Speak for yourself, thank you very much.
Dragonman
Soso
You both are complete idiots.
For what it's worth, in my personal biased opinion, I recommend you all consider holding.
You won't get anything for your shares if you sell now. The good news here is that you really have nothing to lose.
Ellis was not doing you any favors. No big loss there. Seriously. And although the PR made it sound like he had a whole company behind him, I would like to see him prove it. I don't think he had any money, equipment, or real expertise to offer. This is all my opinion, of course.
But, as we have all seen, there are many twists and turns and this is far from over.
Good luck to the longs. We are not sitting on our hands.
This is what I warned you all about.
Although the case is still alive, you can see how slippery Lanza is. Now you will have to wait and wait and wait and wait and file and file and file and refile.
With all due respect, I think the real OMDA issue is the fact that they are not making any money on their own. They have pitiful percentage interests in pitiful properties. The one's they think they are going to get from Lanza are also lousy.
No spike and no volume on OMDA side.
Don't get me wrong. This is not gloating. BDGR has lots of its own problems. But we do have working properties that have nothing to do with this lawsuit. 95% of what we have is not under contention here.
Plus, look for the potential of deep drilling soon. All we need is a partner to help fund and execute it. You may want to keep an eye on BDGR in that respect instead of waiting for litigated payoff.
Agreed, but we better get some information from Dragon before then for everyone's sake
Soso,
This is not about losing or saving face. I couldn't care less about that.
I am telling you to back off and I have my reasons. I am trying to be polite. Don't mistake kindness for weakness.
Let things play out until October 15th.
Then we can all re-evaluate. And I promise that I will join you in everything that you stated if I don't see some things happen that I believe may happen. I have no love of Lanza nor desire to protect him.
"Mav, with Ellis apparently gone and Lou not part of the "inner circle," you can be absolutely completly certain that we will never see an audit. Just who do you think is going to move the audit forward?"
- Soso, hold off on your conclusions. Remember that there are share holders working in your best interests as we speak. Audit is still in the works.
"There is no hope left. From now on I will spend my time visiting and calling my congress man, doing what I can do to push forward my SEC complaint. I would encourage everyone to do the same."
- Again, there will be time enough for this as a last resort. And I will be at the front of the line. But we are NOT there yet. In my opinion. Also, there are many other ways to put pressure on BDGR. At first, I thought the SEC was the solution. But that is just a guarantee of you losing all of your money.
"FOrgot about your investment. That is gone. Lanza is printing 15 to 30-million shares a month. They will soon increase the authorized shares to 500-million, we will be at .01, and then .001. So the game will go on."
- Remember that there are others here who have much more than you at stake and have been working on some solutions. This is far from over. Also, you don't want to make enemies of other share holders on top of your issues with BDGR.
Believe me, if I thought it was over, I would say so here and now.
IT IS NOT OVER
"Forget about your investment. Me, I'm going to pursue justice."
- Ellis seems like he was a lame duck. So he really was not helping us. Now we have him flushed out so there is one less expense. There are other engineers that can be brought in for the deep drilling.
Bottom line, deep drilling is the cash cow of this company. The stripper wells at best, will pay the rent. From what it appears, Ellis was not doing his job for us while he was cowering in Georgia. Don't worry about that.
9am central time, I believe. If that is the case then it just started...
Local why don't you try to sell Jayne some of your chemical solutions?
Maybe it would make the food better and you less bitter.
The outcome of the trial is already known, jmap.
Read the case again.
You are also known as an OMDA lapdog. Your opinion and attempted manipulation will gain you nothing here.
Say goodbye to OMDA on Monday.
Say goodbye to your OMDA investment.
OMDA case going down in flames on Monday.
Spunkyknight has spoken!
LOL
Go ahead.
I am just trying to save you and all of us some valuable time. When you confirm you can land back here and say so. Then you can let me know what other constructive things you could have been doing in the meantime.
Tommer, that share count is accurate.
That is almost beside the point. We need Lanza and his cronies OUT. That is the current necessity. That is what all of you need to focus on.
Fishingfund,
Please speak for yourself.
I have put too much time, blood, sweat and tears to "give it up"
If you want to bail, then sell and go. I know you were a legitimate share holder and not a basher. But we really don't need your bullsh*t right now.
Please have respect for those of us who still have a fight left in us.
For the rest of you, if you are serious, then contact LGL. I am formally endorsing him as a legitimate share holder with a legitimate plan. Don't wait. Don't sit on the sidelines.
We have a lot of work to do to add to the work we have done.
Good luck to all longs and work for your payoff!
I was wondering if you had gotten back in. Seems you are pretty upset and have been tracking the Dragon. Now it makes sense to me.
