Just bought another 100K on ask. We are close to launch. Everyone contribute and we get there together. Know it's not normal in OTC land, but we can team this and overcome any obstacles to the penny plus.
Thank you for being a team player PB with your large buys at 25. I may be wrong but when I look ahead it appears 25 is our resistance and then we shoot to 4. If anyone wants to provide thoughts on getting us to the next stage, I'm happy to contribute buying more shares as we haven't hit my AWP yet.
Peace.
CF
If everyone continues to chip in we will break this next level and fly! No reason we can't finish the day at 5+.
Not to late to get in WT. My AWP is at $.0031 from $.0035 after adding today. We have a strong opportunity to break a penny as the smart traders with many followers would attest too. These prices are a gift. 1M shares for $2K.
GLTY- DRUS!
We get above .0025 and it's clear sailing to $.004 and above. Just need to work through these to 25. I've added 400k to help the cause.
Stratosphere would be very welcomed! My 3M are at a $.003 AWP so still down 1/3 but getting closer to break even. Appreciate all the efforts the folks on this board are making to get DRUS back to where it belongs.
If folks don't sell and hold for a penny, there's no reason with this much strength we can't get there and above. Hold for the bigger payout and allow patience to be the guide.
DRUS-Hello JMM. We have a strong company finally regaining it's legs to run back above a penny where it belongs!
CF
Nice!
If folks want to group buy on the ask, we can move this above $.002 and then build to next level. Unfortunately, a couple of MM's have poorly paid folks who post disparaging info to get other potential investors to question their decisions to buy or sell.
They watch the less than $.05 penny stocks like hawks and so the only way to beat them is through group buying and communicating via PM. Ihub is in on the scam with the MM's so it's an uphill battle.
However, we can win the game by working in coordinated fashion which pisses them off as they lose control over the situation.
I only have 3M shares but at a higher AWP as I've been in this stock for awhile.
Let's crush the opposition! DRUS
CF
Agreed. For patient folks, INND will pay off this year.
Like your car. Had a '69 SS as well. First car. We pulled the auto and went to junkyard and retrieved a Muncie 4 speed and replaced which made it more fun to drive. White, black vinyl roof, white interior and rally wheels with BFG TA's.
Unfortunately, it was rear ended on Watt Ave near where INND has just put their new store when I was in college.
That store will do strong business as it's a high traffic street. Elk Grove and Roseville will do well. They have picked strategic locations with large populations with decent incomes. Know each town very well.
We just need more folks to invest and join the board and hold until at least the May Q'1 report is delivered which should reflect some of these locations initial sales.
Peace.
CF
Someone may have already said this so I don't want to retrace. I was thinking about Amazon and how they could benefit not just from taking over certain Sears locations and turning them into Whole Foods or a scaled down version as part of the store, with potentially a mini version of Sears with best selling Sears products attached.
This would allow Amazon to utilize Sears prime, high traffic locations for grocery sales, but also as pick up points for Amazon Prime customers for their goods.
They could even use their huge warehouse capacity around the country and shipping optimization to assist Sears with online business and ship their products to customers via Prime service.
Many potentially viable revenue streams the two companies could look at which would make sense for Sears sustainability.
Will be interesting to see how this all plays out over the next few months.
Peace.
CF
DPWW-Good article. We're getting closer now with the Dem's running the show in the house. If this gets done and cannabis rules change by June or before, we will see DPWW begin to really move forward.

Sounds good berd. Enjoy the rest of your day.
SHLD-She's not dogging the workers. Warren is calling out ESL for predatory practices. Her history is supporting workers not the 1/10th of 1%. That is a fact.
I have 40K shares and $17K invested in Sears so I'd like to see them succeed. Additional orders are in the system based on what transpires soon.
I bought them as Sears holds a special place with my family and I hate to see the company go under.
ESL like DT is in it for himself. That's why there is so much pushback to a deal that should fly through without all the prior baggage and personal morality concerns. He will use workers like DT uses American idiots to get what he wants which is more $$$ for himself. Enough is never enough.
Just want to keep it real.
CF
Thanks for the comments OJ. I've just added you as a follow. Please lead me to the $$ promise land!
