Tiger Money, have you tried emailing James (hemplifetoday.james@gmail.com)?
Radly, let us know if you get a response from Mike, and I will do the same.
Strange how these little things tie together. Worst thing is that it appears Justin B might be following in his dads footsteps (as the saying goes, "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree").
I sent an email to Mike Inouye asking him if he knew his photo was being used on the Relief Seekers website. Also mentioned to him that Justin B, also pictured on RS, is Ballas's son (look him up on Facebook), so there is most likely an association to UBQU.
Also asked if he was "Mike Baker", Director of the HLT Ambassador program.
Let you know if he responds.
ecal, I think you are getting Mike Baker mixed up with Craig Fischer...Mike was the Ambassador program guy.
ecal, email has been sent to Naccarato. Will advise if I get a response.
TG, the filings are all listed here: https://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/BusinessEntityHistory.do?&cmd=passgo&pi1=3
Here is something interesting: The AS increase filing document has Owen Naccarato's name on it versus their current legal person Mark Cheung.
I had reached out to Owen via email a couple months ago asking about the firm that was hired to help with the name change. He replied stating that he was no longer UBQU's legal representation. So why is his name on this document???
https://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?masterFileId=20071017054&fileId=20191469837
I have been checking the Colorado SOS site on a regular basis, as that is where their filings have to be posted. Unfortunately, the last 3 filings are all related to AS increases, not name changes / symbol changes (or anything else that would benefit us.
It will be interesting to see how he spins this one, as the last 5 Billion were supposedly added as a requirement from their new financier.
Here we go again, A/S being raised to 20 Billion:

Time for the PRs to start again.
No mention of Hemplifetoday in their list of businesses?????
Let's hope that's the case, and that we hear something good soon.
I did get an email response from Ballas. I sent the email below to him on Friday (Hemplifetoday.james@gmail.com (thank you Radly). His response is also below. Not much information, but at least a response. We will see what happens next. GL.

Hello Kevin,
Thanks for emailing with your concerns. While we are having some challenges of late we are very much in business and intend to stay that way. We will be making some announcements in news very soon and we will keep all shareholders apprised of our status and plans for the future.

Hi James,
I've been a loyal investor in your Company for over two years now, and have to say that based on where we are today, am not very happy. As of late, there have been many reports of orders not being fulfilled, customer support calls going unanswered, and more importantly no Q1 financial filings. Now, I've come to learn that our investor relations contact Craig Fischer is no longer in that role.
Is UBQU (HempLifeToday) still in business?
Any word from you would be much appreciated.
Regards,
Kevin
Sorry JimBT, I am definitely not a pumper, just been for the past 2 years and hoping they somehow do the right thing and turn this thing around.
I had texted Craig multiple times, some with responses and other without (more without recently). When all the talk of non-shipping hit the board last week, I sent him a test asking if the Company was still in business and filling orders, to which his response was "yes". Obviously not much of an answer, but he did reply.
Maybe you and others can try contacting him as well - call or text 786-375-0556. I've also called 727-565-2920, which was a number I had found for Luke Dreyer. It uses a google call forwarding service, but when you listen to the message, it does sound like Luke. I have left messages, but no response.
As been stated many times, Jim and team are not helping things out with the dead silence. I sure as hell hope they eventually do the right thing.
GL UBQU
Craig did reply to my text last week, stating that the company was still in business and shipping orders.
Is there an email address for Ballas, or any other form of contact, that anyone's been successful in receiving a response from him?
Here is what was posted on their last disclosure:
LAW OFFICE OF
Mark H. Cheung

I texted him, and he asked that I send an email, which I did. Surprisingly enough, no reply.
Pinball - According to their filings, XREG's total liabilities were $721,706 as of 12/31/18 & $608,319 as of 12/31/17, so it doesn't look like their debt is associated with UBQU stock accumulation.