Well, I don't know exactly if I want to say be optimistic, but you can never tell with Black Dragon what is around the corner. Admittedly mostly crap up to this point. But I keep thinking they have to be sitting on some properties that someone must want or we could develop with a little cash flow.
So I guess we all just have to wait for some news. I am willing to give it a little more time.
Soso have you contacted either Lou or LGL yet?
Fishingfund, didn't you drop your shares a while back?
"You can't simply sit there and say, okay, well 51% stockholders are with me, so we implement a new board. IF IT WERE THAT EASY, it would happen every day. There are processes in place for a reason."
Black Dragon is a registered Delaware corporation.
As such, with 51% of the stock, we CAN implement a new board without contacting each and every share holder living under a rock. We only need the proxies of the controlling 51% of the share holders.
I am beginning to question your motives "WolfPack99" who just came into being 5 days ago.
That is exactly right.
I am a BDGR share holder. I never tried to state or imply otherwise.
And I am telling you all like it is since you are after something we either own or do not own depending on the outcome. And I am telling you that it isn't going to help your situation.
I really have nothing to gain coming over here and telling you this. But you all have a lot to lose.
Worst case for me:
Judgement against Lanza- who is NO LONGER PART OF BDGR. The note was in HIS NAME.
BDGR unaffected. Maybe give up some crappy leases.
You have been fleeced by your king. BDGR had not made 20 million dollars in its history with hundreds and hundreds of wells. What judge is going to award such damages? And who is going to pay it? Lanza? We are still trying to recover a bunch from this guy. You are welcome to get in line behind us if you win a judgement.
But you can do what you like. Buy more OMDA shares. Just don't say you were not warned.
Here's a crazy thought:
Do you think someone doesn't care that they bought at that price?
Do you think someone just tipped their hand? There was a block of 200k on that order.
I guess time will tell.
Boy it would be nice to be in the .37s!
You saw that too? I almost quit my job today LOL!
So...
Are you still holding and/or buying more shares?
Added more to my position today.
This lawsuit is going down in flames for OMDA on Monday. It should be fun to watch. The time for the hearing is 9am so I am sure that we will get some good news on Monday.
I am basing this opinion on the fact that after reading the case documents, it is clear that OMDA really has no case. The courts deal much more in facts, not suppositions and estimates.
Besides, those properties are worthless and have never contributed to our bottom line.
And Lanza is at least legally gone from BDGR regardless of what else is going on.
Luck to all longs!
Here's to better days ahead!
"As far as I can tell , the OMDA Vs Lanza et al Lawsuit is still on the docket for 9/24/2007 @ 9 am Harris Dist court Fort Worth Tx Case # 200523020, 215th dist court.
With the amended complaint on 8/6/07 I am surprised.
Who knows maybe this POS will be worth something, even with Mr Barnett at the helm."
A few weeks back I posted a fair warning for the honest share holders of OMDA. It was deleted by your mediator.
I will say the same thing once more for the benefit of the honest share holders of OMDA.
A few things you should know about this trial:
Lanza has been ousted from Black Dragon as of this point in time by the share holders. He still owns his service companies.
The leases in question are not producing anything towards our bottom line. From what I am told, they are pretty lousy properties to begin with and comprise less than 5% of BDGR holdings (which again has jettisoned Lanza).
The lawsuit is against LANZA. Although Black Dragon was added earlier this year a party, the likelihood of OMDA getting anything from Black Dragon proper is remote.
Your Barnett fellow has, in my humble opinion, been using this trial as a pump and dump mechanism while he has been diluting your shares.
When something like this gets into the court system, you can never truly know how it will go, but I recommend you don't hold your hat out for a 20 million dollar payoff.
Also, in a worst case scenario for Black Dragon, if they are somehow and in some way held responsible for such damages, we are broke, so the company will just dissolve, BDGR share holders will be screwed and you will never see a penny either.
If you get a judgement against Lanza, nothing would please me more. But you will never get any money out of him either.
Ultimately, I don't think you are going to get anything but disappointment on Monday.
The last time I posted this information here, I was attacked and then the posts were deleted. So I imagine the same thing will happen again.
But I know what it is like to get screwed over by a company you believed in. So I am trying to do the right thing by those of you who are honest and might not have any other agenda than to try to make some money honestly.
Well my guess is that Lanza might have not sold all his shares yet. He could be dumping his last shares.
Either that or BDGR is printing and selling shares.
But I have to say, that although I don't like the way Ellis operates, I have no evidence or reason to believe contrary to what I have heard about what he is up to.
But finding out who the new transfer agent is might be a start.
Thank you for posting that info Dragon Slayer.
Sorry about putting the wrong name up there.
That information sounds pretty consistent.
Thanks again!
