Stock price was $7.95 on Tuesday 29th November wen lightwave announced acquisition of chromosol. Not even one month later and its at $4.90. Anyone know how much it cost or how it was funded?
Jeunke.. We don't even know how much chromosol cost to purchase... Price has tanked dramatically since that news. And none of us shareholders even know what the cost was a month later. Did I miss it on the annual shareholder letter? I seen microvision acquire a company about a week after that news. They disclosed everything in the press release. Let me guess... Its another nda
Everyone talking about gains and losses doesn't hide the fact that lebby absolutely dangled the carrot for every shareholder on here from May 2022 asm timeline and guidance with foundries.... To come with an updated slide... No facts.. No data.. Just vague wording in the last 2 weeks of the year after stating 2h 2022 stinks. Why give that guidance. Could have easily just bracketed it all into 2023.. He and the company knew wat they was doing with that timeline. Sucking people in to buy and hold. We are all together.. Millions of pounds/dollars down as we have been misled. For me lebby has turned wat judgement I had given him off all his presentations and how he comes across as a wise and honest guy who doesn't talk hype or baloney into a snidey salesman. Pdk operational in minimum 2 foundries updated on a slide with a red circle around them.... This was prototypes post... Around 6 months ago... https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=169454950
Jeunke.. Not given up hope... We had some strong runs this year that where pretty much straight lines up... The amount of times I thought sell.. Take profits it will come back down.. Nothing goes up in a straight line.. Then I had lebby timeline in my head and foundry update could happen any day in 2nd half of 2022 so held due to fomo. I would have banked those profits allday long if I knew the timeline was 2023 instead... And I know there are many more on here like me who got suckered the same. The guidance was Misguidance. We've been smoked Royal this year
Worst performing stock on my watch list over last 12 months and there's some speculative ones on their. So for lebby to say this is the most exciting year of his life so far leaves me abit bewildered. Let's hope he has an even greater 2023 eh
Vein... I'm just saying what I've seen and witnessed. Those timelines had shareholders like me and plenty on this board thinking big foundry news could drop any day in last 6 months... Held onto highs and added on lows.. Believing foundry updates of significant proportions where incoming.. Then last 2 weeks of December get a presentation slide. Lebby would have done the shareholders more good saying updates in 1st half of 2023 like the other foundries are down for.
Prototype.. I might not be the greatest at maths but I remember there being around 21 million short shares and price was closer to 7 dollars earlier in the year. So 19 million shorts now and sitting below 5.50 dollars is hardly inspiring... That's a 2 million share shake out.
Prototype... Why did lebby say expect timeline guidance for minimum upto 2 foundries in may 2022 asm for 2nd half of the year. That timeline was totally carrot dangling wen he knew he was dropping a crappy presentation slide near end of December all along. He's timeline has led majority of investors to be buying and holding shares through a bear market and recession which they would Never have done if he just bracketed it all into 2023. He knew wat he was doing wen he dropped those timelines. Anyone with half a brain can see that now and that's why the stocks tanking. He's lost face with everyone who bought into this in the last 12 months. Koog and the crew look like prophets right now. Lebby looks like someone who's about to retire and just played a blinder
I remember a few longs on here saying they had been told at the asm that this big foundry news would drop wen least expected.. Like the nasdaq uplisting did. 2022 Annual newsletter has been dropped.. No ones expecting anything now till 2023. Am I being too optimistic ??
Bought back in.. Got my 5s.... Bit of redemption after holding the bag for 6 months on foundry news that just sounds like another paragraph of waffle.. Lebby been using the word ubiquitous for a while now. Needs to prove it.. He's been a salesman using it so far ... Only revenue he's produced this year
Noblynx.... This pr doesn't do anything for the share price without deals and revenue... I've seen 6 great bits of news like this since ecoc 2022 sept and guess wat.. The share price was higher than before it is now ???? infact I think the stock price is around 30% lower than it was then.
Pickle.. Sold over 7.. I'll buy back below 5 though held this stock all year through all sorts of global turmoil for an updated slide and benzinga presentations. Been mugged off. Anyone got kerrisdale number?? Lol
Well guys I've just checked out of lightwave logic.. Its been a ride. Reason for selling are purely based on the company not disclosing wat they paid for the ALD tech... Showing what is supposedly ment to be the biggest news to date on a side in a presentation and not on an official pr.... And last but not least securing another cheque book with Roths... I find this strange wen lebby is on record saying they always have the shelf to tap into if needed.. Gives me a really bad vibe people notching credit cards up with no revenue. Enjoy your Xmas. I'm gonna enjoy mine and check in January for the sale.