Peace.
CF
Well done AC! You are a potent member of this board.
CF
Noy, great presentation by the competition. Thanks for sending to Ron and Nello. MM has set themselves up to succeed long term.
With Diego Pellicer's low float and how fast it moves with volume, they will carve out their own niche with their award winning dispensaries. Interesting little Diego beat out MM for the Colorado cannabis awards for best dispensary and brand in 2018 recently. Shows what they are capable of.
DPWW just needs major investment/expansion funding or fed rule changes/States Rights Act approved to get the capital at good terms and accounting rule changes, to really compete and win in this space.
No doubt DPWW will be a player and I expect a corporation to take a major stake in them to get the branding, grow facility and award winning knowledge to make them a true player in cannabis space going forward. There are so many big companies just waiting for things to change legislatively in the USA to jump in and make money.
Thanks for sharing with the board and Ron/Nello.
CF
Hey Rooster- good to see you moderating NXEN. JMM is in as well. I only have 30k shares at the moment but hoping to add another 20k next week as the tide seems to be turning.
If you all want 1 other cannabis recommendation with huge upside, it's Dpww. 27M OS, 1/2 locked by leaders/insiders and outside shareholders. Moved from $.03-$.35 in 4 days in December and volume was not super high. Like NXEN moves on air.
Lot's of DD done on them so I don't want to promote them on NXEN board but saw you hear and know you were in CELZ with JMM and the gang so thought I'd say hey and give an additional option for folks to look into to compliment NXEN.
Peace.
CF
Good to hear from you IP. Ron could use someone of your background to help connect some dots to allow Diego Pellicer to truly take-off. Please do contact he or Nello G. Their emails and phone numbers are on DP's website.
I'd like to see a high profile celebrity investor in DPWW. Just having a Snoop or Willie N or someone cannabis friendly with deep pockets walk into their Seattle or new Denver facility and receive a complimentary El Dorado would hook them in a minute.
Ron is a businessman and does fine on business report shows, but with a celeb by his side promoting DPWW, that's instant awareness to a huge audience that DPWW means business and is taking names.
That then opens doors to other connected folks to get into Vegas, NYC, Chicago, WeHo or Beverly Hills with their beautiful dispensaries, quality product and strong customer service and branding. Tourists would want to visit and look around a dispensary like Seattle in Vegas and buy just to buy even if their not cannabis normal consumers. They'd buy their shirts, hats, etc.,. So much money to be made but Ron doesn't light the fuse.
Please do reach out to him and open a dialogue. May help get us to $1 where we belong much more rapidly.
Peace.
CF
Smokey13 also added that shorting gets much riskier at this point because they have only unlimited profit to the downside and unlimited risk to the upside.
UBQU- Smokey13 wanted me to let you all know shorting is down. He's only allowed one post per day and used it already.

LABZ-Just getting a chance to respond. Good questions. I would recommend posing the partnership one's to Nello or Ron at nello@diego-pellicer.com or ron@diego-pellicer.com.
Regarding reporting, they have been good overall on timely SEC filings. Their QB rating which requires yearly audited financials was very important to the company. So much that they did an RS when they had only used up 50% of the AS of 800M. They only did a minimal 20-1 RS to get the stock to a much better place for increasing exposure.
When we ran fromm $.03-$.35 in late December, it showed with such a low float just how quick this company stock moves with any decent pressure on the ask. There's just not a lot of float with 1/2 of 27M shares already locked up by leadership, other key folks and us public shareholders.
They only toot their horn when they have something of value to report which I appreciate. Too many OTC companies that are suspect or corrupt and put out PR's or tweets incessantly to pump the price. Good for a quick flip but not good for investors who want to put their money into a solid company which will grow and pay larger returns with productive results.
Hence I come back to the fact that once we have cannabis rule changes, the game completely changes in the favor of DPWW. It will happen this year, folks just need to be patient with swings in SP. Once that happens and Diego leadership can get favorable/traditional bank financing to grow the business and accounting rules adjust for expenses, they will immediately buy out their dispensaries and get that revenue on the books and really grow the business.
