There are two more days to qualify for the spin-off on Sept. 1st.

So tomorrow and Thursday will be real busy and personally I expect shares to hit close to $1.50 at the close on Thursday 4:00 pm

Because of the spin-off and that we are almost guaranteed that there won’t be a R/S to meet Nasdaq $1.00 requirements by the 15th of August.

Furthermore, after the 15th nobody will sell their shares if one wants to benefit of the spin-off which will be 1 to 1.
The analyst are predicting a very good run.
So, I am in for a loooooong time, I want to benefit of what is available

The Company intends to issue a stock dividend to all shareholders of record as of August 15, 2019. The Company intends to issue shares on a 1:1 ratio, meaning each share owned as of the record date will be entitled to a matching share in Taronis Fuels. In order for shareholders to be eligible to receive the stock distribution, they must not only be a shareholder as of the record date, but they must also hold those same shares until the distribution is made. The Company currently intends to issue the shares on approximately September 1, 2019.

1. Does Taronis Fuels have different ticker symbol, or an extra share of TRNX mixes up and ads up on top of your existing shares, or separate dummy shares.

A: yes it will have a new ticker for Taronis Fuels. It won't be added to your existing shares it will be a new stock in your portfolio

2. What are you allowed to do with those given dividend shares?
Will they increase your account $ value? Can you sell them? Must you hold them for some period of time?

A:You can do whatever you want to do with the new shares. You can sell them or keep them the same way you are holding TRNX

When ever a company does a spin-off it's a real gift. This I believe that Taronis is doing this in lieu of a dividend which is basically the same except that a spin-off are shares that you can trade

As you know to qualify you have to own shares of TRNX on August 15 and keep them till around Sept. 1

If I remember right this CEO has only been here for a short while. So his job is to make TRNX profitable and I think he's going to do it

I am not worried, I bought again this morning.
I view the spin-off as a real good thing regardless if they do a R/S
I would like the shares of TNRX to go up to $1.00 this week but I am not convinced it will happen so a R/S is inevitable in my mind
But there are better days ahead.

I listened to the CEO's conference call last night and I liked what I heard unless he's a crook and a liar other wise we are good

It was a real good outcome. But now were are talking about a different situation.
Then Valero was doing good they were not anywhere close to the $1.00 requirement from Nasdaq

I have been through a spin off years ago.
I forget the details but do remember that the company who did the spin-off was Valero. All I remember is that one morning I had a new stock in my portfolio with cash, I liked to a lot
But like I said this is a few years ago, maybe 10 years)

TRNX has just a few days to get to $1.00
Do we realize that if it does we are doubling our shares value.
Personally I love it. I am a shareholder at the moment and just found more cash for tomorrow morning. Plus son September 1st we get the same amount of shares in Taronis fuels. What more can one want?

Actually it doesn’t matter what anyone says about the value of the pps as no body know anything. We don’t know if there has been offers in the past or not, we don’t what is happening with the negotiations or if there are any at all.
Playing with dead money for another 5 years is not my cup of tea. I am a banker and there are places to put money, dead money is never an option.

As far as what we will get, I’ll take whatever we get and the sooner the better. I can easily do very well with $0.20 but if I get $20.00 it’s quite a bit better.

Now I must ask, where did this idea of $0.20 come about. Last week some guys were talking $3 - $5 and the sky was the limit, have we lost that much confidence in our case just because we lost Cisco yesterday

Zombie. I know you don’t have the answer but what would you guess a trial date could be announced?

Just wandering why or if Whitman told Billy that we didn’t have a chance on the appeal.
And why did Billy wanted to pursue this case if there wasn’t a chance of winning or did he have an ulterior motive?

We still can have a lot of hope as this is far from being over.

On Tuesday we had an appeal court hearing. We were all looking for a positive sign from the panel of judges. Unfortunately, we didn’t get that and actually we got nothing.
Some commented that Robert Whitman was weak. Let’s not forget that ChanBond requested this appeal and the appeal judges aren’t all well versed in channel technologies so the lady judge was asking a lot of questions to learn about the role of those patents to which Whitman answered the best he could. His job was to educate the panels. Maybe some of the questions were out of contex to the case but Whitman had to provide an answer. Listening to the audio I didn’t think it was weak but rather boring. Whitman could have been reading a prepared text which would have been delivered with more enthusiasm but the judges needed some replies thus they wanted to ask questions to which they wanted educating replies

We were looking for a positive signal from the panel, but it wasn’t to be as the judges weren’t there to give any indications one way or the other on this day. They will take days or maybe months to reply so whatever we saw on Tuesday has nothing to do with the outcome of this appeal. If we wanted a judgement on the same day it would have been a different story so the panel just took in the information and their verdict will have nothing to do with the body language that was seen during the appeal

It makes very much sense that the judges would be asking a lot of questions to our lawyer, after all this hearing was requested by Chanbond so our lawyer had to explain his reasons for being there.

Very good thing that the lady judge was questioning as she wanted answers to help her understand the situation and she showed interest by her involvement in the case

My experience about this subject is a John Grisham’s book that I read a few years back.
The lawyer for the plaintiff was pushing hard as they had a great case.
So the plaintiff wan big time but the defendant could not afford to pay pay, declared bankruptcy and the plaintiff got $0.00 nothing, zippo, nada, rien.

Reverse split brings the pps higher with less shares

if end of month that would be very optimistic