Markets bullish today... Our slides have been updated to show pdk operational in foundries... We are red? Did I miss something... Another benzinga presentation been announced or something ??
Why would we be waiting for ALD results first half of 2023 wen we already acquired the company? Surely you would have checked it works before you bought it
Anyone recognise the other logo on lebbys jacket today wen he was presenting at the ladenburg.. Might be nothing but could be something
Kcc07913.. Polymer Paul is never wrong... The slide is wrong ????
My bad tleprathy and Richard .. Wish I bought this up 5 months ago now.. Would have saved me thousands ???? should make that a sticky for newbees as it totally had me off.. I read it as 2022 new updates and obviously lebby states it a a 12 month guideline from asm
Tleprathy.. It clearly states 2022 goals and new updates. You post me the link and time frame where it says this is 2023!?!
Tleprathy.... Open your eyes pal... Slide 43.. Apology accepted ????
Management update 26th may
https://mobidrive.com/sharelink/p/21VOAsPmvWnyHaoXmcdrsn2ShHYurXgMVUP1sOIhttv2
Luthertiggs.. I gathered my Intel from lightwaves official updated slides for 2022 goals.... Clearly states
*Established deal with partner
*established deal with foundry
*announcement of partner
*announcement of foundry
There what I expect and wat everyone else on this board should expect. Not a slide update on a presentation.. otherwise its been disappointing and misguiding.
I'm expecting a pr with more flavour than today's very nice slide update on the presentations. I believe lebby is gonna drop the main Xmas present in an official pr.... Or have we all been waiting 6 months for a presentation slide update? If so then that was anti climatic. I held and bought last 6 months through a recession and russia/Ukraine economy war for a slide presentation update? If that's the juice I'm feeling very misled
Hillbilly.. Of course he's at home.. Its stupid o'clock in the morning where he is lol
Loaded up all year even though every Tom dick and Harry knows we where heading for a bear market and now we are in one.. Held because of lebbys given timeline.. I will be punching holes through brick walls if they don't produce the goods. My guts telling me the safe harbour will come into play now and its a delay out of lightwaves hands due to one of the reason given on the safe harbour.
It needs updating anyway... We acquired new tech and patents. Not holding my breathe for anything new. We ain't even been told what the cost of that aquirement was yet? Simple communication
2 world records.. 3 patents.. An acquisition and pps is lower than before those updates . Foundry news timelines due to drop within next 30 days....these institutions and index funds.. Market makers... could at least make it look realistic like they don't have inside knowledge and let the price run up. Steve schiets ferrari is looking like a vauxhall corsa at the moment
Wen Elon musk acquired twitter.. The cost was announced straight away.. How long do we have to wait to find out the deal expenses involved with lightwaves acquisition? I'm thinking the price could go down to $3 before we find out it cost half our cash in hand while we still have no revenue incoming to support pps? Doesn't seem right to announce a purchase and not disclose the cost. Sat here like a lemon watching zeros dissappear from my investment as we don't have the full picture.. Was it a bargain... Was it a fair buy or have we been mugged off?
Tedpeele.. Today's pr clearly states...
Orders just ain't filling today with my lightwave .. Even wen the bid is higher than the ask. Trade212 being shifty as always. If they ain't loaning your shares out without permission then there ignoring your bid.. Had 100 shares for 8.52.... Hit 8.48 and didn't fill. I'm doing a bloomer.. Wake me up end of Q4 lol
Tedpeele.. Why you going off the impression it will just be a foundry update before 2022 is over. Everything you need to know about this year's goals and updates is on the lightwave logic website. It clearly states in the guidance given what to expect and its alot more than just a foundry update. Dr lebby has gone on record recently to say timelines are still on track. And the goals and guidance given for before 2023 asm is even more sensational. Any messages on here to dampen expectations are purely because people cannot believe what is coming as it is gonna change the planet and anything that gets sent off this planet in the near future too.. Universally ubiquitous
Steve schiets.. Jeunke.. Walter... Any of the other longs ever mention to lebby about this link with tesla that has been doing the rounds stating we are a potential supplier .....

Who Are Tesla's Main Suppliers?
Tesla is secretive about suppliers but here's what we know
By J.B. MAVERICK Updated June 29, 2022

