I just got in and want to check my notes with Jim before posting too much. Sorry to make you wait. Hopefully I'll give a full account of the trip by Monday AM, although I really would like to verify a few things before I say too much.
All in all it was a great trip. The company is for real. The people are real, the office is real, the business is real. They are not holding a yard sale or anything like that. In fact they are expanding. They have added the top floor and will expand into the other side of the building soon.
They are very confident about the SEC situation. They expect to trade on the pinks, not the grays. THe contract with the US Govt is legit, so all they have to do is prove it. They don't seem the slightest bit worried about it.
Again, I want to verify a few things before posting too much.

IMHO CKYS will not only survive, but THRIVE! CyberKey is a unique company and I expect it to be a Trend Breaker. Where others in similar situations have failed, I expect CKYS to thrive!
Newbies & Others! Do DD on unfamiliar posters!
If you are a paid member, all you have to do is open one of their posts. Then click on their user name. That will take you to their profile. On their profile page, you can view all of their posts. You also have the option to read their last 50 posts.
This will tell you alot about any strange posters, such as how old their user name is, if they are a free or paid member, where they post, how often they post, what type of info they post, and if they post here often, if at all.
IMHO, there are strangers here (and more coming) that do not have the best interest of the CKYS investors and/or the CKYS board at heart.
Do your own DD! Know who you are listening to! Please remember that there are people out there and in here that will make money if the CKYS PPS goes down! The lower the PPS, the better for them!
CyberKey is unique, will not only survive, but thrive!
!!!!!!!News From DC Here! Now!!!!!!! (Repost from 1/8/07 In Case You Missed it Earlier)
Just got off phone w/DC. He is very comfortable and confident after his visit.
He spent 3 1/2 hours w/ Jim, also time w/ Tom & Dan = All great guys.
He will be posting, but not right away.
Patents are legit.
Gov't contracts are legit.
No dilution.
Jim confident all SEC issues will be resolved.
Jim confident that CKYS will not go to Greys!
I'm in touch w/ dcbass daily = Bright Guy.
Everyone needs to be cautious re what they say, post etc., including DCBass.
Must read for all who haven't, esp Newbies!

Suspended Stock, Trading Greys, on Pinks. Huh?
There is a company whose stock was suspended on 1/31/07 = 15 days ago. The 10 day suspension is over. On PinkSheets.com, a quote can be obtained. On the quote, The Primary Venue is Other OTC, which means it is Unsolicited, which means it is trading on the "Grey Market". So, it's a recently suspended stock, whose suspension is over, that is now trading Grey Market and a quote can be obtained on PinkSheets.com. It is NOT, however, a Pink Sheets Stock! It's a Grey Market!
The stock did pretty well today, by the way. Up 300%! Closed at .70. Previous close was .10 = Very, very interesting stuff!
Here is a link to the quote: http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=INIH
Always good to see RedCloud, Cowboy, AngelHillCorp.
96 hours till we trade. Plenty time for good news. The weekend is not neccesarily lost time. JP has a phone, a computer and our e-mail addresses. A PR would be nice, but not essential.
Mods & Most here are aware and prepared for the impending chaos that will surely proliforate the board between now and 2/20. An idle mind is the Devil's Workshop. The weekend and a holiday are just ahead. "Let the games begin".
I will be holding & helping, especially my fellow newbies. If my funds were not tied up in other positions, I would be buying as well.
Trading Suspensions! When the SEC Suspends Trading in a Stock

I understand the concept. But, you didn't answer my question.
IMO> Most longs have made up their minds one way or the other. Everyone falls into 3 categories: BUY. SELL. UNDECIDED. Peeps will do what they have to do to better their positions. Everyone has an agenda.
CKYS is unique in many ways. CKYS will survive this and thrive eventually. I don't know exactly how yet, but it's when, not if.

PRIMARY VENUE! Grey Market Stocks on Pinksheets.com
This can be a bit misleading/confusing. It's all about Primary Venue!
Just because a quote can be obtained on PinkSheets.com does NOT mean that it is a Pink Sheets stock!!!!! You have to check the Primary Venue.
If the Primary Venue is Other OTC, then the stock is Grey Market. If the Primary Venue is Pink Sheets, then the stock is Pink Sheets. If the Primary Venue is OTCBB, then the stock is OTCBB.
We are ready. You have suspension experience?