Craig Fischer had told Smokey that Endo was a subsiderary of UBQU (I believe he recently reposted that text).
Interestingly enough, Endo has never been mentioned in any of the financial documentation.
Has anyone been able to connect with Craig Fischer (IR) recently?
Smokey had painted out long ago that Endo Labs is being run by Tim Zorn, who is also listed as Operations lead for UBQU. Endo Labs had the skin care products that were launched last year. However, there has never been any mention of Endo Labs in any of the financials or press releases.
Interesting find Pinball.
Looking up Christopher Ballas, he looks like he could be Jimmy's older brother (he is 60).
Possibly an attempt to fly under the radar as they secure a new name and symbol (I don't see how XR Energy would much of an improvement)????
We shall see.
Smilin_B, I was interested in news on the release of Q1 financials.
Has anyone had any recent communication with Craig Fischer, UBQUs Investor Relations contact? Seems as though he should be able to tell us when Q1 financials will be released.
I thought we would see the earnings posted today...maybe Mr. Smethers was too busy with XR Energy :),
Here's the news release for gummies...its a year old:

Ubiquitech Announces Long Term Funding Relationship for Increased Inventory, Better Pricing, and Corporate Flexibility
Press Release | 01/14/2019
DENVER, CO, Jan. 14, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE – Ubiquitech Software Corp. (OTC: UBQU), through its operating subsidiary HempLifeToday.com, today announced a new funding relationship with a New York firm to help ensure that 2019 growth initiatives are met, coupled with better inventory pricing. This debt is not convertible into free trading stock of the company for two years.
As a condition to the funding arrangement the company increased its authorized shares to meet the reserve requirement of the loan covenants. Although a significant amount of shares will be on reserve, they will not be issued unless the lender elects to convert. If there is a conversion the shares would not be salable in the open market until the required two year holding period is met. The increase in authorized will also give the company flexibility in addressing other corporate finance initiatives.
Thanks floridaboy, I figured as much, but it was the second time he posted that same statement (thought I missed something).
lasernat, is there a filing out there indicating a new rs?
Has there been a filing to conduct another R/S?
What is the revenue stream for this company? If it is oil and gas leases, has anyone found any info on what they are holding?
I am just going to sit back and wait to see what happens. I am down 96%, with my initial purchase over 2 years ago. Although I did average down a little on the way, I couldn't get down anywhere close to where we are now. I couldn't see adding more $ on top of what I have already contributed.
I really think the company has a tremendous opportunity and will accel provided James and team follow through on their plans, which as history points out, has been a challange for them.
I understand that it takes money to get a business running, but their lack of transparency has led to a ton of speculation and bashing. Being forthright could have addressed.a lot of these concerns.
Recent developments listing our accountant as the CEO of XR Energy, with Ballss listed as his consultant, raise many new questions, as to what might ahead for us. Something once again that communication could address.
I appreciate reading most of your posts, and look forward to the days where we are all happy we hung In there.
Good Luck to us all.
Go UBQU.

As someone pointed out earlier, the OTC Markets page was updated for XR Energy, showing Smethers (UBQUs auditor) as the CEO, and Ballas as a Consultant. Their stock price is up 30% today.
It just seems funny that a company that was basically dorment since 2015, is now back online with their old accountant / auditor at the helm, and our CEO closely tied to him.
It also states that Beacon Capital (New York) is their IR firm, who UBQU just so happens to owe money to, for a loan taken out in 2014. Could this be the firm that UBQU supposedly has a new financing deal through?
What Skypilot posted is worrisome, as it could easily happen with our PPS sitting as low as it is. I can jsut hear Ballas now, telling us that the name change can't happen right now for some BS reason.
UBQU has an outstanding loan with Beacon Capital, the New York firm listed as XR Energy's Investor Relations firm. The $50k loan was initiated back in March of 2014, and according to the latest disclosure statement, we still owe $10k.
What are the chances that this is the firm mentioned in Ballas's financing partner PR? Perhaps they can loan UBQU money, plus take over the Investor Relations function???
Go UBQU
XR Energy is heading north today. Won't be long, and they'll be able to acquire UBQU.
I believe they are required to provide a 30 day written notice of a planned RS, so as long as they follow the rule, we would see a filing on the Colorado SOS site.
Thank you radly!
Thank you pdxguy, do you know which email address they used?
Has anyone been able to contact Ballas through email [with a respone)?
