I believe you. I'm a CBDD long and I haven't sold a single share in 3 years!
We can debate shorting and its effects. We can debate illegal naked short selling isn't reported on official short statistics. We can debate the solid revenues and growth of CBDD. We can debate all these things.
However, I don't think we are debating the elephant in the room enough, legalization. Some think it is a pipe dream but I contend it is very real. It is well reported that Biden and the Democrats support legalization and the MORE Act is already passed in the House, so we are already half way there.
It isn't a matter of if, but when. Legalization in Mexico is a done deal, they just have to announce an official date, which must be before 31 April. In my opinion, Biden will want to officially legalize before Mexico. That's up for debate. However, what isn't debatable is that once Mexico and the US legalize, the world will follow soon after and nothing will be able to hold any CBD company down then.
It's not hate mail, it's just the facts. If you consider the facts to be hate then you must be lying. The facts are that this company is headed towards a minimum of $30 million in revenues a year and is growing like crazy.
Now let's take a look at some of your false statements. Firstly, your quote "100% of this companies business is illegal in 95% of the US." It's so false it's borderline criminal.
Your next falsehood is your insistence that day trading will make more money for people than holding long with this stock. There isn't a single stock market expert in the world who will back that up.
Your next falsehood is that everyone on this board is a paid promoter. That is so ridiculous it's laughable.
Your next falsehood is that this company hired a PR firm instead of hiring an auditing firm. They hired an auditing firm way before they hired a PR firm.
And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Need I go on?
I really don't like making any negative statements of any kind, but the facts are the facts and I'm just stating them. You will find the same facts if you just do your own due diligence (the link is right above this message board). Anyway, this will be my last post on the matter. Good luck to you all.
I suppose it's possible that Beyonce's Dad is the only exec left, and if so, Jay-Z could still invest in the company in the future. However, there is no way to find out as there is no way whatsoever to contact the company.
The link is an SEC filing clearly stating that the CEO has resigned and the other execs' terms of service on the Board of Directors is closed. Is this incorrect?
I'm just going off of what I see posted above this message board (in large red letters). If this is incorrect then it needs to be removed and corrected.
Yes, Beyonce's Dad did partner with Bangi a year and a half ago, but no evidence he is still with the company. He might be, but why would he hang around if all the other execs are gone and it looks like the company is not even operational?
This link is misleading because it has a large photo of Jay-Z but it says he partnered with Caliva not Bangi. Ray J partnered with Bangi, not Jay-Z (You can see Ray J on their website's "our team" page).
Again, I hate to be the bearer of bad news. I desperately wanted to buy in at .0005 and came very very close to doing so.
I came very close to buying this stock at .0005 but I'm glad I didn't. It looks like it was Ray J who partnered with Beyonce's Dad in this company, not Jay Z (see the link in the false post in yellow above, the link says Ray J, not JayZ). Also, it looks like all the executives of this company (as shown in their website) are gone (see info posted above this message board)! I'm not sure if Beyonce's Dad is gone but I have to assume he is. The big hopes were that Jay-Z was going to invest in Beyonce's Dad's company but there is no company here at all to invest in! And it's very doubtful that Beyonce's Dad is still hanging around since all the other execs are gone.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but these are all facts I found during my DD, no bashing. If you do you own DD, you will find these same facts. The website should not include all the execs in their "our team" page as they are gone. This is false information and misleading to potential investors. In fact, the entire website should be shutdown because it gives the impression that that company is still in business when it isn't. None of the phone numbers or e-mail addresses are even functional.
That's the way to do it, well done.
It's smart to take profits but it's smarter to hold long. However, it doesn't always have to be one or the other. Both can be done at the same time if it's done right.
It goes the other way as well, instead of "Pump and Dump", it's called "Short and Distort". Social media chatter containing misleading and false statements that encourages people to sell and causes the the stock to drop the next morning.
I agree, trading is tough. It takes balls of brass to buy and sell, and it takes balls of brass to hold long. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it!
Regardless of the endless rantings from one or two people, holding long has still been the most profitable strategy so far with this stock. That's a fact.
Taking profits is great but after paying taxes and the cost of buying back in, the profit becomes minimal. One would have to be a day trader with perfect timing to make a good profit buying and selling this stock. That's a fact.
Regardless of what some misguided individuals may claim, the longs on this board aren't the only ones who recommend holding long. Numerous forecasts and articles are recommending buying and holding CBDD. Some forecasts are up to .19 in the next 3 months. Generally speaking, countless stock market experts recommend the strategy of holding long including Warren Buffett who said, "The stock market is an instrument in which wealth is transferred from the impatient to the patient." That's a fact.
What are you going to say next, that we wrote all the forecasts and articles on CBDD?
You've really outdone yourself tonight! However, we are still waiting to see that long list of lies you claim we have told.
Not only does that statement not make any sense, it is a 100% lie. It is so sad to see him drop to such a low level.
Wow! It looks like MADD is becoming just that. I especially love his quote, "100% of this companies business is illegal in 95% of the United States". What does that even mean??
Fact - the stocks you said you were going to pound down and short including INKW, CBDL and CBDD are way way up. INKW is up 1000%.