At that point, I'm sure either a large deep pocketed corporation will get involved and buy them out or make a major investment as is happening in Canada with US companies like Altria and Diageo buying in. It's all predicated on rule changes by the feds.
This doesn't answer all your questions, but as other posters have found, DPWW leadership will answer emails and I'd pose a couple regarding partnerships, etc to either Nello or Ron.
Peace.
CF
Agree with your assessment and timing. Ron Throgmartin would be someone to reach out to as CEO with specific questions/concerns/ideas at ron@diego-pellicer.com.
The more engaged he becomes with shareholders, within what's SEC acceptable communication, the stronger the investor base will become and rally behind Diego Pellicer.
I've been following this stock longer than any others I currently hold. They are definitely positioned with the low OS, low float, brand, awards, etc., to be a very strong company and stock over the next year of two.
Just need the federal government or States Rights Act to assist us this year and open doors to traditional financing/accounting rule changes for DPWW to really blast off.
Peace.
CF
Welcome to the board LABZ! Not sure if you plan to be a long or flip, but we are a small group and enjoy having new thoughts and DD provided regarding DPWW and the cannabis industry.
We encourage you to post often and help spread the word of DPWW. Many of us have been here for 12 months so we've ridden a roller coaster. Looking forward to seeing 2019 bring us all success.
Peace.
CF
Thanks for keeping everyone in the loop Noy. We saw in late December how fast it moved from $.03 to $.35. With only 27M shares OS and 1/2 the float locked, the SP moves quick with volume.
However, blast off will really occur when federal rules change around cannabis hopefully this year. Diego doesn't own the dispensaries yet so they can't put that revenue on the books or utilize for growth.
They are limited to lease revenue for the time being, getting outside financing that's not a favorable terms, or getting a wealthy investor to get involved for a piece of the business. That's why we mention someone like a Snoop Dogg or other wealthy, cannabis friendly investor as they tick all the boxes from capital to awareness to brand recognition.
The federal regulations handcuff cannabis companies which is why I think it's imperative every CEO of a cannabis company contact their congress people repeatedly demanding cannabis be rescheduled from sched 1 to sched 4 or 5 or to allow States Rights Act to take precedent.
That change allows all cannabis companies to get traditional financing from regulated banks and investment houses at favorable terms, allows DPWW to acquire the dispensaries without selling shares and will allow them to grow the retail footprint domestically in key cities. That is the real rocket booster ignition catalyst which will make our DPWW SP dreams come true. It will happen with patience, no doubt!
Peace.
CF
Nice AC! I've read many drama posts stating TRTC is going under because of toxic notes, dilution or another RS is on the horizon.
Cannabis is federally illegal so no chartered bank will touch their company with traditional lending terms. TRTC's only choices are to A)dilute shares to pay for acquisitions/operations, B)to attract outside investors which are at unfavorable terms, C)to fund the company themselves or D)sell the company. We know which they've chosen to date.
As soon as cannabis rules change this year, there will be many more options with much better terms for TRTC to grow the business and refinance debt. There will be lenders (banks, investment houses, etc) who will want in on the cannabis business and it's growth opportunities.
That's why TRTC leadership is NOT worried about their current status. They probably have already figured out how they will proceed post cannabis rule changes and may have the appropriate funding mechanism's aligned once green light given. You don't think Morgan Stanley wouldn't be interested in large scale US cannabis companies understanding we're at infancy on it's legal monetization?
I picked up more shares at $.51 recently to average down to just over $1. My hunch is soon after federal rules change sometime this year, there will be an announcement from TRTC leadership about their new plans and the SP will rise much, much higher than today.
I believe they will be either bought out or have a large stake claimed by a large corporation or investment house and a strong leadership c-suite team installed to help guide the business forward. DP will be removed with a golden parachute and the business will move forward with strong players at key positions.
GLTA.

I did send Ron a note about reaching out to a celeb, but good if others can as well (ron@diego-pellicer.com). The instant social media attention of Snoop or Willie or someone like them getting involved and smoking an El Diablo would be tremendous and be picked up by MSM.
