen there wrong.
Only way to prove it is to buy up the whole O/S and then have numbers to back it up in PDRs.
LoftWerks, Inc. Fires Back: Vows Aggressive Strides to Complete Sulja Merger and Achieve Shareholder Confidence
Monday March 6, 10:00 am ET
NASHVILLE, TN--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 6, 2006 -- LoftWerk's (Other OTC:LFWK.PK - News) CEO Dennis Ammerman reiterated today that anyone planning to flout LFWK stock in a shorting position would do so while bearing the full brunt of every available resource aimed to render them mute. "The small exchanges are plagued by this ludicrous and even perilous frenzy of negative influence," said Ammerman. "They've made a mistake this time; one that will cost them a great deal, and open the door to companies that rely solely on public market funding to reclaim their rightful roles of benefactor and driving force of true and accountable shareholder value."
The stock holdings of LFWK insiders currently exceed the number of outstanding shares that the company has issued to date. CEO Dennis Ammerman reiterates, "We must work to squeeze these people out of the way. We will work harder and smarter to put this behind us permanently, and get on with the business of growing businesses and not mounds of stock certificates.
"We are not sure how LFWK stock trades tens of millions of shares each day when our own insiders own millions of shares more than the outstanding shares issued; however, our focus must remain that of commercial viability and not equity market predilections if we are to truly benefit our shareholders and complete the merger with Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, LTD., the primary distribution arm of Consultech Construction Management, Inc. Midwest operations, as planned," said Ammerman.
Sulja Brothers will serve as the centralized and primary distributor of materials for all future projects. A twenty-four year old business, Sulja Bros. has achieved steadily increasing revenues since its inception and now averages over $30M annually. The company also currently has assets totaling more than $25M. It is projected that once Sulja Bros. settles into its new role, revenues could reach the $200M+ within twenty-four months. The increased inventory alone could place the company's assets at over $125M.

Acquisition Would Add $30,000,000 in Revenue to Paivis Corp.; Acquisition Would Put Paivis in Higher Margin Prepaid Cellular Business; Acquisition Will Expand Distribution Channels; Acquisition Should Improve Infrastructure Efficiency
ATLANTA, GA, Aug 02, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
Paivis Corp. ("PAIVIS" or the "Company") (OTCBB: PAVC) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Detroit Phone Cards, Inc., a private eastern-based United States corporation that generates approximately $30,000,000 in revenue to acquire 100% of its outstanding stock. The transaction is subject to due diligence, the usual and customary conditions, and entering into a definitive agreement. In accordance with the terms of the LOI, Paivis would purchase 100% of the outstanding shares of its stock in exchange for stock and cash.
The target acquisition company generates approximately $6,000,000 annually in prepaid cellular phone revenue. The balance of revenue, approximately $24,000,000, is from the sale of prepaid long distance cards.
The Company expects that upon a successful closing this acquisition will add earnings to the Company's income statement. Paivis management anticipates this acquisition will improve its infrastructure and therefore provide costs savings and eventually increase margins.
Rami Chahine, President and Chief Executive Officer of Detroit Phone Cards, Inc., commenting on this proposed acquisition said: "We are excited about joining the Paivis team and look forward to getting the Definitive Agreement signed."
Gregory L. Bauer, President and Chief Executive Officer of Paivis, commenting on this proposed acquisition said: "We are excited about all of our acquisition prospects, but this particular acquisition puts us into the prepaid cellular service business, which gives a high margin business line to expand upon and increase our potential for quality earnings. The combination with this business also expands our revenue base in the prepaid card business and brings additional infrastructure that will develop certain positive economies of scale. We look forward to completing this transaction and providing more growth and value to our shareholders."
The recently executed LOI stipulates that the parties will work in good faith to execute a definitive agreement as soon as possible, the purchase price will be a combination of stock and cash final terms will be disclosed in the definitive agreement. Paivis has also agreed to provide working capital financing as part of the transaction.