Fact - the people you convinced to sell these stocks in the last week are losing money big time because of you, and it's highly unlikely they are thanking you for it.
Fact - the red flags you continue to highlight are nothing more than normal issues that most OTC stocks have to deal with.
And you're stating that WE are posting BS, crap and lies? What lies would that be, that CBDD will go up? I'll tell you what, why don't you post all the lies we have told. This is your big chance to prove what big liars we are. If you call people liars you better back it up.
This website is unbelievable, they censor more than the North Korean government, even when one is speaking the full truth. Other sites like Stocktwits.com don't censor anything.
Biden just spoke about racial justice. Much of the MORE act is about racial justice. He just signed an Executive Order to eliminate private prisons, might he sign an Executive Order to pass the MORE act (in order to eliminate unjust incarcerations for cannabis offences)?
Yes, they reported almost $9 million for the last quarter.
Analysts have 100% BUY on CBDD. I thought MADD said only the paid promoters were telling people to buy. I guess he was wrong, again!
Poor guy, he's been trying so hard. I suggest he buy some high quality CBD oil from CBDD, it will help ease his pain.
I would also like to know if anyone has any news. The SEC lawsuit is obviously the big news but charging people for pumping and dumping on the OTC is like handing out speeding tickets at the Indy 500. It's fruitless because everyone does it.
The company did appear to do some big things at one point (it reached $2.00 a year and a half ago). I wonder if it was all a scam or if some of it was real.
The article involving CBDD is on the home page of that website. They have 3 articles on CBDD on their website.
Money talks and BS walks. The truth is that the people you convinced to sell this stock are losing money right now. That's a mathematical fact. We don't hate you, but I'm sure those people do!
Please get your facts straight. I don't post all the time. I only post a few times a week and it is mostly to push back against BS that is posted. Also, I have never bragged once about being a millionaire, so you are making this up out of thin air. Thirdly, I didn't make up the forecasts for CBDD (.10 - .19 in the next three months), I just reported it.
Dumpfest? The stock is up 50% in the last 3 days.
Good CBDD forecast on Stockinvest.us, "Given the current short-term trend, the stock is expected to rise 708.16% during the next three months and, with a 90% probability hold a price between $0.10 and $0.18 at the end of this three month period."
Good for him if he really is trying to help others. However, he isn't the only one. Personally, I have helped others my entire life and will continue to do so in even bigger and bigger ways. I'm sure many on this board are doing the same.
This company is helping others in a big way. They are creating jobs, they are helping the economy and they are improving the health of the public.
The world needs cannabis now more than ever and governments realize that. Mexico must officially legalize cannabis before 31 April 2021 (could be as early as February). The US will feel the pressure to follow and the world will feel the pressure to follow the US.
I agree with you and Riverdaddy. You can fall in love with a company (or woman) with the right qualities. The reward involves more than money. There is great reward and satisfaction in seeing a good company make it against the odds and achieve the American dream.
We seem to be overlooking a very positive PR today. It's all good news. Shipments of 1000kg (over 1 ton each) in the coming weeks. $1 Million raised to fund orders. It's all very positive news.
Very true. A lot of effort from Madd and friends to talk this stock down. Madd has already admitted that this is his job so I don't know why he is so sensitive when he gets called out on it. Although a lot has been said by them, it doesn't include much substance or significance. Just a lot of drama and theatre. Perhaps they are paid Broadway theatre actors.
It is entertaining though, I haven't been to the theatre in a while so this is the next best thing.
Ok fine, I respect you and consider you the OG here, so I will go along with what you ask. It does make some sense. However, I won't allow lies and BS to go unchallenged.
Now that we got that nonsense out of the way, let's look at the catalysts. $8.6 Million is a pretty big catalyst to move the stock forward. The audit that is coming soon is a big catalyst. The uplisting that is coming soon is a big catalyst. However, the biggest catalyst in my opinion might be tomorrow's Georgia election because legalization is the biggest catalyst of all (for all cannabis stocks). The Democrats have a good chance of winning and that will give control of the Senate to the Democrats making the MORE Act as good as passed. Let's all encourage the Democrats in Georgia to get out and vote tomorrow!
You can post what you want but I'm not a cheerleader, that's just not who I am. This company doesn't need cheerleaders, the official company statements do all the talking. Until they are proven false, I will regard them as the truth and will defend them from falsehood and lies.
You do you and I'll do me. You keep cheerleading and I'll keep defending the truth.
I have to disagree. Posting CBDD endlessly does nothing for the stock and the company. Fighting for the truth does.
The official company statements are pretty good evidence. Every buyer and seller on every stock bases their decisions on the official company statements. If every company executive were lying, we wouldn't have any stock market because they would all be in jail.
I know you aren't a fighter but all do is make arguments for the longs and for the company.
It's still a very weak argument. Fraud is a very serious crime and not many white collar executives want to end up in jail with a cellmate named Bubba. If you have hard evidence that the revs are not real then please post it. Otherwise, you are just putting out pure unsubstantiated BS. This is far beneath a hot shot CEO of a major company.