As you well said 29YI, the MM's are in control right now. I'll just play along and acquire and hold and wait. They know most OTC investors have no patience so if they can shake the tree and get them to sell, that's their goal.
We saw what happened with some volume on this low 27M O/S with 1/2+ locked. I've got my GTC's set on all shares at $1 and suggest others do to get them out of MM's hands if you have a cash account.
Enjoy the day all.
CF
DPWW-29YI, thanks for being a team player. I'm now at 545K shares with an AWP of $.165 so I'm down ALOT. But, I keep buying as I'm able to continue lowering my AWP. I bought heavy a year ago and those shares are way behind. The more we share and trust each other, the stronger this board becomes.
I want to make this point clear. DPWW's real growth (new stores, revenue, etc) will happen as soon as cannabis is rescheduled or states rights act allowed for marijuana. It's basically a road block right now that Diego Pellicer management is trying to work within as they can't get traditional bank financing nor accounting rule changes that impact cannabis businesses greatly.
This is going to be a process and will take time and investors need to view the big picture and how businesses operate with a federally illegal product.
The stock is undervalued and Ron knows that. But as soon as the rules change (hopefully sooner this year than later), the floodgates open and they will be able to really develop the business, acquire the dispensaries along with their $10M yearly revenue combined and have a balance sheet which will look very strong and drive SP much, much higher.
That's what I'm waiting for and understand SP will fluctuate until that time. Everyone do your own DD and make your own decisions. I will continue to acquire and hold for that time which will come this year. Patience is a virtue with DPWW.
Peace.
CF
INND-These low prices allowed me to pick up 100k in 4 batches of 25k each at $.021 and average down further to $.035.
For those who believe in INND and what they are working to accomplish, these are very good prices to add to your holdings.
2019 should be good for INND shareholders who are patient until the Q'1 report in May. That will be more indicative of their business as the new stores will have had time to reflect revenue in addition to the online business.
Peace.

If anyone is interested in a group lawsuit or filing with SEC/Finra for fraudulent actions by Scamus and RNVA against it's shareholders, let me know.
Bidsmaker seems to have the best handle on facts. I've lost $17K to this scam and willing to fight rather than walk away and accept the loss.
Real men fight when taken advantage of and this is a situation worth fighting for either through the press pressure on their hospitals or via lawsuit. We may not win and that's a risk, but to do nothing and walk letting this scam succeed in wiping out shareholders is wrong in my book.
I don't have PM capability but we can use this board to organize.
Peace.
CF
Good read. It's looking more promising that marijuana/cannabis will be legalized federally or states rights act take over sometime this year.
As stated prior, this is the catalyst that will really launch Diego Pellicer. It will allow funding/banking/investment/tax rule changes which will immediately allow them to purchase the dispensaries and grow facility outright and realize all that revenue on their balance sheet. It will also allow them to expand without having to use shares with much better financing terms.
I will continue to accrue shares and tuck them away. We will go up and down between now and when that occurs. For those who have patience and can wait 12 months, you should be rewarded.

Well said OJ! Enjoy the weekend.
CF
Agreed adammc! Befuddles me there aren't more investors on this board. There are cannabis stocks with no revenues, suspect leadership and OS over 200M that trade higher than DPWW.
I still think some folks do not connect the dots that Diego-Pellicer is not a real estate company per se, but a cannabis company who has contractual rights to purchase their dispensaries once federal rules change via State Rights Act implementation or DEA schedule change.
In my opinion, it's the best cannabis stock as we know the 2 dispensaries did approx. $10M in revenue this past year and growing, while they are prepared to open a 3rd dispensary. Plus they own their own grow/processing facility in Denver so they can grow their own high quality cannabis that's tested and sell in their dispensaries for a value price along with all the other growers/producers products they sell.
They have kept the AS high IMO to keep the company from be bought outright. If they can keep the OS under 50M (27M today) as Noy mentioned, they are worth $1+ just based on fundamentals. DPWW leadership knows this and has their shares ready.
I'm just adding as are many trying to now get to 600k shares and will continue to add over the next few months. Just wait until rules change in the US with cannabis. DPWW will rocket at that point and not look back.
Enjoy the weekend all.
