The CEO controls the flow of shares into the open market. So in essence he is a salesman.

My hunch was that the company might have used some restricted shares as the form of payment and those shares were now being sold by whoever had received them. VFIN is a MM that is able to facilitate that type of transaction (Rule 144)

Regardless of who is selling, the shares are being bought up and moving into stronger hands and thats what really matters. The pps has closed higher for the last 5 days. It is good to see some churning at this point because it shows that the is support at these levels.