Fact checked by MELODY KAZEL
A relative newcomer to the automotive sector, Tesla, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSLA), has made a name for itself in the electric vehicle (EV) world. Headquartered in Texas, this electric vehicle manufacturer and energy storage company is quickly becoming a household brand.
1
2
Tesla initially received a lot of attention when it produced the first electric sports car, the Roadster. This was followed by the Luxury Model S. Both were boosted by Tesla's charismatic CEO, Elon Musk.
3
4
The Roadster was the first electric car to use lithium-ion batteries. It was also the first to have a cruising range of over 200 miles.
5
The limited cruising range between charges has been one of the major criticisms of electric cars. Most gasoline-powered vehicles have a median cruising range of around 412 miles.
6
Concerned about competitors either obtaining inside information or buying out necessary parts, Tesla is secretive about its many suppliers. Nonetheless, some have been uncovered by diligent researchers. Tesla manufactures the basic electric components of the car, including the electric motor, the battery pack, and the charger. It also aims to make its own batteries and microchips.
7
Essential components that it needs come from Tesla suppliers spread across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
Tesla Motors has become known for producing well-designed and innovative electric vehicles.
To assemble its cars, Tesla sources parts from a range of Tesla suppliers.
Some suppliers provide ordinary car parts, others provide electric vehicle parts. Still, others provide steel, industrial products, and minerals.
The transition to EVs is moving at a rapid pace and EV suppliers have room to grow.
As the EV market develops, Tesla suppliers may offer worthwhile investment opportunities.

Are Supplier Stocks a Better Way to Invest?
Investors watching the EV market might do well to consider EV suppliers as well as EV makers. Major car companies continue to confirm their commitment to producing EVs. That bodes well for providers of EV components and the potential investor benefits:
Diversification: Manage risk by spreading investments among various suppliers and makers in the EV sector.
Value: If an EV maker is overvalued, Tesla suppliers' stocks may offer a smart investment alternative.
Performance: The continued transition to EVs plus favorable government regulations and incentives can mean increased consumer demand, more EVs produced, and growth in the need for EV suppliers' products.
While supplier competition will likely intensify given the opportunities in the EV market, there's also the potential for stars to emerge and reward investors.
Who Is Tesla's Biggest Supplier?
Some of Tesla's suppliers with substantial market capitalizations include Emerson Electric, Garmin Ltd., Danaher Corporation, and Nucor Corp.
Who Are Tesla's Battery Suppliers?
Tesla has plans to make its own batteries. A large supplier of the lithium required for these batteries is China's Ganfeng Lithium Co. Ltd. Australian mining company BHP supplies needed nickel. Anglo-Swiss company Glencore provides cobalt. All three are Tesla suppliers.
Does Tesla Make Its Own Microchips?
Yes, it does. To reduce its dependence on chipmakers, avoid order bottlenecks, and improve energy efficiency, Tesla has pursued the manufacture of its own semi-conductors made from silicon carbide. Silicon carbide is more durable and energy-efficient than the standard, mass-produced silicon wafer.

Steveschiets... I was hoping he said upgrade to a lambo ??
This might be true.. But most retail I know cashed there shares in other stocks months ago as they knew all these interest rate hikes where coming. Lightwave retailers have been dangled a carrot right through all this turmoil... No foundry this year I'm out and many others will do the same. Lightwave is either flying or crying by January 1st. If institutions really need 50% they will get it January if foundry news is replaced with another benzinga interview or presentation.. Everyone on this board knows wats coming if lebby doesn't deliver what he stated come January 1st. Mass sell-off... Even old school longs will sell a percentage because they know the price will plummet. Hopefully though it won't come to that and we all selling shares to buy lamborghinis for Xmas lol
Imagine shorting lightwave trying to get longs and retail to sell.... And there just adding more. Christmas has come early. Anything lower than $7.50 and I fill my boots. I love this game
Jeunke... Exactly... Great news... No longs or retail are selling till those foundry news drop. If this year's deadline is missed then you might get some longs selling.. Until then it's market conditions and the big players playing their games and shorting for lowest price they can get that is seeing the price drop.
Lightwave did the same after last year's ecoc and polarition record was announced... Few red days.... Then went on the rampage. I expect the same again. No retail or longs are selling today. .. Just the big cheeses getting cheaper shares before they throw some back in. All part of the game. Great news today.
I've got more patience than this stock has ubiquity right now. Fact
All these new investors.. Institutions.. Index Funds.. All increasing this year or starting new positions... All these shares they have bought where not around wen we hit 20 dollars last year... So why we heading towards 8 dollars again now? Price has done nothing while they all added to their positions.. Then a few shorts send it on its ass. And a benzinga interview every few months make sure it tumbles down too. Selling up this year.. Gold or no gold. Facts are we are hitting 8 dollars end of August 2022... Wen it was 20 dollars December 2021. Sick of hearing the word ubiquitous wen all that's been shown is a collaboration with polartion and a bunch of poster fan boys defend its because of nda. Where's the work.. Where's the results? Lightwave employed John zyskind a good 7 months ago... So Where's an update on what he's actually been doing all this time? Surely he's due a 6 month appraisal?
Ubiquitous.... All I've seen is polarition confirmition of collaberating with lightwave logic in last 18 months . Where's the rest?? Did they get a free nda pass that nobody else got.. Asking for a friend