CF
Totally agree 29YI! Would love to be able to hang and smoke the El Diablo with them and kick back and listen to stories. I'm sure they have a few!
Good luck with the DPWW 1M share goal. You're a wise trader so I'm sure you'll get there.
Good call with HIPH. I held through the run with a GTC of $.12 but didn't get that far and has dropped back but we'll see how it plays out. Only have 80k shares there.
Peace.
CF
29YI, my previous post was not directed at you but to all DPWW shareholders. Noy has reached out to Nello on various occasions, I've reached out to Ron. Since there is a small base of shareholders on this board, our voice gets muted.
Any DPWW shareholder that takes the time to reach out to Ron or Nello as they are the primary players and let them know your thoughts, it does have impact. I wouldn't suggest writing or calling a lot but periodically when any shareholder has a valid concern or suggestion.
Small companies sometimes miss opportunities because they are so focused on juggling many balls to get the business moving forward. DPWW is at a point now where in revenue and growth are the key drivers for SP movement north.
However, that 24k gold cannagar is so unique to them and with many very wealthy celebrities who smoke cannabis, getting one to one of them as a gift to smoke with other celebs could create media excitement and cash investment infusion. Just like happening with another stock I have with Snoop getting involved.
Enjoy the weekend all. I added another 20k today at just under $.06 as that was a gift. I know you did and other longs as well.
Peace.
CF
INND-I'd like to hear you answer Old James request about the status of the lawsuit? Please fill us in since you joined IHub a month ago and yet have a bunch of shares (how many?) to sell, yet are taking your time to sell them.
Please help us shareholders understand your modus operandi.
Much appreciated.
CF
I sent Ron an email yesterday regarding getting either Snoop, Dr. Dre or Ice Cube involved with DP. I actually think Dre would fit Ron's idea of a spokesperson better as he's more professional in approach and demeanor although any of the 3 would be a home run.
I would suggest YOU all reach out to Ron at ron@diego-pellicer.com and provide your own take on them getting a celebrity to endorse the brand. I told Ron that cannabis is a culture and since he doesn't smoke, his aloof nature doesn't draw younger people into the brand the way a Dre, Snoop, Cube would do.
He won't respond to me as we had a falling out but I'd appreciate if you would send an email as well. Posting on a board does NOTHING to help a stock. Go to the horses mouth and provide a professional email with ideas to help the company.
Diego Pellicer is a small outfit and good suggestions are generally well received as Ron and the other execs have ALOT at stake with the stock options they carry and want the business to succeed. But sometimes, ego can get in the way and hurt a business.
Ron has an ego which we all do and sometimes another voice can get him to see a new path that helps the business.
Please write or call he or Nello and if you're not willing to do so, don't complain about stock price fluctuations.
Peace.
CF
Great call 29YI. Please forward your thoughts to Ron at ron@diego-pellicer.com. He and I had a falling out as I was very direct and he now won't reply back. So best if you send or Noy or anyone on the board.
Ron is arrogant and thinks he knows everything and does not smoke cannabis so he would think Snoop is beneath him even though today, it's the opposite.
It is a perfect marriage as Snoop likes the fine things and Diego Pellicer is the finest cannabis dispensary. Plus at today's SP, he could own the place.
Not joking, someone please send this idea to Ron and Nello and tell them to use creativity to find the investors who will send this to the moon. Ron keeps thinking he's dealing with JPMorgan not a culture completely imbedded in the 21st century.
If Snoop or Dr. Dre or Ice Cube got onboard it would launch this to the stratosphere.
CF
UBQU-I haven't posted in a few months on the board. I'm only doing it because of your post AMT. Agree 100%!
He has with me multiple times over the past 12 months.
Another issue that will impact us is the new AG. He responded during his hearing not positively towards moving cannabis forward. That can hinder progress nationally in 2019. Sure wish folks would stop voting for old, white male Republicans. They are hypocrites and live in the stone ages.
I'm 54 and a white male but smart and progressive while being fiscally sensible. These characters want to turn us back to 1950 and Reefer Madness. It's a shame, yet booze that kills thousands each year is OK in their eyes. SMDH!