Dragonman, when did you speak to Ellis? Did you by any chance ask him why Joe is still in the office building?
Thanks in advance for any information you can share.
If you ever get a single dime out of Lanza, I will tip my hat to you, sir.
Good luck!
Worst case for BDGR, you get a bunch of sh*tty properties that will give you barrels of dust and salt water before you get any oil. If you really think that is going to be your 20 million dollar payoff, I tip my hat to you again for living in a world that I would really like to visit myself!
You're on the wrong board "hoss".
You best be gettin' back to your farm. I hear your hens have got loose (insert Deliverance theme music)!
jmap= desperate OMDA share holder.
Here is a snippet of the latest confidence OMDA share holders have in Mr. Barnett and his pending cases:

We have to do something before he disappears with all our money. We should sue him in court for fraud, maybe he has some other assets we can take hold of, that is if Biotechmedics does not catch those assets before we do ."
Would you mind letting us all know who you are? Fair enough if you want people to contact you with all of their personal information.
Would you mind stating your interest in BDGR (i.e. shares held in duration)?
Can you shed light on why you would like to get everyone together at this very point in time?
Just some fair questions here, if you would be so kind as to reply for all.
Thanks in advance!
Thank you for that very informative overview Derek.
I know this sounds like an infomercial exchange. LOL!
With regards to BDGR, for anyone who is interested, we have tried very hard to get rid of certain individuals. It has played out like the "Who shot J.R. season of Dallas", in other words: badly.
But there could be a silver lining. There are rumors of interested parties and BDGR is actively inviting a buyout. We shall see.
But your prediction of 5 cents came true. I can't say we didn't see that coming. Personally, I think if we flushed the current regime, we would have a profitable company and in that case, BDGR is heavily under valued. It could come back to life at any moment. But I am NOT recommeding this stock to anyone, especially the faint of heart! But I still own my shares and have worked and am working hard with some other investors to bring value to the company.
Oil recovery is all the rage now and I believe that if DYNI is half the company you say it is, it would be a good candidate for a buyout as well. Realistically, that is what almost always happens to little guys in a big pond. With oil topping 80 bucks, little companies that have good properties become very attractive. Regardless, it is important to become liquid and cashflow positive. Sounds like this is the plan. Assuming that the people at the top are not corrupt and using the company to funnel money to their offshore accounts, then this has much potential like you stated before and apparently still believe now.
The low float explains the lousy volume of this stock. That is one thing that is seriously turning me off about DYNI right now. Hard to accumulate and high volatility. But that is the nature of the beast.
Thanks again for the information and I will seriously look into DYNI.
Regards!
Hello all and Derek5098,
Derek you may or may not remember me from the BDGR board.
I just came to find out about DYNI since you dropped by to give us a heads up.
The big debate between Derek and us longs was the validity of BDGR as a company. Needless to say, we have found out all kinds of horrible things about BDGR but have also taken steps to fix the company. It remains to be seen whether we will prevail but, regardless, it is out of my hands at this point. So here's hoping.
So, where is everyone at here?
Have you had issues with production and validity of information?
Did SOGN get absorbed into DYNI or is it the same company under a different ticker?
It looks like you had some personnel changes. Does anyone know about the new people or why the old people are gone?
Based on the stock price and the very small volume of trading, I was hoping that some longs could fill me in on the pros and cons of this company as a potential investment.
So I will throw that out to Derek and anyone else who would be so kind to share the information they have.
Thanks in advance and regards,
Spunkyknight
No use talking to him, Lou.
He is probably drooling over his keyboard and waiting for someone to adjust his crash helmet.
Probably got into a bag of Snickers today.
Zorne was passing on a letter from Joe to us, the shareholders.
As frustrated as I am and as much as I want to pile up on you for being a bonafide idiot, I can see that you are just simply too simple to understand what an idiot you truly are.
I would have much more respect for you if you had ever ONCE tried to make things better around here. But all you want to do is complain and sit back in your chair in front of the internets and armchair quarterback your way through life.
Pathetic.
If this does all work out, I hope you sold your shares long ago because you don't deserve a single penny.
For the last time ruger,
I will not go out with you. I am not into dudes.
But I hear Adam B. is looking for some love...
Again,
Something is seriously wrong with you.
Get some help.
Get a life!
What are you talking about? Does anyone ever know what you are talking about? Do you even understand yourself?
Seriously, what is wrong with you?
Dragonman,
I am going to say this one time to you:
Be VERY VERY VERY careful about what you imply or state about me. You better make ABSOLUTLEY SURE that you can back it up.
It's one thing if you want to drivel on your b.s. here day and night. It's quite another to make up things about someone else here on this board.
That is your fair warning. And as a general rule, I always give it one time.
Have a nice day.