A BOOYAH to All Posters! If you look, you will see that the mods have deleted very few posts tonite! BOOYAH!
Lets talk Pink. Better yet, GREEN!!!!!
Sorry, but done talking greys. No offense.
Not selling CKYS. All other $ in other positions.
dc: Thanks for updating and keeping me/us focused!
I'm not planning on doing any Grey Sheets trading, but I have been advised that, IF I did, to stay on the phone w/ the broker, place only limit orders and make sure to get confirmation.
Beleive me, am as far away from being an expert as I can get. I'm a newbie! Born October 2006!
newfie: please keep in mind that that stock served it's 10 day suspension and is now trading on the grey sheets.
JP anticipates that we will reopen on the Pink Sheets.
I visited my local Scottrade branch and did some up close and personal DD with the Branch Manager. I'm getting my info from what he told me.
emit: That is my understanding. There are no published bids/asks. There are no internet trades. Everything is done on the telephone. JP anticipates reopening on the Pink Sheets. We are doing Grey Sheets DD just in case.
I, for one, am giving JP the benefit of the doubt. Should we reopen on the Pinks, all this Grey Market DD/discussion will be moot and trading on the Pinks will be as easy as pie, just like always.
Hi Flip: We aren't trading until Tuesday. We are anticipating an airing of the CKYS piece tomorrow on Good Morning America.
Other OTC: Or otherwise known as the "Grey Market" is the trading of a security that is not listed, traded or quoted on any stock exchange, the OTCBB or the Pink Sheets. Other OTC trades are reported by broker-dealers to their Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) and the SRO distributes the trade data to market data vendors and financial websites so investors can track price and volume. Since Other OTC securities are not traded or quoted on an exchange or interdealer quotation system, investor's bids and offers are not collected in a central spot so market transparency is diminished and Best Execution of orders is difficult.
http://www.pinksheets.com/glossary.jsp#otherotc
I hope this is within the rules. I know this is on topic.
This stock was supended by the SEC on 1/31/07. Here is their quote on Pink Sheets:
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=INIH
I saw a stock quote on pinksheets.com the other day that was shown as "Other" = Grey Sheets. There was some info on the quote, but no bid/ask.
Unsolicited Quotes (aka Grey Sheets)
http://www.pinksheets.com/otcguide/issuers_getquoted.jsp#uns_quote
SEC Rule 15c2-11 provides an exemption to filing a Form 211 with the NASD for brokers that wish to publish an unsolicited quote. An unsolicited quote represents a customer order and not a market maker's own position and must be removed from the system once the customer order is executed. Compliance with this rule is monitored by the NASD.
Gambler: BOOYAH! Totally agree! Thats what I'm gonna' do.
IMHO< CKYS WebSite Rocks! Has everybody visited today? Link>>
http://cyberkeysolutions.com/index.php
The only way I would agree with that is that if they don't make a profit from the sales of the product.
Our Mods are here and will be here. IMHO they are well aware of, gearing up and will be fully prepared to deal with what is sure to happen. IMHO, they have a tough, thankless job. I think they do a great job and much, much better than I could ever do.
twolibras: not to be disageeable, but I expect them much, much earlier (like last nite) and much, much stronger than we have EVER seen! I anticipate that they will be here in droves this weekend and Monday (holiday) spewing venom like Mt. St Helens! Be alert, aware and strong! Fight the good fight with me and the others! I'm not selling a single share either!
jeanette: good point and well taken. there is a reason for it, but I don't know what it is. I'm just keeping a positive approach. For all I know, they just wanted to change the look of the site and use it to sell products. I like that! Great for the PPS!
Excellent Board Tonite>>>
Booyah to all here! IMHO, this is the way this board should be. There is a lot of great dd. People are very positive. Lets keep it going!
Let's not let a bunch of folks that never or rarely come here, and when they do, all they do is spew negativity, bad vibes and venom, spoil it for us.
Do your DD on them! Check their profiles! Read their last 50!
The mods are here, I GUARANTEE you! If you notice, they have had to delete very, very few posts! Lets keep it going!
Unconcerned as to whether or not the GMA piece is on the CyberKey web site or not.
I'm more concerned and enthused about the "distinct possibility" of CKYS being seen by MILLIONS tomorrow!
It remains to be seen whether or not the piece will actually air. Until then, I'm seeing the glass as half full. Why shouldn't I?
jeanette: The GMA post by dndn is very promising indeed! I'm unconcerned as to whether or not the GMA piece is on the CyberKey web site or not.
