Those were for the offering, not the underwriter. AGP has less than 2 million. Still a nice payday for screwing over Verb.
They do not have 5 million shares they are selling. As much as AGP made out during this offering and uplist, it wasn’t that much
My objective has been identifying a company that either has the ability to uplist or is a buyout candidate. Well, Verb uplisted. I win. Was it smooth sailing? Nope. Is it hard to uplist onto Nasdaq? Apparently
I now own 20K shares...some bought high, some bought low. I’m invested for the long term. Those diminishing the accomplishments here are shortsighted. We all have different investment strategies.
I’ll happily buy more Monday while the comments here reflect short term perspective
Big board tomorrow...welcome to the show Verb!!
I get it, enrollment and the start of clinical studies aren’t the sexiest, but dang I wish we’d have something to help support/promote what this company is doing. Fresh eyes are needed.
Congrats to all those who grabbed shares today. Nice timing
I’m not buying for today or tomorrow
I’m buying for next month and next year
These are sad games being played but I’m long, so bring it on
Ready to launch. Fueled by an uplist....yes please!!
The first official pre-market trading will be interesting
I hope this holds true. Moving beyond this level of trading will be welcome. Lots of investors have found this opportunity and have hard earned money here that deserves organic growth. Fair valuation is coming soon. Don’t know if all these final steps occur before EOW, but soon
Last year I moved 10K worth of shares into my Roth, 10K worth into my wife’s Roth. CPA thinks I’m crazy...
I moved another 5K worth this year. This will prove to be an excellent long term hold
Stents
Once the negotiations are complete and final pricing set, the MMs would be idiots to continue shorting or bleeding stocks out. I’d be surprised if there’s much pps fluctuations from this point on as these negotiations take price. It’s generally based off a closing price from a set date. No idea about that date though.
Once the price is set and filing is accepted, buying pressure will increase with the guaranteed uplisting imminent. What’s going on right now is controlled trading. Once this uplists and the market determines a fair value, this will launch
AGP will keep this price in check until negotiations are complete for final pricing. These are the final steps in the final days of OTC trading.
Wish I could listen in on AGPs negotiations with that many suitors. Tons of buying pressure with limited shares coming out of treasury
Wonder if this results in massive buying pressure post uplist?? Hmmm
If I could Clone a CRM company...it would be Verb. Plus the 6 different verticals in the hopper!!
Longs won this time. On to the Naz friends
Roadshow is over
Pricing negotiations are either finished or will be done today
Purchase of Sound Concepts immediately after with S1a filed for approval
Uplist....
Today is a massive day
I’m expecting an uplist PR tomorrow with a couple of ravenous trading days on the OTC prior to uplist Monday.
All IMO, but Rory has been very clear of timing and intentions. The rest is just process
Excellent trading volume today. Setting up nicely for major announcements soon
Mic drop
Roadshow ends today. Financing complete
Oversold
Couple more days on the OTC...get shares now. I’m buying today
That’s actually what I was thinking. If a person holds and reaps the full benefits of this early investment, 1000% is my expectation. This will be a 10 billion dollar company when all said and done
I see this playing out in a similar fashion. People need to understand the buying pressure that is going to happen post uplist. Liquidity is going to be needed in short order. Buying now and holding equals multiples down the road. It really is a life changing opportunity that shouldn’t have even been available to OTC investors. Most people have no idea how rare this really is, and how lucky they are to have a piece
This will turn out to be a wise investment. Be patient and let the process work itself through. Rory is working hard to maximize shareholder value.
No shares available
Whatcha gonna do MMs??
Time to cut your losses and buy before EOW news. You know it’s coming.
You can’t shake shares anymore
HOW DO I TAKE CAPS LOCK OFF?
COMPANIES CAN RELEASE UPLIST APPROVAL WHEN THE SEC SAYS IT CAN. THESE AREN’T OTC RULES ANYMORE
Fantastic post!! Seriously people, look at this a figure out where it’s going
That’s a feather in Verb’s cap
Where do you think all these partnerships and new verticals are headed?
The trajectory of the company is awesome. Rory clearly built a product and team that others want to associate with
SAP is a massive deal!!!
Verb is going to be everywhere.
Roadshow is done this week. What do you think the purpose of it is? Uplist is happening in the next 2 weeks. Book it.
So with the experience Rory has building a multimillion dollar company, and a ridiculously experienced BODs, you think they don’t know the requirements for uplisting?? Hahahahaha.....oh, ok.
How about they are finishing up their roadshow and absolutely killing it.
I think they will he just fine. No one is selling. Period.
Wait till after I buy...it ALWAYS tics down shortly afterwards ;)
I have incredible timing
Guess I’ll get as many as I can this week then
Thought the same thing. I hope this runs up and does a 2:1 FS so I have another chance before the next one. I think after all that’s happening Q2, institutional investors are going to drive this to a point where all I can do is watch. I’ll be happy with all I’ve accumulated before EOY 2019
On a serious note, I’m with Roach here. My understanding of the significance and impact this will have on markets is a fraction of yours. If this company grows to that level, we will certainly have been one of the few lucky ones!!
That should just about cover my student loans ;)
This is a really good post and agree it’s the often overlooked component of why Verb is going to be mega successful. Acquiring useful data, metrics that change the game for developing marketing/sales strategies, and the capacity to hold this information.
It’s the less sexy sleeping giant that will have a massive impact on growth and integration of this company
Man, there’s a lot to consider. This company has made some pretty significant/radical changes over the past 12 months...predicting where it’ll be in the next 12???
Well, I’d say a FS almost has to happen. The share structure of a company on the Nasdaq, with partnerships with all major CRM companies, Facebook, Microsoft, Adobe, etc will necessitate more liquidity. Whether it’s done in stages or all at once, I’d guess 5:1 FS. But, pessimistic guess is 3:1 over next 12 months. Share price will settle at $65 at that point.
An additional FS or buyout will occur thereafter
But, if this company has 3-4 of its different verticals take off, I could be off by a pretty fair amount
Didn’t Verb acquire Sound Concepts? Do their revenues now become Verb’s?
Wonder if Verb is looking to acquire any other company to build their own unique ecosystem?
Guess I should just wait till they uplist and buy shares at MUCH higher prices...
Whether it’s this Monday or next, the waning hours of OTC trading are upon us. I’ll be making one final buy Monday while I still can at the levels. Been buying for 14 months. Up, down, up again. Makes no difference as it’s all cheaper than where this will be in 6 months. I’ll watch my other OTCs struggle while this trades where it belongs
So I should hold my 2 million shares?
Got it....
This technology is going to be massive. It’ll be interesting what happens to this company over the next 2-3 years. Financing to go this alone or sell prior to that? I’ll be up either way
