Do you honestly think that a company is going to tell investors that are so interested in the company that they would take to time to call that company is diluting?

The CEO controls the flow of shares into the open market. So in essence he is a salesman.

Its very similar to a used car salesmen, he's going to say anything positive to get you to buy.
